1、廣西柳州鹿寨金利水泥有限公司關(guān)于開(kāi)展歲末年初安全生產(chǎn)大檢查工作小結(jié) 正值歲末年初之際，廣西柳州鹿寨金利水泥有限公司在收到鹿安委辦20151號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)自治區(qū)安委辦關(guān)于迅速組織開(kāi)展歲末年初安全生產(chǎn)和人員密集場(chǎng)所安全大檢查的緊急通知的文件精神。立即行動(dòng)起來(lái)，對(duì)公司安全工作進(jìn)行動(dòng)員、部署、檢查、整改，現(xiàn)將我公司安全工作匯報(bào)如下：一、召開(kāi)會(huì)議、周密部署 接到通知后，我公司再次召開(kāi)了安全領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組會(huì)議，總經(jīng)理對(duì)歲末年初公司安全工作進(jìn)行了周密部署，加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、統(tǒng)一思想認(rèn)識(shí)，研究工作措施，明確工作責(zé)任，要求各車間、班組要切實(shí)增強(qiáng)安全意識(shí)、責(zé)任意識(shí)，切實(shí)做好歲末年初安全生產(chǎn)和人員密集場(chǎng)所安全大檢查工作，堅(jiān)決預(yù)防和遏

2、制事故的發(fā)生。二、明確工作目標(biāo)，檢查各項(xiàng)工作 接此通知后我公司通過(guò)再次的公司安全檢查督查，對(duì)公司員工宿舍、外包工宿舍、車間安全、公司食堂、公司消防安全設(shè)施、配備及各項(xiàng)安全應(yīng)急預(yù)案全面進(jìn)行排查，通過(guò)全面排查安全隱患和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，落實(shí)整改責(zé)任和措施，徹底排除重大隱患，有效防止各類安全事故，維護(hù)正常的安全生產(chǎn)秩序。三、安全隱患排查情況：1、各項(xiàng)安全檔案工作要求細(xì)致、全面。2、滅火栓老化在燒成工段集中集中堆放一同回收或更換，需要添置的作好記錄。3、生產(chǎn)中安全工作到位，公司安全培訓(xùn)工作坐實(shí)，每周開(kāi)展車間安全教育，認(rèn)真組織豐富多彩、貼近生活的緊急疏散演習(xí)活動(dòng)，生產(chǎn)中無(wú)大小安全事故發(fā)生。4、加強(qiáng)公司值班工作，

3、每個(gè)節(jié)假日都安排公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶崗值班，以防意外事故的發(fā)生。安排一名保安人員，實(shí)行了外人員進(jìn)出公司登記制度，杜絕社會(huì)閑雜人員進(jìn)出公司生產(chǎn)或生活區(qū)。四、建立組織機(jī)構(gòu)，加強(qiáng)安全領(lǐng)導(dǎo) 為加強(qiáng)歲末年初安全工作檢查大行動(dòng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，公司成立此次安全大檢查行動(dòng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，其組成人員如下： 組長(zhǎng)：謝福泉 常務(wù)副組長(zhǎng)：李福華 副組長(zhǎng)：蘇進(jìn)球 覃漢家 成 員：覃漢家、章進(jìn)民、韋勤法、謝志德、胡喜仁、黃良林、陶克江、陳其聯(lián)、余國(guó)蔭、謝德華、李朝清、張曉東、羅誠(chéng)、 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組下設(shè)辦公室，設(shè)在生產(chǎn)辦，辦公室主任由覃漢家擔(dān)任。五、排查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的安全隱患1、員工宿舍安全檢查情況：除新建8棟招待所外，其余生活區(qū)其他宿舍都是1993年建設(shè)的

4、，有的宿舍頂層下雨時(shí)有發(fā)現(xiàn)漏水現(xiàn)象，雨季來(lái)臨存在很大的安全隱患；民工宿舍陳舊老化，也有亂接電現(xiàn)象，雜物、垃圾亂堆放等現(xiàn)象。2、公司生產(chǎn)區(qū)路面狹窄，多處有轉(zhuǎn)彎，原、燃材料車輛出入較多，出入都是極大的安全隱患，雖然公司采取排隊(duì)過(guò)磅和候裝水泥車規(guī)劃停車線的措施，但不能完全排除安全隱患。3、嚴(yán)格來(lái)說(shuō)：公司門口、多路交叉口都應(yīng)該設(shè)置強(qiáng)行減速帶，但在這些區(qū)域安裝減速膠梗經(jīng)不住重車輥壓容易損壞，只能使用公路用的膠水噴射安全行駛標(biāo)志線條或減速條。4、地磅至水泥裝車點(diǎn)道路兩邊停放候裝車輛（含散裝車），影響水泥裝車車輛販出入，存在很大的安全隱患。5、地磅至水泥裝車點(diǎn)道路右側(cè)圍墻倒塌幾十米至今未重建起來(lái)，也未設(shè)立安
