議付行證明本信用證條款已履行，可按電匯索償條款向中國銀行紐約分行索回貨款。

CompanyLogoCOMMISSION

簽署商業(yè)發(fā)票須顯示5%的傭金。

2、5%commissiontobedeductedfromtheinvoicevalue.

5%傭金須在發(fā)票金額中扣除。

3、Beneficiary’sdraftsaretobemadeoutfor95%ofinvoicevalue.being5%commissionpayabletocreditopener.
