項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中BIM技術(shù)推廣探究,mba項(xiàng)目管理論文本篇論文目錄導(dǎo)航：【題目】項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中BIM技術(shù)推廣探究【第一章】【2.12.2】【2.3】【第三章】【4.1-4.5】【4.6】【第五章】【結(jié)論/以下為參考文獻(xiàn)】摘要我們國家建筑業(yè)總體規(guī)模大，但技術(shù)水平一直很低，勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率低下，相比機(jī)械制造業(yè)等其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展較為滯后。的十八大提出促進(jìn)工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)當(dāng)代化同步發(fā)展的要求，對于建筑業(yè)這個(gè)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)來講，怎樣用信息化來改造帶動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)建筑業(yè)水平，改善建筑業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)在狀況，實(shí)行科學(xué)管理，到達(dá)資源節(jié)約，生產(chǎn)高效的目的成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本論文應(yīng)用發(fā)達(dá)國家建筑業(yè)普遍使用和認(rèn)可的BIM技術(shù)，來分析國內(nèi)BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)在狀況與發(fā)展障礙，對今后BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用推廣提出對策建議。本人結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)在杭州某項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐案例，借鑒國外BIM技術(shù)的政策體系與應(yīng)用經(jīng)歷體驗(yàn)，分析國內(nèi)BIM技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)在狀況，通過BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中的應(yīng)用研究，結(jié)合對各參建方調(diào)研問卷的分析，總結(jié)出BIM在應(yīng)用推廣中各方的困難和障礙，提出BIM技術(shù)在我們國家應(yīng)用的相關(guān)建議。論文改變原來從單一建設(shè)主體〔業(yè)主方/施工方/設(shè)計(jì)方等〕單一角度去研究，通過整合各參建方的氣力共同推進(jìn)BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中的綜合應(yīng)用。從BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理中應(yīng)用目的、施行計(jì)劃、保障體系、施行經(jīng)過、施行效果五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行應(yīng)用實(shí)踐研究，對BIM技術(shù)解決建設(shè)管理中的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行效果評估，總結(jié)BIM技術(shù)在使用經(jīng)過中的技術(shù)成果。本文研究結(jié)果表示清楚：〔1〕BIM技術(shù)的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用打破了過去項(xiàng)目參建方各自為政，以個(gè)體利益為主的行為，整合各參建方氣力，由業(yè)主方、施工方、監(jiān)理方三方共同和BIM服務(wù)方建立合作關(guān)系，各參建方基于BIM技術(shù)建立統(tǒng)一的目的，統(tǒng)一的合作分享平臺，統(tǒng)一的BIM軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)信息傳遞分享，建立一種集成的面向項(xiàng)目全經(jīng)過的團(tuán)隊(duì)組織。各方之間風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)、利益分享，以實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目整體價(jià)值最大化的總體目的?！?〕通過該項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)管理經(jīng)過中BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，表示清楚BIM技術(shù)具有明顯優(yōu)勢，給本項(xiàng)目相關(guān)工程管理人員帶來了一套全新的項(xiàng)目管理形式，這種新形式有別于以往的方式方法，使工程數(shù)據(jù)更透明化，數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)查找愈加方便，數(shù)據(jù)的利用率也成倍提高，對安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、投資等方面的管理控制起到重要作用?！?〕通過本項(xiàng)目的施行，驗(yàn)證了BIM技術(shù)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)多方面信息數(shù)據(jù)分享，多角度數(shù)據(jù)分析統(tǒng)計(jì)，對施工現(xiàn)場管理起到有益的幫助。再結(jié)合對各參建方的問卷調(diào)研，總結(jié)出BIM技術(shù)在應(yīng)用推廣經(jīng)過中的困難和障礙，對今后BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用推廣提出對策建議。本文關(guān)鍵詞語：BIM,建設(shè)管理，應(yīng)用研究AbstractTheoverallscaleofChinasconstructionindustry,buttechnologyhasbeenverylow,lowlaborproductivity,comparedwiththedevelopmentofotherindustries,suchasmachinerymanufacturingindustryisrelativelylaggingbehind.Putforwardtheeighteenthcongresstopromoteindustrialization,informatization,urbanizationandagriculturalmodernizationsynchronousdevelopmentrequirement,forconstruction,thetraditionalindustry,howtouseinformationtechnologytodrivethetraditionalconstructionlevel,improvethecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofconstructionindustry,thescientificmanagement,toachieveresourceconservation,productionofthepurposeofefficienthasbecomeatoppriority.ThispaperappliesadvancedBIMtechnologywhichiswidelyusedinconstruction,andtheapprovalofthestate,toanalyzethedomesticapplicationofBIMtechnologypresentsituationandthedevelopmentobstacle,theapplicationofBIMtechnologypromotionputforwardcountermeasuresandSuggestionsforthefuture.IcombinedwithBIMtechnologyapplicationinahangzhouprojectconstructionmanagementpracticecase,drawlessonsfromforeignpolicysystemandtheapplicationofBIMtechnologyexperience,analysisthedevelopmentsituationofBIMtechnology,throughtheBIMtechnologyapplicationintheprojectconstructionmanagementresearch,combinedwiththeanalysisofthecooperated-builingpartiesinvestigationquestionnaire,BIMissummarizedinthepromotionofalldifficultiesandobstaclesintheprocessofapplicationofBIMtechnologyinourcountryrelatedSuggestionsareputforward.Paperchangesfromtheoriginalsingleconstructionmainbody〔theconstructionoftheparty/owner/design,etc.〕singleAngletostudy,byintegratingthepowerofthecooperated-builingpartiesjointlypromotetheBIMtechnologycomprehensiveapplicationintheprojectconstructionmanagement.FromtheBIMtechnologyapplicationintheprojectconstructionmanagementobjectives,implementationplans,securitysystem,implementationprocess,implementationeffectresearchontheapplicationpracticeinfiveaspects,forsolvingtherelatedproblemsontheconstructionandmanagementofBIMtechnologyevaluation,summarizeBIMtechnologyintheuseoftechnologyintheprocessofachievement.Inthispaper,theresearchresultsshowthatthe:〔1〕BIMtechnologypracticecooperated-builingfragmented,brokethepastprojectisgivenprioritytowithindividualbehavior,integratethecooperated-builingpartiesstrength,bytheowner,contractor,supervisionpartythreepartiesjointlyandservicetoestablishcooperationrelationship,plusthecooperated-builingpartiesbasedonBIMtechnologytoestablishaunifiedgoal,unitycooperationsharingplatform,unifiedBIMsoftwarefordatasharinginformationtransmission,toestablishanintegratedprocessorientedprojectteamorganization.Risk-sharing,benefitsharingbetweentheparties,inordertorealizetheoverallobjectiveofmaximizingtheoverallvalueoftheproject.〔2〕ThroughtheprojectintheapplicationofBIMtechnologyintheprocessofconstructionmanagement,suggeststhatBIMtechnologyhasobviousadvantages,relevanttotheprojectengineeringmanagementhasbroughtanewsetofprojectmanagementmode,thenewmodelisdifferentfromthepreviousmetho
