節(jié)慶策劃機(jī)構(gòu):民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)China National Festival Committee中國人類學(xué)民族學(xué)研究會(huì)民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)成立于2010年,是由國家民委批準(zhǔn)成立、由國家民政部注冊登記的非營利性社團(tuán)組織,是我國政府正式批準(zhǔn)成立的節(jié)慶領(lǐng)域唯一一個(gè)國家級(jí)專業(yè)社團(tuán)。Founded in 2010, China National Festival Committee (CNFC) is a non-profit association which was approved by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of PRC and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC. CNFC is the only professional festival association that was formally approved by Chinese government.中華文明的博大精深,歷史悠久,育化出豐富多彩的民族節(jié)慶;而56個(gè)民族的各類節(jié)慶濃縮了各民族日常生活中的精華,保留了民族文化中最精致、最具代表性的一面,是展現(xiàn)各個(gè)民族文化的窗口。民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)的宗旨是推動(dòng)中華民族文化的保護(hù)與傳承,推動(dòng)民族節(jié)慶活動(dòng)的蓬勃發(fā)展。China has the extensive and profound civilization for a long time, which cultivates the fruitful ethnic festivals; and all the festivals have enriched the essence of 56 ethnic groups daily life, preserving the most exquisite and representative culture for each ethnic group. CNFC aims to promote and protect the Chinese culture and heritage for the vigorous development of national festivals.民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)每年舉辦全國最高級(jí)別的 “中國民族節(jié)慶峰會(huì)”,研討民族節(jié)慶的重要問題。專委會(huì)下設(shè)“中華節(jié)慶聯(lián)盟”和“節(jié)慶傳播聯(lián)盟”兩大戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作體,分別整合了全國500多個(gè)節(jié)慶的組織單位,以及中外2000多家與節(jié)慶旅游相關(guān)的媒體資源。專委會(huì)還通過自己的官網(wǎng)“中華節(jié)慶網(wǎng)”和自己的月刊中華民族節(jié)慶,搭建一個(gè)學(xué)者、媒體與地方節(jié)慶組織之間的橋梁。CNFC holds the highest level of annual “Chinas National Festival Summit”, discussing the most important issues of national festivals. The Committee has established two strategic cooperation alliances which are Chinas Festival Union” and Festival Communication Union” separately made up of over 500 festival organizations across the country, and over 2,000 Chinese and foreign media related to festival and tourism. Besides, the Committee build the bridge for the professionals, media and festival organizers based on its own official website Chinese Festival Network and the monthly magazine Chinas National Festival. 自成立以來,已經(jīng)與全國600余個(gè)地方節(jié)慶組織建立了聯(lián)系,發(fā)展了一批理事單位;舉辦的“中華節(jié)慶網(wǎng)”和中華民族節(jié)慶月刊在業(yè)界形成了較大影響;主辦或參與承辦了“中國黃岡大別山旅游節(jié)”、“青島煙花藝術(shù)節(jié)”、云南省“傣族潑水節(jié)”、貴州省雷山苗年、“中國撫順滿族國際旅游節(jié)”、“首屆中國報(bào)恩文化節(jié)”等一系列大型節(jié)慶活動(dòng)。Since its establishment, the Committee has welcomed more than 600 festival organizers to join us as the member of the Committee. The website of Chinese Festival Network” and the magazine of “Chinas National Festival” have made great influence on the industry. The Committee co-organized Chinas Huanggang Dabie Mountain Tourism Festival , Qingdao Fireworks Festival, Water-Splashing Festival of the Dai nationality in Yunnan Province, “Lei Mountain New Year of the Miao nationality” in Guizhou Province, China International Tourism Festival of the Man nationality in Fushun, First China Gratitude Cultural Festival and such large-scale festivals and events.