混合離子交換器Mixedofionexchange使用說明書OperatingInstruction一、工藝原理 Technicalprinciple本公司生產(chǎn)的混合離子交換器(簡稱混床),在脫鹽水工程中,用于二級脫鹽水的制備,被處理的水由上向下流經(jīng)按一定的比例配比裝填并混合形成的強酸、 堿樹脂層來制取成品水。均勻混合的樹脂層中,陽樹脂與陰樹脂緊密地交錯排列,每一對陽樹脂與陰樹脂顆粒似于一組復(fù)床,混床就象無數(shù)組串聯(lián)運行的復(fù)床。通過混合離子交換后進入水中的氫離子與氫氧離子會立即生成電離度很低的水分子( H2O),很少可能形成陽離子或陰離子交換時的反離子,使交換反應(yīng)進行的十分徹底,因而能制取純度相當(dāng)高的成品水。Ourcompanyproducesthemixedionexchanger(referredtoas")ofthemixedbed,indesaltedwaterengineering,preparationforsecondarydesaltingwater,treatedwaterbythedownflowofmixedincertainproportionratioofloadingandtheformationofacid,alkali,resinlayertomanufacturethefinishedwater.Evenlymixedresinlayer,withYinYangresinresintightlystaggered,eachpairofYangYinresinparticlesandresinonasetofdoublebed,mixedbed,likecountlessgroupofdoublebedseriesoperation.Afterionexchangeinthewaterbymixinghydrogenionandhydroxideionwillimmediatelygeneratelowdegreeofionizationofwatermolecules(H2O),lesslikelytoformthecationoranionexchangeofions,maketheexchangereactionofverythoroughly,therebymakinghighpurityofthefinishedwater.混床的再生工藝較陽、陰床的再生工藝復(fù)雜,混床樹脂層失效后,需先對床中樹脂進行反洗分層,使陽樹脂與陰樹脂徹底分離,然后分別對陽、陰樹脂進行再生、清洗、恢復(fù)交換能力并均勻混合,方可繼續(xù)投入運行。Mixedbedregenerationprocessiscationexchanger、anionexchangerregenerationprocesscomplex,mixedbedresinlayerexpires,shouldfirsttobackwashingstratificationofresininthebed,makewithcationresinandanionresinseparationthoroughly,thenrespectivelyforcationresin、anionresinregeneration,cleaning,restoretheexchangecapacityandmixing,maycontinuetoputintooperation.二、技術(shù)參數(shù) Technicalparameters1. 進水Inlet water: 一級脫鹽水或RO產(chǎn)水Levelofdesalted waterorReverseosmosiswater2.出水水質(zhì)Effluentquality:<μS/cm(25℃)SiO2泄漏<20ug/l,PH接近中性SiO2leak<20ug/l,thePHnearneuter3.工作壓力Workingpressure:<4.工作溫度Workingtemperature:5-45℃運行流速Operatingvelocity:40-60m/h水反洗強度Waterbackwashingstrength:8-12m/h再生流速Regenerationvelocity:4-6m/h再生液濃度Renewableliquidconcentration:4-5%9.填料高度Packing layer height: 陽樹脂Cation 陰樹脂Anionresins201X7:500mm\1000mm三、結(jié)構(gòu)形式 Structureform設(shè)備由本體、布水裝置、集水裝置、外配管及儀表取樣裝置等組成。進水裝置為上進水、擋板布水,集水裝置為多孔板濾水帽集水;設(shè)備的本體外部配管配帶閥門并留有壓力取樣接口,便于用戶現(xiàn)場安裝和實現(xiàn)裝置正常運行。Equipment byontology, cloth water equipment, water equipment, piping andinstrument samplingdevice, etc. Feeddeviceforwater, baffle onwaterdistribution,watercatchmentdevice for porousplatefilterwatercap; Externalpipingequipmentontology matchingvalveandhadpressure samplinginterface, makingit easyfor userstothesiteinstallationandequipmentnormaloperation..設(shè)備的安裝Theinstallationoftheequipment1)安裝前檢查土建基礎(chǔ)是否按設(shè)計要求施工。1)Before the installation check whether civil engineering foundationconstructionaccordingtodesignrequirements.2)設(shè)備按設(shè)計圖紙進行就位,調(diào)整支腿墊鐵并檢查進出口法蘭的水平度和垂直度。2)Equipmentinplaceinaccordancewithdesigndrawingsandlegtoadjustshimandcheckthelevelnessoftheimportandexportoftheflangeandverticality.3)將設(shè)備和基礎(chǔ)預(yù)埋鐵板焊接固定,固定后再次校驗進出口法蘭的水平度和垂直度。