本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用IEC61249?4?1:2008《印制板及其他互連結(jié)構(gòu)用材料第4?1部分:不覆銅的預(yù)浸

料分規(guī)范多層印制電路板用限定燃燒性環(huán)氧E玻纖布粘結(jié)片》。

本文件與IEC61249?4?1:2008相比,在結(jié)構(gòu)上有較多調(diào)整,兩個(gè)文件之間的結(jié)構(gòu)編號(hào)對(duì)照一覽表

見(jiàn)附錄A。

本文件與IEC61249?4?1:2008相比,存在較多技術(shù)差異,在所涉及的條款的外側(cè)頁(yè)邊空白位置用

垂直單線(|)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)識(shí)。這些技術(shù)差異及其原因一覽表見(jiàn)附錄B。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了E玻纖布增強(qiáng)雙官能環(huán)氧粘結(jié)片(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“粘結(jié)片”)的材料和結(jié)構(gòu)、性能要求、尺

寸、質(zhì)量保證及包裝和標(biāo)識(shí)、儲(chǔ)存期、訂單信息。

本文件適用于制造IEC62326?4多層印制板時(shí)用以粘結(jié)IEC61249?2?7類型的層壓板,該材料可

用于粘結(jié)多層印制電路板。

本文件限定了粘結(jié)片的燃燒性(垂直燃燒試驗(yàn)),其阻燃效果是通過(guò)聚合物型含溴阻燃劑實(shí)現(xiàn)的,

層壓后的玻璃化溫度不低于120℃。
