1ElectricalEquipmentandOperationContentsSectionalizedConfigurationSectionalizedConfigurationwithBypassONSectionalizedConfiguration3PurposeofSegmentationReducetheinfluencerangeofbusbarfaultsandimprovethereliabilityofpowersupply.WiringCharacteristicsWhentheleadnumberislarge,inordertoimprovethereliabilityofpowersupply,acircuitbreakercanbeusedtodividethebusbarintoasectionalizedconfiguration.Power1Power2SectionIISectionISectionalizedConfiguration4NumberofSegmentsDependingonthenumberandcapacityofpowersupplies.Thegreaterthenumberofsections,thesmallertherangeofpoweroutagesintheeventofafault,butatthesametime,thenumberofcircuitbreakersandotherequipmentusedalsoincreases,andtheoperationwillbecomemorecomplicated.Usually2~3sectionsareappropriate.Inordertoreducetheinfluencerangeofbusbarfaults,thesumofthepowerofasectionofthebusbarshouldbeequaltothatoftheleadpower,anditisbettertohaveonepowersupplyforeachsection.Power1Power2SectionIISectionISectionalizedConfiguration5OperationModeParalleloperation(sectionalcircuitbreakerisswitchedon)Duringnormaloperation,thesectionalbreakerQF1isclosed,andthetwopowersuppliesareconnectedtothetwobusbarsectionsrespectively;theloadonthetwobusbarsectionsshouldbeevenlydistributedtobalancethevoltagesonthetwobusbarsections.Whenanybusbarsectionfails,therelayprotectiondevicewillacttotripthesectionalbreakerandthepowercircuitbreakerconnectedtothebusbarsection,andtheothersectionwillcontinuetosupplypower.Whenthereisapowerfailure,thetwobusbarsectionscanstillbeenergizedwithbetterreliability.However,theshort-circuitcurrentisrelativelylargewhenthelinefails.Power1Power2SectionIISectionISectionalizedConfiguration6OperationModeSplitoperation(sectionalbreakerdisconnected)Duringnormaloperation,thesectionalcircuitbreakerQF1isdisconnected,andthevoltagesonthetwobusbatsectionsmaybedifferent.Eachpowersupplyonlysuppliespowertotheleadwiresconnectedtothissectionofthebusbar.Whenthesectionalcircuitbreakerisdisconnectedandoperated,inadditiontotherelayprotectiondevice,thesectionalcircuitbreakershallalsobeequippedwithastandbypowersupplyautomaticinputdevice.Whenanypowersupplyfails,thepowercircuitbreakerisautomaticallydisconnected,andthesectionalcircuitbreakercanbeautomaticallyturnedontoensurethatallleadsaresuppliedbythepowersupplyofothersection.Thebreakingofsectionalcircuitbreakeroperationcanalsolimittheshort-circuitcurrent.Power1Power2SectionIISectionISectionalizedConfiguration7AdvantageAnalysisWhenthebusbarfails,onlythefaultybusbarsectionstopsworking,andthenon-faultysectioncancontinuetorun.Comparedwiththesinglebusbarwiring,theinfluencerangeofthebusbarfaultisreduced;Forimportantdouble-circuitusers,connectthedouble-circuitlinestodifferentsectionstoensurepowersupplytoimportantusers.Whenasectionofthebusbarisfaultyoroverhauled,thepowersupplyandoutgoinglinesofthissectionofbusbarwillbecutoff,reducingthepowergenerationofthesystem,andthesingle-circuitoutgoingwiresofthissectionwillbepoweredoff.Whenanyoutgoingcircuitbreakerisoverhauled,thecircuitmustbepoweredoff.DisadvantageAnalysisSectionalizedConfiguration8ScopeofApplication6~10KV,Thenumberofoutgoinglinesis6circuitsormore;35~63KV,theoutgoinglinesare4to8circuits;110~220KV,theoutgoinglinesare3to4circuits;ContentsSectionalizedConfigurationSectionalizedConfigurationwithBypassONSectionalizedConfigurationwithBypass10TheroleofthebypassbusbarThecircuitbreakerwillneedtobeoverhauledafterlong-termoperationandremovalofacertainnumberofshort-circuitcurrents.Someimportantusersrequirethecircuitbreakertobeoverhauledwithoutpowerfailure.Inpractice,thesolutionistoinstallabypassbus.Theroleofthebypassbusbar:torepairanyoutgoingcircuitbreakerwithoutinterruptingthepowersupplyofthecircuit.BypassbusbatoperationNormally,thebypassbusbarisnotlive,andthebypasscircuitbreakerQFPandtheisolatingswitchesonbothsidesareindisconnectionoperation.Whenrepairinganyoutgoingcircuitbreaker,thecircuitbreakercanberepairedwithoutpowerfailurethroughtheswitchingoperation.SectionalizedConfigurationwithBypass11WiringCharacteristicsInstallabypassbusbarontheoutsideoftheoutgoingisolatingswitch;Eachoutgoinglineisconnectedtothebypassbusbarthroughabypassisolatingswitch;Installabypasscircuitbreakerandisolatingswitchesonbothsidesbetweeneachsectionofthebusbarandthebypassbus.BusbarIBusbarIIBusbarⅢSectionalizedConfigurationwithBypass12OperationexampleWhentheoutgoingcircuitbreaker1QFoflineL1isoverhauled,usethebypasscircuitbreakerQFPtoreplacetheoperationoftheoutgoingcircuitbreaker1QF1.PutinQFPtochargetheinstantaneousrelayprotectionofbypassbusbarW32.CloseQSP13.CloseQSP24.CloseQFPtochargethebypassbusbar,andcheckwhetherW3isfaulty5.Closethebypassisolatingswitch1QSP6.Pull1QF7.Pull1QS28.Pull1QS1BusbarIBusbarIIBusbarⅢSectionalizedConfigurationwithBypass13OtherbypasswiringformsWithspecialsectionalcircuitbreakersandbypasssectionalswitches,thenumberofcircuitbreakersislargerandthecostishigher,thusderivingotherbypasswiringforms.BypasscircuitbreakerdoublesassectionalcircuitbreakerwiringSectionaldisconnectiondoublesasbypasscircuitbreakerwiringBusbarIBusbarIIⅢBusba