3)Basedembeddediron weldingequipmentandfixed, fixed after onceagaincheckthelevelnessoftheimportandexportoftheflangeandverticality.4)將設(shè)備本體配管按編號區(qū)分后依設(shè)計圖紙進行組裝, 每段管道組裝前應(yīng)用干凈抹布對內(nèi)壁進行清潔工作,組裝后應(yīng)保持配管軸線橫平豎直,閥門朝向合理(手動閥手柄朝前,氣動閥啟動頭朝上)。4)Pipingequipmentbodyaccordingtothenumberedinaccordancewiththedesigndrawingsforassembly,aftereachsectionofthepipeassemblyapplicationcleandishclothtocleantheliningworkbefore,afterassemblyshouldmaintainthepipeaxishorizontalevenvertical,valvetowardsreasonable(manualvalvehandleforward,pneumaticvalvestartupside).5)檢查本體閥門開關(guān)靈活,有不靈活的情況及時整改。5)Checkvalvebodyflexibleswitch,timelyrectificationisnotflexible.6)設(shè)備本體配管完成后應(yīng)對閥組進行必要的支撐工作等。6)Pipingequipmentontology copewithvalvesetafter thecompletion ofnecessarysupportwork,etc.7)安裝設(shè)備上配帶的進出水壓力表、取樣閥等;進出水管道上如有流量、電導(dǎo)等探頭座應(yīng)用堵頭堵住。7)Installationofequipmentondisplayinandoutofthewaterpressuregauge,samplingvalve,etc.;Inandoutofthewaterpipechannelsuchastraffic,conductanceprobeplugseatapplicationblock.五、初次運行 Forthefirsttimetorun1)沖洗wash考慮到設(shè)備和管道連接時的電焊殘渣、管道初次投用時的表面污物,設(shè)備初次投入運行時應(yīng)進行沖洗。Considering

time, equipmentshouldbeputintooperationforthefirsttimetowash.A、打開設(shè)備的人孔法蘭將設(shè)備內(nèi)的零件重新緊固,并確認(rèn)罐內(nèi)部件(如水帽等)不缺少;封閉人孔法蘭。A、Opentheequipmentofmanholeflangewillberetightenedequipmentwithintheparts,andconfirmthetankparts(likeacap,etc.)nolack;Closethemanholeflange.B、打開設(shè)備的下排閥,確認(rèn)設(shè)備的出水閥關(guān)閉。B、Openthedischargevalveofthedevice,makesureequipmentwatervalveclosed.C、打開設(shè)備進水閥、排氣閥,開啟前系統(tǒng),至設(shè)備排氣口出水后關(guān)閉排氣閥,沖洗設(shè)備至出水清晰為沖洗終點。C、Opentheinletvalve,exhaustvalve,opensystembefore,toclosethedischargevalve,afterequipmentoutletwaterflushingequipmenttoclearwatertorinsetheend.2)裝填樹脂F(xiàn)illingresin打開人孔,如果出水裝置采用承托層結(jié)構(gòu)則按所設(shè)計的承托層高度裝填,裝填完畢后再裝樹脂。按所設(shè)計的樹脂高度,依次裝入,填完后抹平,以中排裝置支管以上 200mm為基準(zhǔn)線(已包括壓脂層的高度)。沒有中排裝置的應(yīng)在交換器裝填前劃線確認(rèn)。濾料裝填完畢后封閉人孔。Openmanhole,if waterdeviceadoptstheretainer structure isdesignedaccordingtothelayerofretainerhighloading,loadingafterthereloadresin.Accordingtothedesignedheight ofresin, load, inturn, after completebranchofthemiddledeviceabove200mmforreferenceline(includingtheheightofthelipidlayerpressure).Nobottomofdeviceshouldbecrossedinfrontoftheswitchloadingconfirmation.Filtermaterialmanholeclosedwhenloadingisfinished.3)按新樹脂處理方法進行再生處理。3)Accordingtothenewresintreatmentmethodforregeneration.4)設(shè)備正常運行后應(yīng)檢測進出水壓差不大于,檢驗進出水的流量顯示。4)Afterthenormaloperationofequipmentshoulddetectioninandoutofthewaterpressuredifferenceisnotgreaterthanbar,checkinandoutofthewaterflow.六、操作說明 Operatinginstructions1正洗Conventionalwell-flushing啟動一級脫鹽水泵,打開混床進水閥,排氣閥,水流由上而下,當(dāng)水充滿設(shè)備時關(guān)閉排氣閥,打開下排閥,穩(wěn)定其正常產(chǎn)水流量,工作流速

