st,thereshouldnotoccuranyflashoverorbowloverpermanently..Aftertest,atangentoflossanglevaluewillbemadeaccordingtoclause6.9,andmeasurethecapacitorvalueaccordingtoclause6.8:△C≤0.5%isqualified.引出端與外殼間電壓試驗Voltagetestbetweenleadendandoutcasing.電容器引出端與外殼之間應能承受2UN+1KV，但不小于2KV的工頻試驗電壓，持續(xù)時間2秒，試驗期間應不發(fā)生擊穿或閃絡。Leadendandoutcasingshouldbear2UN+1KV,butshouldnotless2KVfrequencytestedvoltagefor2seconds,thereshouldnotoccuranyflashoverorbowloverpermanently..電容煮水試驗Watercookingtest測量電容樣品的容量和損耗。Measurementofcapacitorsample’svalueandloss.CBB60電容樣品放入電飯鍋在沸水中連續(xù)煮1小時，煮后立即將樣品放到冷水中浸泡1小時，浸水后在室內(nèi)放置24小時，重復煮水一周。容量變化與煮水前對比△C≤3%，損耗角正切值tgδ≤5×10-3（1KHz），該項試驗每月每個廠家任意抽取1個規(guī)格3個樣品進行測試。PuttheCBB60capacitorsampleinboilingwaterintheelectriccookerandcontinuouslycookfor1hour,andthenputthesampleintocoldwaterimmediatelyandkeepfor1hour.Afterthat,keepthesampleindoorfor24hours;repeatthiswatercookingtestforoneweek.Aftertest,measurethesample’svalueandthetangentoflossanglevalue,thevaluedifferencebeforeandafterthetestshouldbeΔC≤3%,tangentoflossanglevalueshouldbetgδ≤5×10-3（1KHz）.Everyvendor’sproductshouldtake3randomsamplestotakethewatercookingtesteverymonth.沖擊試驗Impacttest電容器在1.5UN下，通電2S、斷電2S、循環(huán)8萬次，然后按6.8測量電容值：△C≤3%為合格。With1.5UN,2Sonandoff2S,80,000timesrepeattest,thenmeasurecapacitorvalueaccordingtoclause6.8,ΔC≤3%isqualified..耐久性試驗Durationtest試驗環(huán)境：環(huán)境溫度為電容標明的最高運行溫度，將電容器浸泡在水中。Testenvironment:putthecapacitorsampleinthewaterunderthehighestambienttemperaturemarkedoncapacitor試驗方法：電容器在1.5UN額定標稱電壓下連續(xù)通電試驗，B級電容260小時，C級電容87小時。Testmethod:capacitorcontinuouslyelectrifytestwith1.5UN:Bclass:260hours,Cclass:87hours.試驗結果判定：試驗期間不發(fā)生永久性擊穿、開路或閃爍。試驗結束后，電容器應沒有成滴的滲漏，自然冷卻到環(huán)境溫度后，按6.8測量電容值：△C≤3%為合格。Evaluationoftestresults:thereshouldhavenoanybreak,flashoverorbowloverpermanently.Afterthetest,thereshouldhavenotanydropleak,cooledtoambienttemperature,andmeasurecapacitorvalueaccruingtoclause6.8:ΔC≤3%isqualified.500V直流沖擊試驗（只適用于CBB65電容）。500VDirectcurrentimpacttest(itisonlylimittoCBB65)電容器在500V直流下，通電2S、斷電2S，循環(huán)5次，然后按6.8測量電容值。按6.9測量損耗角正切值，每批抽樣5%，若不良率占抽樣總數(shù)的1%時則整批全檢。With500Vdirectcurrent,2Sonandoff2S,repeattest5times,thenmeasurecapacitorvalueaccordingtoclause6.8,measurethetangentoflossanglevalueaccordingtoclause6.9,5%samplesisamusteverybatch,ifdefectquantitymakeup1%ofthetotalsample,thewholebatchmustbetested.其它試驗項目應符合IEC60252標準要求和GB3667標準要求。TheothertestitemsshouldmeetIEC60252standardrequirementsandGB3667standardrequirements.