6、品和物料的標(biāo)識7.2.1Supplier should put clear identification on the materials, including part name/number, lot number and quantity.供應(yīng)商提供的物料在外包裝應(yīng)有明確清晰的標(biāo)識，包括品名/料號、批號、數(shù)量。7.2.2For the good materials, warehouse keeper paste labels in material box and QI mark on the labels, then WH transfer stock shelf and with b

7、in no. in the shelf.檢驗(yàn)合格后，倉庫在外包裝上貼產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識，QI貼合格標(biāo)識，倉庫收貨后上架入庫，貨架上標(biāo) 識庫位號。7.2.3For NG materials, QI paste red label P/N, noncon forma nee description and Qty on the box and move to nonconformance area.對檢驗(yàn)不合格的產(chǎn)品置于隔離區(qū)，QI每箱貼不合格標(biāo)簽，標(biāo)明品名/料號、數(shù)量，不合格原 因，放置在不合格區(qū)。7.2.4Materials on production line are placed in the fi

10、materials and products such as lab test samples, QI samples, trial samples and so on, should be identified with product name, status.除以上狀態(tài)以外的材料、產(chǎn)品，如實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)、分析用、進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)留樣產(chǎn)品、打樣樣品等， 都應(yīng)進(jìn)行標(biāo)識，如品名、狀態(tài)等。7.2.10The products and materials without identification should be treated as nonconforming products.標(biāo)識不明或沒有標(biāo)識的產(chǎn)

11、品或物料按不合格品處理。7.3Traceability 追溯性7.3.1We trace the products from the Lot no or production order number in the products. We can trace the production operators, manufacturing and inspection information from the PO no and manufacturing date. The production dept to fill the production batch record formas

12、a tracking evidenee every day.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽上的批次號進(jìn)行追溯，追溯到當(dāng)時(shí)的生產(chǎn)人員、設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)和檢驗(yàn)信息等。 并由生產(chǎn)部每日填寫FN-AS-003生產(chǎn)批號記錄表作為追溯的依據(jù)。7.4Record and Evidence for Traceability 用于追溯的記錄和證據(jù)7.4.1WH keeps Goods Receive Slip for in comi ng materials with supplier n ame, part n ame, in comi ng date, qua ntity and etc.原材料進(jìn)貨由倉庫保存收貨單，注明供應(yīng)商名稱

13、、進(jìn)貨名稱、日期、數(shù)量等。7.4.2QI in spect the materials and record in In comi ng In specti on Record including Part n ame, part no, lot no, quantity, data and result.檢驗(yàn)員對材料進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，在進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)記錄上記錄產(chǎn)品名、料號、數(shù)量、批次號、檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和 結(jié)果。7.4.3Product Dept, record production record according to Wl or Control plan.生產(chǎn)部按作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書/控制計(jì)劃等規(guī)定的項(xiàng)目、頻次及責(zé)任
