Noteethsawsafetyoperationregulations

Toensuresafeandproperuseofthenoteethsaw,thefollowingregulationsmustbefollowed:

1.Thesawshouldbeusedandstoredinaspaciousandcleanarea,withaprotectiveshedsetuptomeetsafetyrequirements.

2.Beforeuse,carefullyinspectthepowercordtoensureithasreliableprotectionmeasuresandeffectivegroundingprotection.Theswitchonthecuttingmachinemustbeingoodcondition.

3.Beforeuse,theoperatormustcheckallfastenersforlooseness,especiallythescrewsthatsecurethecuttingbladeandwhetherthebladeisdamagedorcracked.

5.Afterstarting,runthesawwithoutloadfirst,andcheckwhetheralltransmissionpartsandbearingsareoperatingnormallybeforestartingwork.

6.Donotpileuprawmaterialsorsemi-finishedproductsnearthemachineoruseitaroundflammableandexplosivematerials.

7.Duringoperation,standononesideofthecuttingmachineanddonotcutdirectlytowardsthemachine.Operateevenlyandsteadily,withoutusingexcessiveforcetoavoidoverloadingorwheelbreakage.

8.Ifanyabnormalnoiseisheardduringuse,stopthemachineimmediatelyandinspectituntiltheproblemisresolvedbeforecontinuingtouseit.

9.Theprotectivecoverofthesawmustbeintactandeffective.Asplashguardmadeofnon-flammablematerialmustbeplacedinfrontofthemachinetopreventsparksfromflying.

10.Thespecificationsofthegrindingwheelmustmatchthemechanicalmodel,andexpiredgrindingwheelsarestrictlyprohibited.