40m/h,出水電導(dǎo)≤μs/cm,即轉(zhuǎn)入制水。Launchedthedesaltingwaterpump,opentheinletvalveofthemixedbed,exhaustvalve,flowtop-down,whenthewaterisfullofequipmentclosethedischargevalve,openthedischargevalve,thestabilityofitsnormalproductionflow,workflow,40m/h,waterconductivitymus/cmorless,orintothewater.2、制水Watermaking打開混床出水閥,關(guān)閉下排閥,穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)水量達(dá)到規(guī)定的設(shè)定值至制水周期結(jié)束。Openthedischarge valveofthemixedbed,closethedischarge valve, waterratereachedthespecifiedvaluetotheendofthewatercycle.3、再生Regeneration1)反洗預(yù)分層:打開反洗進水閥、上排閥,以流速為10m/h進行反洗分層,或以使樹脂處于充分流動狀態(tài),以正常顆粒樹脂不被水流沖出為宜來控制反洗流量,反洗終點以陰、陽樹脂基本分層為止。1)Backwashingearlystratified:openthebackwashingontheinletvalve,valve,flowvelocityas10m/hbackwashingstratification,ortomaketheresinisinfullflowcondition,withnormalresinparticlesarenotflowoutofadvisabletocontrolbackwashingflow,backwashingendtocationresinandanionresinbasicstratification.2)失效:打開堿再生水稀釋閥,堿計量箱出口閥,混床進堿閥、下排閥,啟動再生泵,流量以5m/h控制為宜,時間為5分鐘,再生水溫度為40~50℃。(2)Failure: openthedilute alkali reclaimed watervalve, alkalivalve, into thealkali valve, discharge valveofthemixedbed,startpump,flow with 5 m/hcontrol advisable, time for 5minutes,temperatureof40~50 ℃.

water3)反洗分層:打開反洗進水閥、上排閥,以流速為10m/h進行反洗分層,反洗流速或流量同反洗預(yù)分層,反洗終點以陰、陽樹脂交界處徹底分層為止,反洗結(jié)束時應(yīng)緩慢關(guān)閉進水閥,使樹脂顆粒逐步沉降,以達(dá)到最佳的分層效果。3)Backwashinglayered:openthebackwashingontheinletvalve,valve,flowvelocityas10m/hbackwashingstratification,backwashingvelocityorflowwithbackwashingstratification, backwashingendtothejunction betweencation resin andanionresiniscompletelylayered,backwashingshouldslowlyclosingattheendoftheinlet valveandthesettlement ofresin particles gradually, inordertoachievethebesteffectoflayered.4)沉降:關(guān)閉反洗進水閥、上排閥,打開排氣閥、下排閥,使反洗后展開的樹脂自然,均勻地沉降下來,容器內(nèi)液面降至樹脂面以上200mm位置。4)Settlement:closurebackwashingontheinletvalve,valve,openthedischargevalve,dischargevalve,madeintheresinafterbackwashingnature,settlingdown,evenlycontainerliquidleveldowntoresinsurfaceabove200mmposition.5)再生劑注入:采用同步再生法,打開再生系統(tǒng)再生水稀釋閥,酸、堿計量箱出口閥,混床進酸、進堿閥、中排閥,啟動再生泵,酸、堿再生流量均以5m/h為宜,再生時間根據(jù)實際需要確定,供堿液注入的再生水溫度應(yīng)加熱至40~45℃,可以取得較好的再生效果。(5)Regenerantinjection:usingsynchronizationmethod,opentheregenerationsystemofreclaimedwaterdilutionvalve,acid,alkalidosingtankoutletvalve,mixedbedintoacid,alkalivalve,bottomvalve,pumpstartregeneration,acid,alkaliregeneration,flowwith5m/hadvisable,regenerationtimeaccordingtotheactualneedtodetermine,foralkaliinjectionrenewablewatershouldbeheatedtoatemperatureof40~45℃,canachieveagoodeffectofregeneration.(6)置換:關(guān)閉計量箱出酸閥,出堿閥,同再生劑注入的工作流速,進行置換清洗,時間分鐘或以中排出水指示達(dá)到設(shè)定指標(biāo)來確定。(6)Valvereplacement:closedmeteringboxoutoftheacid,alkalivalve,workwithregenerativeagentinjectionvelocity,displacementcleansing,20minutesoftime,ortosetoutinstructionstowaterindicatorstodetermine.4、混合Blend1)排水Drainage打開排氣閥,下排閥,確認(rèn)容器內(nèi)積水排至樹脂層上 200mm位置,使樹脂層有充分的活動空間。Opentheexhaustvalve,dischargevalve,confirmthecontainersonthewaterandtheresinlayeronthe200mmposition,maketheresinlayerhassufficientmobilespace.2)混合Blend打開上排閥,排氣閥,進氣閥;進氣壓力一般控制在 ~混合時間2分鐘,或以容器內(nèi)兩種樹脂充分混合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來確定。