沖擊或耐久試驗后樣品的評估和分析。Theevaluationandanalysisaftersampleimpactanddurationtest.測試項目完成后，對通過測試和未能通過測試的電容按《電容分解檢驗操作規(guī)程》進行解剖，評估分析試驗后電容的質(zhì)量狀態(tài)。Afteralltheitemstestedisfinished,allthesamplespassedorfailedwouldbeanatomizedaccordingtothe“CapacitorAnatomyOperatingSpecification”.Thenevaluateandanalyzethequalitysituationaftertest.樣品評估項目。Sample’sevaluationitems樣品電容的芯子環(huán)氧灌封情況，所有樣品的環(huán)氧灌封均符合檢驗和試驗要求中6.1項的要求。Theepoxyresinsituationofcapacitorcore,allsamplesepoxyresinshouldmeetinspectionandtestrequirementslistedclause6.1樣品電容的芯子焊接質(zhì)量。焊接牢固，無脫焊、焊點與噴金層分離等現(xiàn)象，焊點周圍無被燒傷、灼傷電容芯子等痕跡。Theweldingqualityofcapacitorcore,itshouldbereliablewelding,andnolooseweldingandnoweldingspotseparatefromthemetalsprayinglayerandnoanyburnsymbolstothecapacitorcorearoundtheweldingpoints.樣品電容的芯子噴金層質(zhì)量。噴金層覆蓋均勻、牢固、厚度要求為≥0.5mm。Themetalsprayinglayerqualitycapacitorsamplecore,thecoverofmetalsprayinglayershouldaverage,reliable,thethicknessshouldnotbe≥0.5mm.樣品電容的芯子外圓包襄保護膜質(zhì)量，要求保護膜包襄芯子完整，保護膜包襄的層數(shù)不得小于15層。CBB61電容不小于8層。Thecoreofcapacitorsampleoutercircleprotectivefilmquality:theprotectivefileshouldwrapthecorecompletely,andthelayersshouldnotbeless15layers,andtheCBB61capacitorshouldnotbeless8layers.樣品電容的金屬化薄膜的質(zhì)量狀況。Capacitorsamplemetalfilm’squalitysituation,金屬化薄膜質(zhì)量等級：eq\o\ac(○,1).無任何氧化及自愈點。eq\o\ac(○,2).自愈好，表層極少氧化。eq\o\ac(○,3).自愈好表層少量氧化。eq\o\ac(○,4).表層大量氧化，里層極少氧化且自愈好。eq\o\ac(○,5).表層嚴重氧化，里層大量氧化且自愈差。eq\o\ac(○,6).金屬化薄膜被擊穿。eq\o\ac(○,7).金屬化薄膜少量熔化。eq\o\ac(○,8).金屬化薄膜大部分熔化。Metalfilmoxygenationqualityclass:eq\o\ac(○,1).Nooxygenationandself-healingpoint.eq\o\ac(○,2).Goodself-healingandrandomlyoxygenationonsurface.eq\o\ac(○,3).Goodself-healingandabitoxygenationofsurface.eq\o\ac(○,4).Massoxygenationonsurfaceandrandomlyoxygenationinsideandgoodself-healing.eq\o\ac(○,5).Seriouslyoxygenationonsurfaceandmassinsideandbadself-healing.eq\o\ac(○,6).Metalfilmisbroken.eq\o\ac(○,7).Metalfilmisrandomlymeltdown.eq\o\ac(○,8).Metalfilmismostlymeltdown.金屬化薄膜合格判定：電容試驗前分解檢驗符合eq\o\ac(○,1)為合格其余均不合格。經(jīng)耐久或沖擊試驗后符合eq\o\ac(○,1)~eq\o\ac(○,3)為合格，eq\o\ac(○,4)~eq\o\ac(○,8)為不合格。Metalfilmqualificationjudgment:Capacitoranatomizetestmatchclass①isqualified,otherwiseunqualified.Afterimpactordurationtest,matchclass①~③isqualified,matchclass④~⑧isunqualified.抽樣方案Randomsamplesolution項目6.1-6.2共抽樣1只，項目6.3-6.7除標明抽樣數(shù)項目之外，在不同包裝單元共抽樣5%，記錄一個數(shù)據(jù)，如有不合格項目則詳細記錄，項目6.8-6.11、6.13-6.14每批在不同包裝單元共抽樣3‰，當按3‰比例抽樣少于5只時抽樣5只，多于10只時抽樣10只，項目6.8-6.1
