9、于水利、電力、給排水等各類泵站的水泵出口,替代止回閥和閘閥的功能。工作時,閥門與管道主機配合,按照水力過渡過程原理,通過預設的啟閉程序,有效消除管路水錘,實現(xiàn)管路的可靠截止;特殊工況下還可實現(xiàn)無電緊急關閥,起到保護管路系統(tǒng)安全的作用。閥門關閉儲備能源為壓縮氣體勢能。本公司可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場特殊要求單獨進行設計,多方位滿足廣大用戶對該類產(chǎn)品的需要。This series of hydraulic butterfly check valve , installed in the main pump outlet water conservancy, electricity , water supply a

20、e碳素鋼Carbon steel產(chǎn)品結構說明Structures本產(chǎn)品主要由閥門本體、傳動單元、液壓控制單元,電氣控制單元等部分組成。The product consists of valve body , drive unit, the hydraulic control unit , electric control unit and other components. 閥門本體Valve body閥門本體由閥體、蝶板、閥軸、滑動軸承、密封組件等主要零件組成。Valve body mainly composed by body, disc, shaft, bearing and seali

23、主要由齒輪齒條傳動箱、油缸、行程開關盒等組成,是液壓動力開、關閥門的執(zhí)行機構。傳動行程限位采用油缸缸蓋限位的方式,油缸行程及限位出廠時均已調(diào)好。若設備檢修后位置發(fā)生變化導致行程不夠,需拆下傳動箱尾蓋,旋轉油缸活塞桿頭部的六方進行調(diào)整。The drive consists of a rack and pinion gearbox , fuel tanks , limit switch boxes and other components, hydraulic power to open and close the valve actuators .Transmission oil cylinde

All the buttons , knobs function as follows:遠程/解除/就地功能轉換旋鈕:旋至 “就地”,此時電控系統(tǒng)切換到本地控制箱控制盤上控制,遠程控制信號不起作用;旋至中間位“解除”,此時本地和遠程控制信號均不起作用;旋至“遠程”,此時控制系統(tǒng)切換到遠程操作狀態(tài),本地控制盤不起作用。Remote / off

48、. 自動保壓Auto pressure keeping.接通電源,電液系統(tǒng)進入“自動保壓”狀態(tài),即:當蓄能器壓力低壓力開關K1設定點(約12MPa)時,電機C啟動給蓄能器N充壓;直至達高壓力開關KP2設定點(約16MPa)后停機。在“自動保壓”過程中,按“停止”,可在大于KP1設定點的任意壓力位置暫停電機。可以手動慢慢打開常閉截止閥L,檢測自動保壓功能。初次啟動電機時檢查電機旋向:從上往下看,順時針旋轉為正;若是反轉,切斷電源更改相序。初次運行或蓄能器拆卸后首次“自動保壓”時,應松開蓄能器上排氣螺塞,直至滲油后擰緊。Power on, electro-hydraulic system into

51、the power to change the phase sequence .After initial operation or accumulator disassemble first automatic pressure keeping should release the accumulator vent plug until the oil leakage after tightening . 油路排氣Exhaust passage第一次運行“開閥”時,松開主油缸O尾蓋上的排氣螺塞;短暫按下“開閥”按鈕后“停止”,以“點動”方式開閥,直至螺塞處滲油后,擰緊螺塞。同理,第一次運行“

53、 release the exhaust plug on the master cylinder head exhaust O . 開閥Open the valve按下“開閥”按鈕油泵電機C啟動一次后繼續(xù)保持“自動保壓”狀態(tài);電磁閥G1、快開電磁閥G3、電磁滑閥S開閥線圈YV1得電蓄能器內(nèi)壓力油經(jīng)電磁閥G1、S、液控單向閥T、流量閥E1、電磁閥G2、高壓膠管X進入油缸O無桿腔,推動活塞開閥,有桿腔內(nèi)液壓油經(jīng)高壓膠管Y、電磁閥G3、回油箱閥門快速開啟;快開閥時間可通過流量控制閥E1開閥端手輪進行調(diào)整。當閥門開啟到約15度位置,行程開關壓合快開電磁閥G3失電,油缸有桿腔繼續(xù)通過流量控制閥E3回油,
