2、術(shù)與設(shè)計的專業(yè)知識和理論用于解決復(fù)雜的設(shè)計實踐問題。2.問題分析:能夠應(yīng)用設(shè)計學(xué)的專業(yè)知識和理論,并通過文獻研究以識別、表達和分析復(fù)雜的設(shè)計問題。3.設(shè)計/開發(fā)解決方案:能夠針對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計復(fù)雜問題提出解決方案,設(shè)計滿足特定需求的各類產(chǎn)品設(shè)計及服務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,并能夠在設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)中體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新意識,考慮經(jīng)濟、文化、環(huán)保、安全、技術(shù)、美觀等因素。4.研究:能夠基于設(shè)計及藝術(shù)的基本原理并采用科學(xué)方法對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計復(fù)雜問題進行研究,包括設(shè)計實驗、現(xiàn)象觀察與分析、地域文化與藝術(shù)思潮,在信息采集與梳理的過程中形成合理有效的設(shè)計成果。6.設(shè)計與社會:能夠基于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計相關(guān)背景知識進行合理分析,評價產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中復(fù)雜問題解決方案對

3、社會、健康、安全、法律、文化、審美、生活品質(zhì)的影響,并理解應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任。課程培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力(教學(xué)目標(biāo))完成課程后,學(xué)生將具備以下能力:(1)循序漸進的陶瓷工藝學(xué)、日用陶瓷設(shè)計、建筑陶瓷設(shè)計、衛(wèi)浴設(shè)計以及陳設(shè)陶瓷理論體系和專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識,較全面系統(tǒng)的整體陶瓷設(shè)計(空間、環(huán)境、功能等)1、2、3、4、6(2)進行系統(tǒng)的陶瓷設(shè)計思維和專業(yè)基本工具使用技能的訓(xùn)練。1、2、3、4(3)科學(xué)的工作方法:對設(shè)計體系的整體認(rèn)識,對設(shè)計過程的了解,對中外陶瓷設(shè)計作即自己的設(shè)計進行初步的評價,并能完成個人的匯報。1、2、3、4、6課程簡介本課程是針對本專業(yè)學(xué)生在日用陶瓷設(shè)計、建筑陶瓷設(shè)計、衛(wèi)浴設(shè)計以及陳設(shè)陶瓷方面所

4、做的專業(yè)創(chuàng)作;結(jié)合所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識進行的綜合創(chuàng)作;結(jié)合設(shè)計美學(xué)、技術(shù)、市場、情感等多方面因素,是一次系統(tǒng)地對陶瓷藝術(shù)設(shè)計的認(rèn)知過程,它為畢業(yè)創(chuàng)作打下基礎(chǔ)。 本課程主要內(nèi)容包括: 了解陶瓷材料的特性、工藝、成型方法、燒成制度等; 熟悉日用陶瓷設(shè)計的方法及制作過程; 熟悉建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷設(shè)計中的設(shè)計方法和設(shè)計原理; 運用藝術(shù)規(guī)律對陳設(shè)陶瓷創(chuàng)作進行指導(dǎo)。教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)時分配課程的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、要求與學(xué)時分配一、了解陶瓷材料的特性、工藝、成型方法、燒成制度等; (16學(xué)時 ) (一)內(nèi)容包括陶瓷原料、胚釉料、胚體成型、干燥、施釉、燒成及裝飾等幾方面。(二)教學(xué)的基本要求1.了解日用陶瓷生產(chǎn)工藝過程及其有關(guān)的理論。

