二、三級(jí)《筆譯綜合能力》科目考試時(shí)間為120分鐘,《筆譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目考試時(shí)間均為180分鐘。三級(jí)口譯考試大綱《口譯綜合能力》來源:考試大序號(hào)題型來源:考試大題量來源:考試大記分時(shí)間(分鐘)1聽力理解判斷20題2010填空20題2010篇章理解15題3010聽力綜述聽約500單詞英語文章后寫一篇150詞的英語綜述3030總計(jì)----10060《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》(交替?zhèn)髯g)序號(hào)題型來源:考試大題量來源:考試大記分時(shí)間(分鐘)1英漢互譯(對(duì)話)約150-200字詞50102英漢交替?zhèn)髯g約300詞的英語發(fā)言一篇40103漢英交替?zhèn)髯g約200字的漢語發(fā)言一篇4010總計(jì)-----10030二級(jí)口譯考試(交替?zhèn)髯g)考試大綱《口譯綜合能力》來源:考試大序號(hào)來源:考試大題型來源:考試大題量來源:考試大記分時(shí)間(分鐘)1聽力理解判斷10題20短句選項(xiàng)10題20篇章選項(xiàng)20題40聽力綜述聽約600單詞英語文章后寫一篇200詞的英語綜述20總計(jì)--10060《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》(交替?zhèn)髯g)序號(hào)題型來源:考試大題量來源:考試大記分時(shí)間(分鐘)1英漢交替?zhèn)髯g總量約1000單詞的英語發(fā)言兩篇50302漢英交替?zhèn)髯g總量約1000詞的漢語發(fā)言兩篇5030總計(jì)--10060三級(jí)口譯綜述題部分應(yīng)試技巧人事部翻譯證書考試已經(jīng)設(shè)立五年了,考試日趨成熟。目前考試分為兩個(gè)部分:實(shí)務(wù)考試和綜合能力考試。其中綜合能力考試中最困難的部分是綜述寫作,它在100分的總分中占據(jù)30分之多。綜述寫作的失敗必然導(dǎo)致整個(gè)綜合能力考試的失敗。所謂綜述寫作,就是聽一段500字左右的文字,對(duì)它的大意進(jìn)行歸納。它考察的是考生的邏輯歸納能力。邏輯歸納能力是口譯必備的基本能力。本文將從聽入、記錄、整理、寫作四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)來提出一些綜述寫作的應(yīng)試技巧,重點(diǎn)是聽入部分。1、聽入一方面我們分析目前考過的試題:美國(guó)虐待兒童致死案(2023年12月)傳媒對(duì)美國(guó)政治的影響(2023年5月)電視對(duì)美國(guó)社會(huì)的影響(2023年11月)雪的危害及防止(2023年5月)因特網(wǎng)的運(yùn)用(2023年5月)從上述的考題看,在題材上不具有規(guī)律性。出題者的隨意性較大。2023年的兩次考題明顯是來自于同一本材料。2023年的填空考試則更為離譜,兩次考試的填空題居然出自同一篇有關(guān)朝核六方會(huì)談的新聞報(bào)道。但從聽力材料的類型看,以完整的議論文為主,均十分完整地陳述了一個(gè)事件或一個(gè)現(xiàn)象,有著完整的主線。這也就為我們分析提供了也許性。因此,在聽入部分,我們一方面要理解大意,抓文章的邏輯主線,抓重要信息點(diǎn)。切勿在聽的過程中刻意追求細(xì)節(jié),而損失大意。要敢于放棄一時(shí)聽不懂的東西,關(guān)注后續(xù)信息。綜述寫作的難點(diǎn)在于分辨信息點(diǎn):哪些重要,哪些次要??荚囋u(píng)判的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也是看考生是否能抓住重要信息點(diǎn)和次要信息點(diǎn),綜述寫作的優(yōu)勢(shì)聽到的材料時(shí)間長(zhǎng),可以放棄的信息較多,特別是一些例子。前面聽不懂的可以依據(jù)上下文來理解。緩沖的空間比較大。什么是文章的主線?熟悉英文寫作的人應(yīng)當(dāng)會(huì)注意到英文寫作的模式化,即“開場(chǎng)-發(fā)展-結(jié)論”+“主題+論證+細(xì)節(jié)”。聽者很好把握這樣的思緒。以2023年5月那篇《雪》一文來分析,文章共分為三大部分:雪這個(gè)自然現(xiàn)象的形成和分布,雪的危害和雪的防止。三部分的邏輯關(guān)系十分明確。假如我們能從宏觀上來理解這篇文章,那么寫作的時(shí)候結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)十分清楚。?我把英語的不同文體提成以下幾種邏輯主線:時(shí)間順序邏輯主線。常見于對(duì)事物以時(shí)間段發(fā)展變化的介紹類文章,有明確的時(shí)間點(diǎn)。每一個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)代表了一個(gè)重要信息,很容易把握。歸納介紹邏輯主線。這類從現(xiàn)象向結(jié)論歸納的邏輯容易導(dǎo)致理解上的錯(cuò)誤。問題分析邏輯主線。這類從結(jié)論向下展開論述分析的文章在英文議論文中最為常見,容易把握。新聞模式邏輯主線。新聞模式常把最重要的信息放在文章的最前面,即新聞眼。然后按信息的重要性,由重要向次要逐步展開。情節(jié)敘述邏輯主線。這種主線多見于故事類,較好把握。有了對(duì)文章基本邏輯主線的了解,我們才有也許大膽地去把握篇章。