SCOPEOFWORK

2.TheEmployee'sresponsibilitiesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

d.ReportingtotheEmployer'sdesignatedsupervisoronaregularbasis.

3.TheEmployeragreestoprovidetheEmployeewiththenecessarytools,equipment,andresourcestoperformtheserviceseffectively.

COMPENSATIONANDBENEFITS

1.TheEmployeeshallreceiveamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount]in[Currency],subjecttoapplicabletaxesanddeductions.

2.TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewiththefollowingbenefits:

a.HealthinsurancecoverageaspertheEmployer'spolicy;

c.TransportationexpensestoandfromtheEmployee'splaceofresidencetotheworkplace,aspertheEmployer'spolicy;

d.LeaveentitlementsaspertheEmployer'spolicy.

3.TheEmployershallmaketimelypaymentstotheEmployeeaspertheagreedpaymentschedule.

TERMINATION

1.ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherPartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherParty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivenatleast[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheeffectivedateoftermination.

2.Intheeventofterminationduetoanycause,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeethefollowing:

a.Salaryfortheremainingperiodofemployment;

b.Anyunusedleaveentitlements;

c.AnyotherbenefitsasperthetermsofthisAgreement.

3.TheEmployershallbeliableforanydamagesarisingfromtheterminationofthisAgreement,includingbutnotlimitedto,legalfeesandcompensationforlossofemployment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

1.ThePartiesagreetomaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationdisclosedduringthecourseofthisAgreement.

2.Confidentialinformationshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,tradesecrets,businessplans,customerlists,andotherproprietaryinformation.

3.ThePartiesshallnotdisclose,use,orallowtheuseofconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofthisAgreement.

PRINCIPALPARTY'SOBJECTIVESANDMEANINGS
