2025汽車租賃合同中英文合同范本AutomobileLeasingContract(2025)–English-ChineseBilingualVersionContractNo.:PlaceofExecution:Date:出租方(Landlord):Name:Address:ContactInformation:承租方(Tenant):Name:Address:ContactInformation:Recitals(鑒于)出租方(hereinafterreferredtoas"甲方"or"Lessor")istheownerofthemotorvehicledescribedinthisContract.承租方(hereinafterreferredtoas"乙方"或"Lessee")wishestoleasethemotorvehiclefromtheLessorfortransportationpurposes.Bothpartiesagreetoestablishalegalandbindingrelationshipunderthetermsandconditionssetforthherein.MainProvisions(合同條款)1.LeasedVehicleInformation(租賃車輛信息)車輛號牌(LicensePlate):品牌型號(BrandandModel):顏色(Color):發(fā)動機號(EngineNumber):車架號(ChassisNumber):車輛狀況(VehicleCondition):Thevehicleisingoodoperatingcondition,asverifiedbybothpartiesanddescribedintheattached"VehicleInspectionReport"(《車輛狀況檢查報告》).2.TermofLease(租賃期限)Thetermofthisleaseshallbefrom(StartDate)to(EndDate),unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.TheLeaseTermmaybeextendeduponmutualagreementofbothparties,subjecttoawrittenamendmenttothisContract.3.RentandDeposit(租金及押金)MonthlyRent(月租金):PaymentSchedule(支付時間):TherentshallbepaidbytheLesseeinadvanceonthedayofeachmonth.SecurityDeposit(押金):TheLesseeshalldepositasasecuritydepositatthesigningofthisContract.ThisdepositshallberefundedtotheLesseewithindaysaftertheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm,minusanydeductionsfordamages,overduerent,orotherliabilities.LatePaymentPenalty(逾期付款違約金):IftheLesseefailstopaytherentwithindaysaftertheduedate,alatefeeofperdayshallbeapplied.4.ObligationsofBothParties(雙方權利義務)甲方(Lessor)'sResponsibilities:Ensurethattheleasedvehicleislegal,roadworthy,andfreefromanyencumbrancesorliens.ProvidetheLesseewithavalidvehicleregistrationandnecessarydocuments.AddressanymaterialdefectsinthevehiclethatarisefromnormaluseduringtheLeaseTerm.乙方(Lessee)'sResponsibilities:Usethevehiclestrictlyforitsintendedpurposeandmaintainitingoodcondition.Refrainfromsubletting,assigning,ortransferringtheleasetoanythirdpartywithoutpriorwrittenconsent.ReturnthevehicletotheLessorattheexpirationorterminationoftheLeaseTerminitsoriginalcondition,subjecttoreasonablewearandtear.5.UseandMaintenanceoftheVehicle(車輛使用及維護)TheLesseeshallberesponsibleforroutinemaintenanceandrepairstokeepthevehicleingoodworkingorder.AllrelatedcostsshallbebornebytheLessee.Intheeventofabreakdownoraccident,theLesseeshallreporttotheLessorimmediatelyandhandlethesituationinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandregulations.6.Insurance(保險)TheLesseeshallobtainandmaintainvalidinsurancepoliciesattheirownexpense,includingbutnotlimitedto:第三者責任險(ThirdPartyLiabilityInsurance):Coverageofatleast.車輛損失險(VehicleDamageInsurance):Coverageforaccidentaldamagetotheleasedvehicle.車上人員險(OccupantInsurance):Coverageforinjuriestopassengers.AnyclaimsundertheinsuranceshallbehandledbytheLessee.IftheLesseefailstoinsurethevehicleoradequatelymaintaintheinsurance,theLessorshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractandpursueallremediesavailableunderthelaw.7.FeesandResponsibilities(費用與責任)Fuel(燃油費用):TheLesseeisresponsibleforallfuelcostsduringtheLeaseTerm.TaxesandFees(稅費):TheLesseeshallbearallapplicabletaxes,tolls,andfeesrelatedtotheuseofthevehicleduringtheLeaseTerm.AccidentalLoss(事故損失):IfthevehicleisdamagedorlostduetotheLessee'snegligence,theLesseeshallbeliableforthelossordamage,uptothefairmarketvalueofthevehicle,minusanyinsurancerecovery.8.RenewalandTermination(續(xù)租與終止)Renewal(續(xù)租):TheLesseemayapplyforrenewaloftheleasewithindayspriortotheexpirationofthecurrentLeaseTerm.TheLessorshallrespondinwritingwithindaysafterreceivingtherenewalapplication.Termination(終止):EitherpartymayterminatethisContractwithdays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthisContract.EarlyTerminationPenalty(提前終止違約金):IftheLesseeterminatestheContractearlywithoutjustcause,theLesseeshallbeliableforasapenalty.9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution(法律適用與爭議解決)ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof.AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatedtothisContractshallberesolvedthrough友好協(xié)商.If協(xié)商fails,thepartiesagreetosubmitthemattertothejudicialauthoritiesofforresolution.10.MiscellaneousProvisions(其他條款)EntireAgreement(合同的完整):ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriororcontemporaneousunderstandings,agreements,orrepresentations,whetheroralorwritten.Severability(條款的可分割性):IfanyprovisionofthisContractisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.Notices(通知):Allnotices,requests,demands,orothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisContractshallbeinwritinganddeliveredtoth
