前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T29239—2020《移動(dòng)通信設(shè)備節(jié)能參數(shù)和測試方法基站》,與GB/T29239—
2020相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)增加了范圍中關(guān)于5G(5GTDD和5GFDD)制式適用的內(nèi)容(見第1章);
b)更改了滿負(fù)荷的定義(見3.1.9,2020年版的3.1.9);
c)增加了分布式三級(jí)架構(gòu)基站的說明和功耗定義(見4.2);
d)更改了LTE滿負(fù)荷模型(見5.5.2,2020年版的5.5.2);
e)增加了5G(5GTDD和5GFDD)基站的參考基站配置和參考業(yè)務(wù)負(fù)荷模型(見5.6);
f)更改了環(huán)境溫度測試參數(shù)(見6.1,2020年版的6.1);
g)增加了5G節(jié)能參數(shù)測試系統(tǒng)和測試參考點(diǎn)說明(見6.3);
h)增加了5G基站機(jī)頂輸出功率時(shí)輸出功率誤差范圍(見6.4);
i)增加了5G基站類型的測試步驟(見6.6)。

引言
隨著中國通信產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,通信已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在國家大力開展節(jié)能減
排,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)道路的大背景下,為了更好地引導(dǎo)通信產(chǎn)品向節(jié)能降耗方向發(fā)展,指導(dǎo)相關(guān)
節(jié)能分級(jí)更加科學(xué)、合理,以切實(shí)達(dá)到節(jié)約能源、環(huán)境保護(hù)的目的,發(fā)布了GB/T26262—2010。
在GB/T26262—2010中規(guī)定節(jié)能參數(shù)是通信產(chǎn)品節(jié)能分級(jí)的依據(jù),包括功耗、能效及輔助性參
數(shù),其中功耗和能效是節(jié)能分級(jí)的主要依據(jù)。
本文件在考慮移動(dòng)通信基站的自身特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,選取了基站的功耗、基站的輸出功率、基站的輸入
輸出功率比等作為移動(dòng)通信基站的節(jié)能參數(shù)。本文件還提供了基站關(guān)鍵部件的節(jié)能參數(shù),作為基站整
機(jī)節(jié)能情況的參考依據(jù)。

試環(huán)境、供電、測試參考點(diǎn)、儀表、測量誤差、測試數(shù)據(jù)記錄等方面的要求。
本文件適用于GSM、TD?SCDMA、WCDMA、CDMA、LTE(TD?LTE和LTEFDD)和5G(5G
TDD和5GFDD)制式基站設(shè)備的節(jié)能測試。
