前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T33490—2017《展覽展示工程服務(wù)基本要求》,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主

要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)更改了術(shù)語和定義,刪除了“承建商”“主場承建商”“特裝承建商”,增加了“展覽展示工

程企業(yè)”(見第3章,2017年版的第3章);

b)將“基本要求”更改為“總體要求”,細分為安全生產(chǎn)、綠色環(huán)保和前瞻創(chuàng)新要求(見第

4章,2017年版的第4章);

c)增加了“服務(wù)能力”(見第5章);

d)將“崗位要求”更改為“服務(wù)人員”,細分為管理人員、技術(shù)人員和實施人員要求(見第

6章,2017年版的第6章);

e)將“總則”更改為“通用要求”,并更改了要求內(nèi)容(見7.1,2017年版的5.1);

f)將“籌備”更改為“策劃”,并更改了相關(guān)要求(見7.2,2017年版的5.2);

g)更改了“設(shè)計”“制作”“搭建”“維護”“拆除”等服務(wù)流程的相關(guān)要求(見7.3、7.4、

7.5、7.7、7.8,2017年版的5.3、5.4、5.5、5.6、5.7);

h)增加了“驗收”“收尾”等服務(wù)流程(見7.6、7.9);

i)將“服務(wù)質(zhì)量改進”更改為“評價與改進”(見第8章,2017年版的第7章)。

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了展覽展示工程服務(wù)的總體要求、能力要求、人員要求、服務(wù)流程以及評價與改進方面

的要求。

本文件適用于展覽展示工程服務(wù)的規(guī)范管理,也能用于展覽主辦方、參展商評估和選擇展覽展示工

程服務(wù)。
