3、E NOISE車輛噪聲1 INTRODUCTION介紹Environmental noise pollution is a serious concern in construction especially if the site is located close to residential and commercial area. At the moment, the closest residential area to SECCO project site is on the west. SECCO will take every effort to minimize disturb

4、ance to public by selecting the best method to reduce the noise level at the boundary and scheduling noise generating job during daytime. Apart from disturbance to public, excessive noise also creates health risk to workers.環(huán)境噪聲污染是施工中極受關(guān)注的問題，對靠近居民與商業(yè)區(qū)的現(xiàn)場更是如此。當(dāng)前，離賽科項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場最近的居民區(qū)在西側(cè)。賽科將選用最好的方法盡一切努力降低界區(qū)的噪

5、聲級別以及規(guī)劃日常產(chǎn)生噪聲的工作，以此最大限度降低對公眾的干擾。除對公眾的干擾外，大量的噪聲也危及工人的健康。2 AIM目的The aim of this procedure is to make managers and staff aware of the existing PRC regulation on environmental noise control issues.此程序的目的在于使管理者與員工知道中華人民共和國現(xiàn)有的對環(huán)境噪聲控制問題的規(guī)定。3PRC ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE CONTROL REGULATION中華人民共和國環(huán)境噪聲控制規(guī)定The noise

8、on worker and public; and based on the evaluation they should take appropriate action to reduce the noise, reduce risk to workers and disturbance to public.當(dāng)確定有產(chǎn)生大量噪聲的工作時，承包商應(yīng)恰當(dāng)?shù)卦u估其對工人與公眾產(chǎn)生的影響。并根據(jù)評估，承包商應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧┙档驮肼?，減少風(fēng)險以保護(hù)工人，減少對公眾的干擾。c) When activities generating activities are identified, employer

9、must set up Hearing Protection Programme to protect the workers. This programme should include area noise monitoring, workers exposure level monitoring, PPE requirement , workers training and health surveillance.當(dāng)確定由工作帶來的噪聲時，雇主必須建立聽力保護(hù)計(jì)劃以保護(hù)工人。該種計(jì)劃應(yīng)包括區(qū)域噪聲監(jiān)測，工人接觸時間跟蹤，PPE保護(hù)用品的提供和使用，工人的培訓(xùn)與體檢。d) When pur
