前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T3325—2017《金屬家具通用技術條件》,與GB/T3325—2017相比,除結構調整
和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了術語和定義,刪除了“人造板封邊”,增加了“可觸及區(qū)域”和“1型桌”(見第3章,2017年
版的第3章);
b)更改了桌椅(凳)主要尺寸配合,刪除了桌面與椅凳座面配合高差(見表1,2017年版的表1
序號6);
c)更改了掛衣空間深度的項目類別(見表1序號9,2017年版的表1序號10);
d)更改了單層床床鋪面凈長、床鋪面凈高和雙層床床鋪面凈長、床鋪面凈寬、上床鋪面或高床床
鋪面離地高(見表1序號14、16~19,2017年版的表1序號15、17~20);
e)更改了雙層床層間凈高、安全欄板高度和安全欄板缺口寬度(見表1序號20~22,2017年版
的表1序號21~23);
f)更改了產(chǎn)品外形尺寸偏差(見表1序號24,2017年版的表1序號24);
g)更改了鄰邊垂直度的規(guī)定(見表2序號1,2017年版的表2序號1);
h)增加了鑄造件、合金件等其他金屬件外觀要求,增加了死節(jié)、孔洞、夾皮、樹脂道、樹膠道等缺
陷的規(guī)定,增加了零部件的結合、雕刻的圖案、石材、巖板等外觀要求;更改了玻璃件外觀要
求;刪除了標志和使用說明要求(見表3,2017年版的表3);
i)更改了安全性能要求和試驗方法(見5.4,6.4,2017年版的5.4,6.4);
j)增加了產(chǎn)品中電氣部分安全要求和試驗方法(見表4序號4、6.4.5);
k)更改了耐鹽?。透g)要求和試驗方法(見表5序號3、6.5.2.3,2017年版的表5、6.5.1);
l)增加了金屬轉印薄膜層理化性能要求和試驗方法(見表5序號6和7、6.5.4);
m)更改了木制件表面涂層抗沖擊要求(見表5序號13,2017年版的表5);
n)刪除了木制件表面貼面層的耐劃痕要求及試驗方法,更改了木制件表面裝飾層的耐磨要求
(見表5序號20,2017年版的表5);
o)更改了真皮涂層黏著牢度要求(見表5序號28,2017年版的表5);
p)增加了人造革pH要求(見表5序號27);
q)增加了人造石、巖板耐污染、耐沖擊理化性能要求和試驗方法(見表6、6.5.8.3);
r)更改塑料件理化性能要求和試驗方法(見表6、6.5.8.4,2017年版的5.5.2、6.5.2);
s)刪除了封邊條表面膠合強度的要求及試驗方法(2017年版的表6);
t)更改了桌幾類、柜架類、單層床、雙層床力學性能要求(見5.6,2017年版的5.6);
u)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐冷熱循環(huán)的試驗方法(見6.5.6.1,2017年版
的表5);
v)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐干熱的試驗方法(見6.5.6.2,2017年版的表5);
w)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐濕熱的試驗方法(見6.5.6.3,2017年版的表5);
x)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐污染性能的試驗方法(見6.5.6.4,2017年版
