前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件是GB/T2423的第17部分。GB/T2423已經(jīng)發(fā)布的部分見附錄NA。
本文件代替GB/T2423.17—2008《電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Ka:鹽
霧》,與GB/T2423.17—2008相比,除結構調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了“范圍”內(nèi)容(見第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)增加了“概述”(見第4章);
c)“鹽霧”更改為“鹽溶液”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第5章,2008年版的第3章);
d)更改了“試驗設備”內(nèi)容(見第6章,2008年版的第2章);
e)增加了“試樣”一章(見第7章);
f)在“預處理”一章中將“注”的內(nèi)容調(diào)整為正文內(nèi)容(見第9章,2008年版的第5章);
g)增加了“試樣的安置”一章(見第10章);
h)“條件試驗”更改為“運行條件”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第11章,2008年版的第6章);
i)增加了“試驗持續(xù)時間”一章(見第12章);
j)“相關規(guī)范中應給出的細節(jié)”更改為“相關規(guī)范應給出的信息”,并更改了內(nèi)容(見第15章,
2008年版的第10章);
k)更改了“試驗報告”內(nèi)容(見第16章,2008年版的第9章)。
本文件等同采用IEC60068?2?11:2021《環(huán)境試驗第2?11部分:試驗方法試驗Ka:鹽霧》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:
—為與現(xiàn)有標準協(xié)調(diào),將標準名稱改為《環(huán)境試驗第2部分:試驗方法試驗Ka:鹽霧》;

引言
GB/T2423系列標準包括了環(huán)境試驗及其嚴酷等級的基礎信息,用于評定試樣在預期的貯存、運輸
以及各種使用環(huán)境下的環(huán)境適應性。在該系列標準中,每個文件分別介紹了一組試驗和應用。
GB/T2423系列標準旨在為產(chǎn)品規(guī)范制定者和產(chǎn)品試驗者提供一系列統(tǒng)一且可重復的氣候、機械和綜合
等環(huán)境試驗,并包含了測量和試驗用標準大氣條件。
1981年以來,GB/T2423系列標準先后有50余項文件發(fā)布實施,現(xiàn)行GB/T2423標準48項,其中
40項采用IEC60068?2系列標準?,F(xiàn)行GB/T2423系列標準組成部分詳見附錄NA。
本文件規(guī)定的試驗目的在于比較電工設備、部件和材料抗鹽霧腐蝕的能力。
本試驗能用于評價防護涂層的質(zhì)量和均勻性。
本試驗引起的劣化與電工設備、部件和材料長期暴露于含鹽環(huán)境之間的關系難以確定,不是用于量
化電工設備、部件和材料的長期老化的可靠方式。本試驗通常會因鹽霧引起加速劣化,為比較電工設
備、部件和材料在含鹽環(huán)境中的抗腐蝕能力提供了有效方法。
