6、earch Institute is commissioned by Berlinwasser International GmbH to the construction design of the Qing Shan Hu Sewage Treatment Plant in Nanchang city.在此之前德國(guó)柏林水務(wù)國(guó)際有限公司根據(jù)已審批的江西省南昌市青山湖污水處理工程初步設(shè)計(jì)提出了初步設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)想,并通過了有關(guān)方面的審查論證。為此,在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)之前,中國(guó)市政工程華北設(shè)計(jì)研究院需以柏林水務(wù)國(guó)際有限公司提出的初步設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)想為基礎(chǔ)并充分體現(xiàn)柏林水務(wù)國(guó)際有限公司的宗旨,對(duì)原江西省

7、南昌市青山湖污水處理工程初步設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行修改即優(yōu)化初步設(shè)計(jì)。雙方就工程技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真討論、交流、磋商形成共識(shí)后,我院于2002年12月15日開始了本項(xiàng)目的初步設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)工作,于2003年1月23日完成。在文件的編制過程中,得到了柏林水務(wù)國(guó)際有限公司的專家的大力支持和協(xié)作,同時(shí)也得到了南昌市污水處理工程有限公司等有關(guān)部門的支持和幫助。Berlinwasser International GmbH had put forward the conception of optimized preliminary design according to the audited “Preliminary

8、 Planning of Nanchang City Qing Shan Hu Sewage Treatment Plant in Jiangxi Province” which has passed through the audit。 Therefore, the optimizing of preliminary design of NCMEDRI should be based on the conception of optimized preliminary planning and the accomplished preliminary design, and take ful

9、l consideration of the tenet of the Berlinwasser International GmbH。 After a thorough discussion NCMEDRI start to work at 12。15。2002, and completed at 01.23。2003. During compiling, NCMEDRI received great help and support from Berlinwasser International GmbH and Nanchang Sewage Treatment Company.本文件由

14、which design is to be performed: Complete sewage treatment plant premises up to the perimeter fence (inclusive): including optimizing of process, architecture and civil engineering, general drawing, electric & automatic control, and heating & ventilation。3 工程規(guī)模Scale of the project根據(jù)污水量預(yù)測(cè),青山湖污水處理廠最終規(guī)

15、模99萬(wàn)m3/d,分三期建設(shè),一期規(guī)模33萬(wàn)m3/d。本項(xiàng)目按一期規(guī)模設(shè)計(jì),充分考慮與二、三期的銜接。According to the prediction of the flow quantity, Qing Shan Hu Sewage Treatment Plant, Nanchang, consisting of the mechanical treatment stage (990,000m3/d) and the biological treatment stage (330,000m3/d)。 The design work is based on the scale of 33

19、為氧化溝形式,采用表面曝氣機(jī)曝氣。Traditional aeration process will be applied in the treatment。 The oxidation ditches are adopted as aeration tanks with upside-down surface aerators。污泥處理工藝采用厭氧中溫消化,消化后的污泥經(jīng)機(jī)械脫水后外運(yùn).Anerobic mild temperature digestion is adopted in the treatment of sludge, and digested sludge shall be

27、ign flow quantity:Rain season Qmax=11。46 m3/s 旱季最大流量Q旱max=4.40 m3/s Dry season Q max=4.40 m3/s旱季平均流量Q平均=3。82 m3/sDry season Q aver。 =3。82 m3/s粗格柵間的設(shè)置,可去除污水中較大漂浮物以保證污水提升泵的正常運(yùn)行,粗格柵間內(nèi)安裝有齒耙除污機(jī)和用于維修的閘門等設(shè)備。該格柵除污設(shè)備帶有獨(dú)立軌道及抓爪,根據(jù)時(shí)間間隔或格柵前后水位差,自動(dòng)啟閉懸掛在載重滑車上的機(jī)械抓爪,將污物排放至收集箱,完成柵渣的收集、輸送和裝箱。采用機(jī)械格柵與進(jìn)水泵房合建,共設(shè)三條渠道,單溝寬20

28、00mm,正常情況下,三臺(tái)格柵運(yùn)行,事故時(shí)互為備用。Coarse screen is designed to remove the relative big floaters to ensure the normal operation of the inlet pump。 Rake and maintenance gates etc are installed in the coarse screen station. Rake brings itself independent trails and grippers, and remove the screens to the dustb

29、in automatically according to time intermittent or water level difference。 It accomplishes the collection, transportation and incasement. The coarse screen and inlet pump station are joined together。 There are altogether 3 channels designed in the coarse screen station with individual width 2000mm.

30、3 coarse screens are in operation normally and be standby by each other when accidents happen。設(shè)置進(jìn)水泵房,用來(lái)提升污水以滿足后續(xù)污水處理流程及豎向的銜接要求,為地下式鋼筋混凝土矩形集水池,泵房與粗格柵合建,污水經(jīng)泵房提升后通過渠道,進(jìn)入細(xì)格柵站。進(jìn)水泵采用螺旋泵型式,以提高效率減少維護(hù)。內(nèi)設(shè)6臺(tái)螺旋污水泵,旱季3用3備,雨季6臺(tái)全開。根據(jù)沼氣平衡計(jì)算,其中兩臺(tái)進(jìn)水泵采用沼氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),當(dāng)運(yùn)行初期無(wú)沼氣時(shí)可用天然氣暫時(shí)替代.根據(jù)實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況租用天然氣子站用專用車。每臺(tái)螺旋泵前均設(shè)有閘門以便檢修.在集水

31、泵池上部建有泵房,用于防護(hù)螺旋泵的電機(jī)和沼氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)及配套的余熱利用系統(tǒng),室內(nèi)裝有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電控柜及PLC柜。The inlet pump station is designed for pumping sewage to satisfy the treatment flow and vertical link up. It is an underground reinforced concrete rectangular tank, will be built together with the coarse screen. Sewage is pumped to the fine screen s

32、tation through channels. 6 screw pumps are adopted to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance。 3 are in operation and three standby in dry season and 6 in operation in rain season。 2 of the 6 screw pumps are drove by biogas engines due to the balance calculation of the biogas. In the first period

33、of operation when there is not enough biogas, the 2 biogas engines will use natural gas as fuel。 Special trucks will be leased from the natural gas substation according to operation requirement. A rectangular gate is set before each of the screw pump for its maintenance. A pump house is built on the

40、處理流程的通暢,設(shè)有八條渠道。八條渠道格柵前后分別裝有閘門以便檢修。細(xì)格柵的柵渣由螺旋傳送至柵渣壓實(shí)后送往柵渣箱中,污水經(jīng)過細(xì)格柵后進(jìn)入曝氣沉砂池.細(xì)格柵站與進(jìn)水泵房聯(lián)建,單渠寬2.0m。The fine screen station is designed to remove floaters in the raw sewage to ensure a smooth flow in the following treatment. 8 channels, each is equipped with penstorks for maintenance, are set。 Screens are

41、 removed by screw conveyor and crushed by screens presser, and sent into dustin. Sewage flows into aeration grit chamber after fine screen.
