電伴熱的安裝及其注意事項(xiàng)5.Installation安裝5.1Installationpreparations安裝準(zhǔn)備5.1.1Scheduling時(shí)序安排■Theinstallationoftheelectricaltraceheatingmustbetemporallycoordinatedwithotherinstallationworks.Thisparticularlyreferstoworkscarriedoutatthevesselsandsurfacestobeheated,theelectricalinstallationandheatinsulation.電伴熱的安裝工作要同其他工作協(xié)調(diào)進(jìn)行。主要指筒體和需電伴熱的表面的安裝工作，電氣安裝和加熱伴熱裝置?！鯝llinstallationworksatthevesselsandsurfacesmusthavebeencompleted.筒體和伴熱表面的所有安裝工作應(yīng)已經(jīng)完成?！鯬ressuretestsaswellasmaterialtestsofthepipingsystemshouldhavebeenterminatedpriortoinstallingtheelectricaltraceheating.在電伴熱安裝前，請(qǐng)先進(jìn)行管路系統(tǒng)的壓力測(cè)試和材料檢驗(yàn)。5.1.2Inspectionspriortoinstallation安裝前檢驗(yàn)■Checkwhetherallmaterialrequiredfortheinstallationoftheelectricaltraceheatingisavailableattheconstructionsiteandfreeofdamage.檢查電伴熱安裝所需的所有材料是否都已經(jīng)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，并且沒有損壞?！鯝boveall,checkwhethertheidentificationoftheheatingcableandthecomponentscomplieswiththeconfigurationdocuments(materiallist)andtypeexaminationcertificates.重要的是，檢查加熱電纜的規(guī)格和其他零件是否符合相關(guān)文件要求和是否同檢驗(yàn)證書相符合。■Checkonthebasisoftheproduct-accompanyinginstallationinstructionswhetherallrequiredtoolsarecompletelyavailable.根據(jù)隨產(chǎn)品所附的安裝說明書要求，檢查是否所有安裝所需的工具均已齊全?！鯬lantheroutingoftheheatingcablebyinspectingthevessel/surfacetobeheated.設(shè)計(jì)加熱電纜在筒體/伴熱表面的布線方法?！鯳ithinthiscontext,payattentiontosharpedgesandunevensurfaceswhichmaydamagetheheatingcableandremovethem.檢查伴熱表面是否有銳利邊或不平整，并去除，以免劃破電纜。■Varnishedandpaintedvesselsandsurfacesmustbecompletelydrybeforestartinginstallationworks.在電伴熱安裝之前，上過漆的表面必須完全干燥后再進(jìn)行?！鯲erifywhethertheactualsurfacetobeheatedcomplieswiththecalculatedsurface.核對(duì)實(shí)際所需伴熱表面是否同原計(jì)算的表面一樣。■Priortoroutingtheheatingcable,verifywhetherthevessel/surfacedimensionscomplywiththedimensionsusedfordesigndimensioning.Onlycuttheheatingcabletolengthafterithasbeenroutedandfixedinaccordancewiththedesigndimensioning.在布線前，核對(duì)筒體/表面的實(shí)際尺寸是否與原設(shè)計(jì)的尺寸一致。然后按照設(shè)計(jì)尺寸要求在布好線，固定好后再把電纜安裝到設(shè)備表面。5.2Installationoftheheatingcable加熱電纜安裝方法5.2.1Routingoftheheatingcable-installationofthefixingaccessories加熱電纜布線----（鉤釘焊接安裝）■Approx.5fixingpinspersquaremetermustbeattachedtothesurfacetobeheatedbymeansofspotwelding.每平方米伴熱表面需要點(diǎn)焊大約5個(gè)固定釘?！鯰hepointsfortheweldingspotsonthesurfacetobeheatedmustbecleanedbymeansofananglegrinderorasimilardevice(sketch1).伴熱面上的需要點(diǎn)焊的地方必須先用一角形磨刀或其他類似工具清理干凈（見示意圖1）■Then,thefixingpinsareweldedtothesurfacebymeansofspotwelding(sketch2).然后，將固定釘點(diǎn)焊到伴熱面上。