一、民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)組織機(jī)構(gòu)A. To integrate festival resources, editing the issue of Chinas National Festival(monthly newsletter), supporting the website of Chinese Festival Website to provide information, experience, promotions of the national festivals for all members of the Union;2、制作中華節(jié)慶電視專題節(jié)目,在旅游電視聯(lián)盟播出,形成穩(wěn)定的新形勢的節(jié)慶傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò);2. To direct television series of Chinese Festival and broadcast it on the Tourism Television Alliance, forming a new stable festival communication network;3、舉辦學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)或峰會(huì),圍繞節(jié)慶產(chǎn)業(yè)及各民族各地方節(jié)慶活動(dòng)所面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題開展研討活動(dòng);3. To hold the summit and forum for academic exchange related to the festival industry and the practical national festivals;4、組織專委會(huì)相關(guān)專家學(xué)者,為各民族和各地方政府提供節(jié)慶文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究性支持,針對(duì)其民族文化或節(jié)慶活動(dòng)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研、分析、研究及解決,樹立并打造民族品牌。4. To organize the research on the various ethnic and cultural festivals resolving problems and building the national brand.5、提供一流的節(jié)慶文化活動(dòng)的宣傳方案,開創(chuàng)新形勢的節(jié)慶傳播模式。邀請(qǐng)節(jié)慶傳播聯(lián)盟中的部分媒體,走進(jìn)某一民族或地方的節(jié)慶活動(dòng),尋找民族特色點(diǎn),傳播民族文化及品牌;5. To provide the first-class proposals of festivals and cultural activities, creating the new communication model for festivals.6、積極開展民族文化及節(jié)慶活動(dòng)的對(duì)外交流活動(dòng),組織聯(lián)盟成員考察國際節(jié)慶活動(dòng),選送優(yōu)秀節(jié)慶活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)慶互訪、文化交流。6. Chinas National Festival Summit中國民族節(jié)慶峰會(huì)是由中國人類學(xué)民族學(xué)研究會(huì)主辦,民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)承辦,全國最高級(jí)別的民族節(jié)慶學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)議,每年一屆。“首屆中國民族節(jié)慶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與傳播峰會(huì)”于2010年12月在北京紫玉飯店召開,它以中國民族節(jié)慶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與傳播為主題,結(jié)合地方節(jié)慶活動(dòng)的經(jīng)典案例,根據(jù)當(dāng)前國際傳播模式及國內(nèi)主流傳播方式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)建民族節(jié)慶產(chǎn)業(yè)的傳播渠道。Chinas National Festival Summit is sponsored by China Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences, and hosted by the National Festival Committee, which is the highest level of annual national festival seminar. “The First Chinas National Festival Industrial Development and Communication Summit” was held on Dec. 2010 in Beijing Zi Yu Hotel, with the theme of Chinese festival industrial development and communications, combined with some classic cases of local festival events, and based on the current international and domestic communication means, to create the communication channel for national festival industry.2、 中華節(jié)慶聯(lián)盟2. Chinas Festival Union中華節(jié)慶聯(lián)盟由中國人類學(xué)民族學(xué)研究會(huì)民族節(jié)慶專委會(huì)倡議發(fā)起,以“交流辦節(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),繁榮節(jié)慶文化,打造節(jié)慶品牌”為宗旨,由全國各民族、各地方的節(jié)慶組織單位自愿成立的非盈利性協(xié)作組織。Chinas Festival Union, whos launched by the National Festival Committee of China Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences is the non-profit organization voluntarily formed by the festival organizers of all nationalities and regions, with the purpose of “communicating the experiences, fertilizing the festival culture and building the festival brand”. 中華節(jié)慶聯(lián)盟于2010年12月在“首屆中國民族節(jié)慶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與傳播峰會(huì)”上成立,是首家由各民族節(jié)慶組織自愿結(jié)合的全國性協(xié)作機(jī)構(gòu),聯(lián)盟成員單位為全國各民族具有代表性的節(jié)慶組織(組委會(huì)、節(jié)慶辦公室、大型活動(dòng)辦公室)。中華節(jié)慶聯(lián)盟現(xiàn)階段的主要工作是:搭建民族節(jié)慶交流平臺(tái),承辦“中國民族節(jié)慶峰會(huì)”;弘揚(yáng)各民族傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日,倡導(dǎo)并推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日的繼承與創(chuàng)新;引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范民族節(jié)慶健康發(fā)展,協(xié)助民族節(jié)慶專業(yè)委員會(huì)開展節(jié)慶調(diào)研、考察活動(dòng);傳播民族節(jié)慶品牌,攜手中華節(jié)慶傳播聯(lián)盟開展節(jié)慶推廣活動(dòng)。 