摘要 摘要 跨文化交際學屬于社會語言學，是一個起源于美國的較新學科。跨文化交際作為社 會語言學研究的焦點著重研究不同種族，不同民族和不同文化群體成員之間的各種交 際。文化差異研究可以上溯到二十世紀早期。 隨著全球化的進展，文化差異已成為跨文化交際的障礙。人們在同一個文化背景下 擁有共同的觀念并基于這些觀念產(chǎn)生令人認同的有效行為。這些觀念的核心就是文化價 值觀，是人們交際時無法回避的指令，是人們行為的規(guī)則、思維的方式、認知的準繩、 處事的哲學、演繹推理的模式、評價事物的規(guī)范和道德的標準等。本文基于人類學家 f l o r e n c ek l u c k h o h n 與s t r o d t b e c k 提出的5 個基本問題，即人類的本性、人類與自然 的關(guān)系、人類生活的時間焦點、人類活動的類型、人類關(guān)系的類型，比較分析中美文化 價值觀的差異；剖析中美文化價值觀的美德基礎(chǔ)，即中國的“五常 仁、義、禮、 智、信及西方的四種美德智慧、勇敢、節(jié)制、正義；基于h o f s t e d e 提出的衡量文 化價值觀的尺度，從個人主義一集體主義、對權(quán)力距離的態(tài)度、對不確定因素的回避程