5.2.2Installationoftheheatingcable加熱電纜安裝方法■Tounrolltheheatingcable,useastablefixturefortheheatingcablereel.展開加熱電纜，電纜軸要用一穩(wěn)定的固定裝置?！鯡venlywindtheheatingcableoffthereel(sketch5).Avoidextensivepullingaswellasbendingandcrimpingoftheheatingcable.均勻的展開加熱電纜。展開過程中注意不要用力拉扯，不要彎卷，卷邊?！鯳henrollingtheheatingcableoffthereel,observethatthecabledoesnotrunovercornersorsharpedges.在展開過程中要特別注意，不要讓電纜經(jīng)過轉(zhuǎn)角和接觸較銳利的邊角?！鯠onotstepontheheatingcable!Donotusetheheatingconductorasasteppingloop!Donotdriveovertheheatingcablewithavehicleandkeepotherpeoplefromdrivingoverthecable.注意不要踩塌電纜！不要將熱導(dǎo)體作為每圈的分段。不要讓卡車軋過電纜！■Startingattheterminalbox,theheatingcableisroutedoverthesurfacetobeheatedinloopsand從接線盒開始，加熱電纜開始在加熱表面上布線，并且fixedbymeansoftheEMKorEKLspacingstripattachedbeforehand(sketch5)Priortoroutingtheheatingcable,thespacingstripsarefixedtothesurfacetobeheatedbymeansoffixingpinsandlockingwashersattachedbeforehandorbymeansofwelding.Forthispurpose,thesurfaceispunctuallycleanedinaccordancewiththepartitioningtopreparethefixingpins’weldingbymeansoftheweldclamp(referto5.2.1;5.2.2).在加熱電纜布線之前，先將固定釘焊接的方式固定在伴熱表面上。當(dāng)然，需要焊接固定釘?shù)谋砻嬉惨呀?jīng)按照要求清潔完畢（參見5.2.1和5.2.2）■Whenroutingtheheatingcable,alwaysobservetheminimallypermissiblebendingradius!(5xexternaldiameterforEKLandEMK).在布線過程中，要時(shí)刻留意下允許的最小彎曲半徑（EKL和EMK外徑的5倍）Example:例如EDheatingcable=3mm加熱電纜外徑=3mmCablespacing=Factorbendingradiusxexternaldiameterheatingcable電纜間距=彎曲半徑系數(shù)X加熱電纜外徑Cablespacing=5x6mm=30mm電纜間距=5X6=30mm■Whenroutingtheheatingcable,observethattheheatingcablecanbere-routedwithoutanyjunctions.Couldleadmustbeoutofinsulation.在布置電纜時(shí)，注意不能有電焊作業(yè)。不能有電伴熱之間的交叉重疊，電伴熱冷端焊接頭須露出保溫材料否則要重新布置?！鯳henrouting,considerallfixturesandextensionsofvesselsandsurfaces.布線過程中，要注意伴熱面的固定裝置和加強(qiáng)筋?！鯞othwiththeEKLaswellaswiththeEMK,theheatingcableterminationsconsistoftransitionsleevesandaconnectedcoldcable.Forelectricalconnection,theendsofthecoldcablesareinsertedintheterminalboxandconnectedinaccordancewiththeterminalplan.無論是EKL或者是EMK，加熱電纜端應(yīng)包括有過渡套管和一連接用冷電纜。對(duì)于電氣連接，冷電纜端部要插入接線盒中，與相應(yīng)的端子板連接。5.3Installationofaccessories輔件安裝方法5.3.1BARTECsystemaccessoriesBARTEC系統(tǒng)輔件Besidetheheatingcable,thefollowingsystemaccessoriesareusuallyrequiredforthecompleteinstallationofaheatingcircuit:對(duì)于安裝加熱電纜時(shí)，通常需要以下系統(tǒng)輔件：■Heatingcableconnectionsystem加熱電纜接線系統(tǒng)■Coldleads冷引線■Fixingaccessoriesfortheheatingcable加熱電纜固定用輔件■Heat-insulationducts絕緣管Furthersystemaccessoriesmaybeadditionallyrequired:另外，以下為可能額外需要的系統(tǒng)輔件：■Heatingcableconnection加熱電纜接線■Ter