In Dec. 2010, Chinas Festival Union was established on “The First Chinas National Festival Summit”, which is the first national festival union voluntarily formed by the typical festival organizations (such as the organization committees, festival offices, large-scale event offices). The capital work of Chinas Festival Union include: to build a communication platform for national festivals; to hold the Chinas National Festival Summit ; to develop the traditional ethnic festivals, advocating and promoting the inheritance and innovation of traditional festivals; to lead and supervise the healthy development of national festivals; to help the Committee carry out all kinds of national festival research; to promote Chinas national festival brand, and support Chinas Festival Union with campaigns.目前,中華節(jié)慶聯(lián)盟的理事單位初步確定為:南寧國際民歌藝術(shù)節(jié)、孔子文化旅游節(jié)、關(guān)公旅游文化節(jié)、中國貴州黃果樹瀑布節(jié)、花兒會(huì)、藏族雪頓節(jié)、哈爾濱國際冰雪節(jié)、成吉思汗草原文化節(jié)、昭君文化節(jié)、青島啤酒節(jié)、中國黃岡大別山旅游節(jié)、中國(撫順)滿族風(fēng)情國際旅游節(jié)、陜西大禹文化節(jié)。At present, some organizations have joined Chinas Festival Union as the member of the Committee, which are: Nanning International Folk Song Festival, the Confucius Culture and Tourism Festival, Guan Gong Tourism and Culture Festival, Chinas Guizhou Huangguoshu Waterfall Festival, Flowers Conference, the Tibetan Shoton Festival, Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, Genghis Khan Grassland Culture Festival, Zhaojun Cultural Festival, Qingdao Beer Festival, Chinas Huanggang Dabie Mountain Tourism Festival, China (Fushun) International Tourism Festival of the Man nationality, Shanxi Dayu Culture Festival.3、 節(jié)慶傳播聯(lián)盟3. Festival Communication Union中華節(jié)慶傳播聯(lián)盟由民族節(jié)慶專委會(huì)倡議發(fā)起,以傳承中華文化、傳播民族節(jié)慶為己任,以塑造地區(qū)形象,打造節(jié)慶品牌,推動(dòng)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)為宗旨,由海內(nèi)外媒體自愿成立的非盈利性協(xié)作組織。Chinese Festival Communication Union was initiated by the National Festival Committee, who is devoted to spread Chinese traditional culture and national festivals to shape the regional image, build festival brand, for the purpose of promoting the tourism economy. The Union is the non-profit organization who is voluntarily formed by the media at home and abroad.中華節(jié)慶傳播聯(lián)盟由國內(nèi)主流媒體和文化、旅游、民族風(fēng)俗等專業(yè)媒體(包括平面媒體、廣播媒體、電視媒體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體等),以及部分國際主流媒體組成。民族節(jié)慶專委會(huì)作為發(fā)起單位,將利用其在民族節(jié)慶方面的專業(yè)資源,為聯(lián)盟成員提供節(jié)慶新聞線索;組織媒體赴地方對(duì)民族節(jié)慶進(jìn)行立體宣傳報(bào)道;舉辦媒體間交流研討,實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢資源整合,互惠互利,共同推動(dòng)中華民族節(jié)慶的影響力和傳播力。Chinese Festival Communication Union is formed by the national mainstream media and some industry media, such as culture, tourism, folklore etc. (including print media, broadcast media, television media, online media, etc.), as well as some international mainstream media. The Committee leverages the resources of professionals, festival information database, festival industry research, expert Investigation groups, festival promotions, festival cooperation, festival consulting and planning, and others to integrate Chinese festival network. This network bridges the gap between the academic professionals and festival practitioners in order to promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of our national festival industry.5、中華民族節(jié)慶(通訊月刊)5.