在聽的過程中我們要特別注意一些重要信息點(diǎn)的外形特性,即一些基本邏輯詞和短語:順序關(guān)系:1、2、3,letmebegin,letmeclose,one,another,before,after,then,finally,inaddition并列關(guān)系:and,while,meanwhile,atthesametime,ononehand,ontheotherhand,反義詞并列(good&bad,advantage&disadvantage)轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)系:but,however,whereas,nevertheless,讓步關(guān)系:although,despite,inspiteof,因果關(guān)系:so,because,thus,for,thanksto解釋關(guān)系:i.e.,thatistosay,whichmeans,條件關(guān)系:if,providedthat,giventhat,incaseof,unless
2.記錄?筆記以記豎線即文章的主線為主,而不追求橫線細(xì)節(jié)之完整,但要記數(shù)字。
3.整理?在寫作前一定要根據(jù)筆記和記憶,理出原文的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和邏輯關(guān)系,力求要點(diǎn)充實(shí)。要點(diǎn)就是重要得分點(diǎn),它通常是每一個(gè)段落的第一句,即主題句,反映了一個(gè)段落的重要思想,段落中的其他文字都是在論述這個(gè)重要思想。但主題句不絕對(duì)是第一句,主題句的位置還也許出現(xiàn)在段落的最后。假如一個(gè)段落里尚有分論點(diǎn)的話,那么這些分論點(diǎn)就是次要得分點(diǎn)。重要得分點(diǎn)和次要得分點(diǎn)構(gòu)成了整個(gè)篇章的構(gòu)架。
4.寫作
由于筆記只是反映了文章的總體邏輯關(guān)系,我們是不也許記住原文的具體句子的,因此放棄原語寫作是我們的必然選擇。我們需要做的是根據(jù)整理出來的提綱,比較均勻地分派寫作,把要點(diǎn)串連起來。當(dāng)我們使用復(fù)合句寫作能力不強(qiáng)的時(shí)候,我們用最簡(jiǎn)潔的主-謂-賓結(jié)構(gòu)來構(gòu)造每一句話。避免低檔語法錯(cuò)誤,如性別、時(shí)態(tài)、數(shù)、介詞等。?綜述寫作考的是一個(gè)口譯員把握邏輯要點(diǎn)的歸納能力。這種歸納能力也是我們一種至關(guān)重要的工作能力。三級(jí)口譯實(shí)務(wù)部分應(yīng)試技巧人事部的考試是實(shí)用翻譯派的代表性考試,其出題的依托都是一名中級(jí)的口譯員實(shí)際會(huì)面對(duì)的情況,其鑒定你分?jǐn)?shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也是社會(huì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)戰(zhàn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由于大多數(shù)學(xué)習(xí)者都是學(xué)生,不了解口譯的實(shí)戰(zhàn)性,在復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)容易偏離正軌,所以大家應(yīng)當(dāng)把握住人事部的這個(gè)思緒,認(rèn)真結(jié)合其真題和指定教材復(fù)習(xí),相信你自己,只要復(fù)習(xí)對(duì)路,抓住竅門,這個(gè)考試完全可以通過。此外,由于三級(jí)口譯針對(duì)實(shí)用性的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合歷年真題,可以歸納出以下幾個(gè)出題規(guī)律規(guī)律1:對(duì)話部分考社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,多與中西方文化交流有關(guān)近幾年真題出現(xiàn)過的內(nèi)容:外國(guó)人看中國(guó)文化;倫敦文化和中國(guó)春節(jié);姚明在美國(guó)NBA;中國(guó)人和外國(guó)人對(duì)麥當(dāng)勞不同的見解;新一代居民身份證;上海和上海世博會(huì);討論世界地球日復(fù)習(xí)建議:這部分考試難度最低,不是考翻譯,而是考察的學(xué)生的基本聽力和口語的能力。這20分是學(xué)生必須要搶的20分。復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)要緊緊扣住熱門詞匯和近期熱門話題,對(duì)于中國(guó)和英美一些特有的背景詞匯要特別突擊一下,比如考試出現(xiàn)的中國(guó)"古錢","春聯(lián)","麥當(dāng)勞"。考試根源:中西方文化交流和沖突,以及社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題是一名外事工作者,在中低層次的口譯工作中必然面臨的工作內(nèi)容,這就是以實(shí)用為原則的人事部考試出這種題材的因素。規(guī)律2:英譯漢部分考大會(huì)發(fā)言,多為大會(huì)的基調(diào)發(fā)言。近幾年真題出現(xiàn)過的內(nèi)容:
中國(guó)在世界舞臺(tái)上的崛起;