6、過課程教學(xué),讓學(xué)生掌握涉及人們?nèi)粘I钪袑嵱锰沾善飨盗性O(shè)計,課程強調(diào)陶瓷造型,裝飾的整體性、同一性、個性化表現(xiàn)。主要是餐具、茶具、咖啡等實用陶瓷(二)教學(xué)內(nèi)容: 1.餐具設(shè)計圖紙,餐具制作成品2.茶具設(shè)計圖紙,茶具制作成品 3.咖啡具設(shè)計圖紙,咖啡具制作成品(三)課程內(nèi)容: 1.日用陶瓷設(shè)計概念和要求,利用多媒體工具,觀看國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀作品并點評 2.要求同學(xué)畫出餐具、茶具、咖啡具制作圖紙三、熟悉建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷設(shè)計中的設(shè)計方法和設(shè)計原理; (20學(xué)時 ) (一)建筑陶瓷產(chǎn)品設(shè)計1、教學(xué)的基本要求運用產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的基本原則和方法、對現(xiàn)有的建筑產(chǎn)品進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,歸納問題,并找出處理和解決問題的途徑,以

7、設(shè)計出新的建筑衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品。強調(diào)各階段設(shè)計過程的表達,形成設(shè)計草圖。2、教學(xué)內(nèi)容訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對建筑產(chǎn)品的材料、功能與工藝技術(shù)的認(rèn)識能力;訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對建筑產(chǎn)品的功能、形態(tài)改良或開發(fā)的能力;具體的建筑產(chǎn)品方案設(shè)計和表達。3、各章內(nèi)容的重點、難度、深度和廣度進行材料和工藝的區(qū)分與整合;對現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的改良和開發(fā);具體的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計。(二)衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品設(shè)計1.教學(xué)的基本要求了解衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品的類別,衛(wèi)浴材料的種類和特性,及基本的成型和生產(chǎn)工藝。運用產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的基本原則和方法,對現(xiàn)有的衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,歸納問題,并找出處理和解決問題的途徑,以設(shè)計出新的衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品。強調(diào)各階段設(shè)計過程的表達,形成設(shè)計報告書。完成一件衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品的改

8、良或開發(fā)設(shè)計,以模型(或樣機),效果圖,三視圖表達設(shè)計結(jié)果。2.教學(xué)內(nèi)容在學(xué)習(xí)“產(chǎn)品設(shè)計”的程序與方法基礎(chǔ)上,改良或開發(fā)衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品。訓(xùn)練衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品的材料、功能與工藝技術(shù)的認(rèn)識能力。訓(xùn)練衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品的功能、形態(tài)改良或開發(fā)的能力。具體的衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品方案設(shè)計與表達,完成樣品制作。四、運用藝術(shù)規(guī)律對陳設(shè)陶瓷創(chuàng)作進行指導(dǎo); ( 20學(xué)時) 1. 陶藝概念及內(nèi)涵、作品欣賞、多媒體教學(xué)視頻; 2. 拉坯成型、成型技法及技巧的運用; 3. 泥條成型方法的技法; 4. 泥板成型技法; 5. 綜合成型的演練、懂得綜合成型的方法和要求。 實驗教學(xué)(包括上機學(xué)時、實驗學(xué)時、實踐學(xué)時)上機學(xué)時:0 實驗學(xué)時:0 實踐學(xué)時:0 實創(chuàng)

9、學(xué)時:40學(xué)時教學(xué)方法教學(xué)方法和手段(一)陶瓷材料1.對該課程進行理論講述,利用多媒體工具;2.對陶瓷原料、胚釉料、胚體成型、干燥、施釉、燒成及裝飾的一般制備方法和使用方法實踐。(二)日用陶瓷設(shè)計1.對該課程進行理論講述,利用多媒體工具,觀看國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀作品并點評;2.要求同學(xué)對創(chuàng)作作品不斷修改完善;3.要求同學(xué)制作前觀摩。(三)建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷設(shè)計1.對該課程進行理論講述,利用多媒體工具;2. 建筑陶瓷產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品設(shè)計以模型(或樣機),效果圖,三視圖表達設(shè)計材料、功能與工藝技術(shù)的認(rèn)識與方案設(shè)計與表達。(四)陳設(shè)陶瓷創(chuàng)作1. 對課程內(nèi)容進行理論講授、教師示范操作;2. 拉胚成型、加大練習(xí)力度;
