圓明新園位于珠海九州大道旁的山腳下，三面環(huán)山，南面空曠平坦，占地1.39平方公里，其中包括8萬平方米的湖面。與北京圓明園的面積同等大小，園內(nèi)融古代宮廷建筑和現(xiàn)代旅游景觀為一體，展現(xiàn)了眾多風景名勝，如正大光明殿、九州清宴殿、以及仿照西方宮廷的海宴堂。福海中薈萃了“方壺勝景”，“平湖秋月”和石坊等江南園林。小吃街和購物街的建筑各具形態(tài)。曾有2000余名工匠、專家、畫家和雕塑家們參與了這一園林的建設(shè)。ItwasopentothepublicinFebruary1997.Therearesomeplayssuchas"EmperorAscendingtheThrone","Emperor'sWeddingCeremonyinQingDynasty",theybeginatvariousscenicspotsinthePalace.At19:30,the"GrandQingDynasty"isatheatricaldancestagedattheCentralPerformanceSquare.

TheNewYuanMingPalaceisarareimitationofanancienttourismattraction.ItsexistenceaddsascenicspotofbeautytoZhuhaiCity.ItalsoprovidesanimportantbaseforChinesepatriotismeducationaswell.

圓明新園于1997年2月向公眾開放。這里有“皇帝登基”，”皇上大婚“等表演，晚上7：30在中心廣場上演”大清王朝“。圓明新園是少有的古代文化遺跡的再現(xiàn)。它為珠海增添了一道靚麗的風景。也給國人提供了一個愛國教育的基地。Additionalscenicspots:
