13、 IEA FM ExCo 投票經(jīng)過接受中國作為非成員國參與此協(xié)議由科技部于1997年3月完成簽署參與協(xié)議步驟 .相關活動與協(xié)作 從正式簽署參與此協(xié)議之后，我們積極參與相關活動，即使因某些緣由不能派人參與執(zhí)委會會議，也都將相關信息用電子版發(fā)給執(zhí)委會參與交流；2021年我們分別派人參與了IEA的聚變資料輻照效應研討協(xié)作討論會和一年一次執(zhí)委會會議。承當釩合金Valloy，IEAHeat一致樣品，性能測試協(xié)作研討和此合金在聚變運用研討，作我們點滴奉獻 。.如今在研協(xié)作工程IEA Workshop on Vanadium Alloys for Fusion Applications Physical M
