主考教師在老師用卷上寫(xiě)下考生的姓名和準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)（即考生第一階段筆試準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)）以及該考生的錄音磁帶號(hào)與口試號(hào)。同時(shí)，在錄音帶上寫(xiě)下該考生的口試號(hào)和姓（名）。2）

進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)考試錄音（如果錄音磁帶不夠，考官可在一分鐘后按下錄音機(jī)暫停鍵，以留下足夠空白保證口譯錄音的完整，但千萬(wàn)不要忘記在考生開(kāi)始做口譯時(shí)啟動(dòng)暫停鍵）和評(píng)分，考生開(kāi)始講Mynameis…Myregistrationnumberis…（考生不能看著準(zhǔn)備過(guò)的材料發(fā)言，但主考教師可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提問(wèn)或讓考生再閱讀一遍口語(yǔ)試題）3）

主考教師提供給考生口譯記錄紙，開(kāi)始用放音機(jī)播放口譯試題，同時(shí)啟動(dòng)錄音機(jī)暫停鍵，以便完整地錄下考生的口譯答題。4）

每段口譯都要評(píng)分。對(duì)評(píng)定為不及格的段落，主考教師還應(yīng)作出相關(guān)評(píng)語(yǔ)，點(diǎn)評(píng)不及格原因，如：漏譯1/3；重大錯(cuò)譯；未譯等5）

考生可看著記錄紙進(jìn)行口譯。6）

主教老師分別在教師用卷上總評(píng)分一欄中評(píng)出總評(píng)成績(jī)并且簽名。（該成績(jī)?yōu)槌踉u(píng)，評(píng)分可以不一致，也不得向考生宣布。考生的成績(jī)需待專(zhuān)家復(fù)聽(tīng)后才能最后定奪，由口譯考試辦公室書(shū)面通知考生。）7）