Openthetopvalve,exhaustvalve,inletvalve;Inletpressurecontrolin~MPacommonlymixedtimefor2minutes, incontainer ortwostandardtodeterminetheresinmix.3)排水Drainage打開下排閥;將容器內(nèi)水位排至樹脂層面以下,結(jié)束時應(yīng)用盡快的速度排水,促使樹脂迅速下沉,以防止樹脂在沉降過程中重新分離,引起混合不徹底,但同時要注意防止樹脂層脫水。Openthedischargevalve.Levelwithinthecontainerbelowtheresinlevel,attheendoftheapplicationassoonaspossible,thespeedofthedrainage,promptingresinsinkquickly,inordertopreventtheresinintheprocessofsedimentationseparation,causenotthoroughlymixed,butatthesametimeshouldpayattentiontopreventdehydrationresinlayer.5、正洗Conventionalwell-flushing啟動一級脫鹽水泵,打開混床進水閥,關(guān)閉反洗排放閥、下排閥,當(dāng)水充滿設(shè)備時,關(guān)閉排氣閥,打開下排閥,以制水流量為正洗流量(流量有些變化也無妨),進入正洗工況,直至出水電導(dǎo)<μs/cm。設(shè)備即轉(zhuǎn)入正常制水工況或備用狀態(tài)。Launchedthedesalting untilthewaterconductivity<mus/cm.Equipmentthatistransferredtonormalworkingconditionofwatermakingorstandbystate.注:嚴(yán)禁在液面低于樹脂層面狀態(tài)下反洗樹脂,以免干樹脂推壓擠壞中排裝置或再生液分布裝置!Note:itisstrictlyprohibitedintheliquidlevelislowerthantheresinlevelstatebackwashingresin,soasnottocrushthebadoutdryresindeviceorrenewableliquiddistributiondevice.設(shè)備長時間停運后開車,應(yīng)從再生工序開始。Equipmentaftershutdownforalongtimetodrive,shouldfromtheregenerationprocess.七、注意事項 Mattersneedingattention再生步序中的(1)反洗預(yù)分層和(2)失效步序應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況確定是否進行,或在混床內(nèi)樹脂分層不明顯時進行。Regenerationstep(1)ofthebackwashingprelayeringand(2)thefailurestepsequenceshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothespecificcircumstancestodeterminewhether,orinmixedbedresinlayerisnotobvious.嚴(yán)禁在液面低于樹脂層面狀態(tài)下反洗樹脂,以免干樹脂推壓擠壞中排裝置和再生液分布裝置。2.Itisstrictly prohibited intheliquidlevel islowerthantheresin levelstatebackwashingresin,soasnottocrushthebadoutdryresindeviceorrenewableliquiddistributiondevice.離子交換器反洗時,反洗閥須慢慢開啟,以免水流太大帶走樹脂。3.Whentheionexchangerisbackwashing,thevalvemustbeslowlyopen,inordertoavoidtoomuchwatertakeresin.嚴(yán)禁在設(shè)備本體或閥組的鋼襯膠管道表面進行電焊、氣割作業(yè)。4.Itisstrictly prohibited inthedevicebody orvalvegroupsofthe surfaceofthesteelliningplasticpipewelding,flamecuttingoperations.八、離子交換處理重要參數(shù)計算 Ionexchangeprocessimportant 強型樹脂為,弱型為Strongresinis,theweaktypeof:再生劑濃度HCLNaoHRegenerantconcentrationofHCL,NaoH或按實際計Oraccordingtotheactualproject附Attach:新樹脂的預(yù)處理 Thepretreatmentofthenewresin新樹脂中含有過剩的原料及其所帶的雜質(zhì)、反映不完全的產(chǎn)物等 ,當(dāng)樹脂與水、酸、堿溶液接觸時,上述這些雜質(zhì)(如磺酸.胺類等)會進入溶液,從而沾污出水水質(zhì)及影響樹脂的工藝性能。因此, 新樹脂在使用之前應(yīng)進行預(yù)處理 ,以除去新樹脂表面的可溶性雜質(zhì)。 處理方法需按照各種不同使用對象而定。Newresincontainedinexcessofrawmaterialandwiththeimpurities,whichcanreflecttheincompleteproducts,suchaswhentheresinwhenincontactwiththewater,acidandalkalisolution,theseimpurities(suchassulfonicacid,amine,etc.)willenterthesolution,thuscontaminationeffluentwaterqualityandtheinfluenceontheperformanceoftheresinprocess.Therefore,thenewresinshouldbepretreatedbeforeuse,toremovethesolubleimpuritiesonthesurfaceofthenewresin.Processingmethodsneedtobeusedaccordingtodifferentobjects.一般新樹脂若用在食品或醫(yī)藥工業(yè)的水處理系統(tǒng)時,最好先用樹脂體積2-3倍的飽和食鹽水浸泡20小時左右,用自來水沖洗到中性。再用2-5%