環(huán)境保護(hù)和自然資源;全球氣候變暖;亞洲的價(jià)值與繁榮;科學(xué)、信息和社會(huì);介紹艾滋病;英國(guó)王妃戴安娜的新聞復(fù)習(xí)建議:最早的考試可以忽略不計(jì),戴安娜為新聞體,艾滋病過于專業(yè),因此最近5次考試再也沒有反復(fù)過這樣的題型。因此,復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)緊緊扣住大會(huì)英語,背記有關(guān)大會(huì)英語的詞匯和高頻句子。人事部指定教材的英譯漢內(nèi)容基本都是大會(huì)的演講,特別是外國(guó)人來到中國(guó)參與各種大會(huì)的演講,以及世界重大會(huì)議的基調(diào)發(fā)言,廣大同學(xué)應(yīng)用聽譯-視譯-聽譯的辦法復(fù)習(xí),相信指定教材對(duì)考試的指向性。不要過度偏離教材,按照自己的想象復(fù)習(xí)??荚嚂r(shí)的策略是,這40分拿到一半就是勝利,把標(biāo)準(zhǔn)調(diào)低一點(diǎn),努力堅(jiān)持,不要被不會(huì)的東西嚇住,從而產(chǎn)生放棄的心理,或徹底地亂說八道??荚嚫矗喝耸虏咳?jí)口譯考試是為社會(huì)提供職業(yè)的口譯員,特別是在各種會(huì)議上從事交替?zhèn)髯g工作的口譯員,因此其英譯漢的題型必然以大會(huì)的背景為依托。但畢竟只是三級(jí),所以內(nèi)容不也許過于專業(yè)和深?yuàn)W,只能選擇相對(duì)泛泛的內(nèi)容,也就是用相對(duì)嚴(yán)厲的詞匯講大而空的內(nèi)容,這正是會(huì)議基調(diào)發(fā)言的特點(diǎn)。對(duì)話部分考題針對(duì)一般性外事活動(dòng)中的聽說能力,英譯漢部分則是針對(duì)具體會(huì)議中的口譯能力??谧g員基本不會(huì)坐在電視邊翻譯新聞,所以戴安娜那樣的題目不會(huì)再出了。換句話說,復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)不可把太多注意力放在新聞聽力方面,由于這不是口譯的話題和題材。規(guī)律3:漢譯英部分考外交式的嚴(yán)厲發(fā)言,或介紹中國(guó)政策和特色。近幾年真題出現(xiàn)過的內(nèi)容:北京市新春致詞;香港和香港經(jīng)濟(jì);介紹秦始皇兵馬俑;
新加坡和新加坡經(jīng)濟(jì);亞洲經(jīng)濟(jì)和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì);中英外交關(guān)系;中美外交關(guān)系復(fù)習(xí)建議:這部分的內(nèi)容最為穩(wěn)定,復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)抓住指定教材中大而空的漢譯英內(nèi)容,由于口譯書上的漢譯英部分都是中國(guó)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在重大場(chǎng)合或重要時(shí)刻對(duì)外國(guó)人的發(fā)言,以上每一次考試都有教材的影子??荚嚂r(shí)要從這里拿走30分以上,由于漢譯英的規(guī)定會(huì)相對(duì)較低,大體說出意思就行,這畢竟是三級(jí)考試,不必在語言的細(xì)枝末節(jié)方面或所謂的"地道"方面太計(jì)較??荚嚫?口譯譯員在實(shí)際工作中的任務(wù)就是站在中國(guó)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)旁邊,向外國(guó)人介紹中國(guó)的政策、國(guó)情或有中國(guó)特色的事物,或在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)發(fā)表冠冕堂皇的外事發(fā)言時(shí)進(jìn)行視譯或交替?zhèn)髯g。規(guī)律4:漢譯英部分的間隔短于英譯漢由于英譯漢只要聽懂了就說的出來,中國(guó)人說中國(guó)話不存在速度問題;而中國(guó)人講英語時(shí)速度會(huì)慢下來,所以這部分要快說,關(guān)鍵是純熟,考前也要進(jìn)行必要的訓(xùn)練。規(guī)律5:考試的英文朗讀為英國(guó)人,學(xué)生要有針對(duì)性地適應(yīng)英音。規(guī)律6:數(shù)字的翻譯是口譯基礎(chǔ),每一次考試都會(huì)有數(shù)字的涉及,雖然相關(guān)內(nèi)容不多,但對(duì)準(zhǔn)確性的規(guī)定是百分之百,考前要從英譯漢、漢譯英兩方面有針對(duì)性地結(jié)合句子、段落進(jìn)行快速聽說練習(xí)。三級(jí)口譯樣卷:2023年12月英語《口譯綜合能力》2023年12月英語三級(jí)《口譯綜合能力》試題PartIA.Listentothefollowingpassageandthendecidewhetherthestatementsblowaretrueorfalse.Afterhearingashortpassage,blackenthecircleof"True"ontheanswersheetifyouthinkthestatementistrue,orblackenthecirclefor"False"ifitisfalse.Therearetenstatementsinthispartofthetest,withonepointeach.Youwillhearthepassageonlyonce.1.Emmaismygrandmother.?○True
