二,學(xué)生的基本狀況
這個班60人,聰慧活潑好學(xué)。然而,仍舊有少數(shù)學(xué)生對英語缺乏愛好。雖然他們在七年級
有意識地培育愛好,在考試中取得了一些成果,但他們的綜合學(xué)習(xí)實力,尤其是自主學(xué)習(xí)實力并
不是很高。
第三,我的指導(dǎo)思想
隨著社會、信息化和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷發(fā)展,英語的重要性日益突出。在義務(wù)教化階段,英
語教化也是重要的組成部分。通過學(xué)習(xí)英語,學(xué)生可以激發(fā)爰好,駕馭學(xué)問,提高英語口語和交
際實力,同時增加意志,陶;臺情操,開闊視野,發(fā)展特性。在這學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)中,我想堅持應(yīng)
用以下概念:
1、面對全部學(xué)生,關(guān)注每個學(xué)生的心情,激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的愛好,幫助他們建立學(xué)習(xí)的
成就感和自信念,培育創(chuàng)新精神。
2.總體設(shè)計目標(biāo)敏捷開放.目標(biāo)設(shè)計基于學(xué)生技能、語言學(xué)問、情感看法、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化
意識的發(fā)展。
3.突出學(xué)生,敬重個體差異。
4.聽聽其他(她)老師的話,從中吸取精華。
第四,我是教材分析
這學(xué)期我們學(xué)校用的.是《仁愛版英語》,20_年4月第一次印刷,20_年6月第一次印刷。
第一冊4個單元,12個題目,2個復(fù)習(xí)單元,共6個單元。與往年相比,有了新的語法和句型。
總共490個單詞包括50個短語。這本書是北京仁愛教化探討的

本教材重點是語法分類,如現(xiàn)在完成時、干脆引語和間接引語、被動語態(tài)等。難點也是語法
和基本句型。這些重點和難點應(yīng)在語言材料的學(xué)習(xí)中剛好力后雖和總結(jié),呈現(xiàn)圖文并茂的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,
將語言學(xué)習(xí)與現(xiàn)實生活相結(jié)合,提高學(xué)生的聽說實力,并通過各種任務(wù)活動鞏固學(xué)問。激勵學(xué)生
通過思索、體驗、參加和合作來學(xué)習(xí),從而提高學(xué)生獨立思索的良好習(xí)慣和口頭表達(dá)及合作學(xué)習(xí)
的實力。

英語的教化教學(xué)方法許多,各有優(yōu)、缺點,老IJ何以針對不同的狀況采納不同的教學(xué)方法來
加以彌補(bǔ)。針對我教的班級,本學(xué)期本人準(zhǔn)備用下列方法對學(xué)生進(jìn)行教化教學(xué):
