1、電子商務在鋼鐵物流中的應用論文摘要:隨著經濟全球化的發(fā)展,以及科學技術的不斷進步,鋼鐵物流對我國國民經濟的發(fā)展發(fā)揮重要作用,鋼鐵物流行業(yè)將是我國新時代經濟發(fā)展的重要產業(yè)。當前,少數(shù)企業(yè)已將當代物流的理論、技術以及方法引入企業(yè)自身的生產經營中,以增強自身的市場競爭力。然而,隨著電子商務的高速發(fā)展,對我國的鋼鐵物流行業(yè)提出更大挑戰(zhàn)。本文簡單介紹了電子商務用于鋼鐵物流的必要性,對當前鋼鐵物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并加以探討電子商務在鋼鐵物流中的實踐。Abstract: with the development of economic globalization, and the constant

15、具體包括以下幾個方面:首先,產業(yè)成本高,物流效率低。對于我國的鋼鐵生產,其的鋼材能源大多分布于華北地帶,而其的供應商主要集中于華東及華南地區(qū),其涉及的領域有:造船、汽車、建筑、石化以及交通等。這種供求的錯位,造成我國的鋼鐵物流行業(yè)承受極大的成本及效率壓力,進而出現(xiàn)運力不夠、原油價上漲、人力成本高、物流設施的承載超限等現(xiàn)象。從2009年起,鋼鐵物流企業(yè)的運輸成本普遍增高4%9%。此外,由于各鋼鐵物流企業(yè)在加工、運輸及倉儲等環(huán)節(jié)上未形成統(tǒng)一的流程,造成各環(huán)節(jié)間未能很好銜接及協(xié)調,最終導致鋼鐵產品的物流鏈斷開或者庫存積壓等現(xiàn)象。其次,鋼鐵物流產業(yè)的密集度低,分布不均勻。目前我國的鋼鐵物流企業(yè)較多,規(guī)
16、模不大,多數(shù)企業(yè)通過“小而全”的經營方式,從事加工、運輸及倉儲等領域,造成整個行業(yè)的布局過于狹小、分散,產業(yè)的密集度低。與此同時,各鋼材加工及配送中心,還存在發(fā)展規(guī)模小、運輸條件差、缺少金融保險等服務的問題,這些均表明了我國鋼鐵物流產業(yè)的格局不合理。最后,流通形式仍位于艱難的轉型中。當前,本國鋼鐵銷售的流通模式正逐漸轉變?yōu)楦呒?、服務功能齊全的當代物流模式,但從整體上來講,我國的鋼鐵物流行業(yè)仍處于經營分散、初步發(fā)展的階段,不僅表現(xiàn)于鋼鐵企業(yè)的直銷總額小、中間商的數(shù)量多等方面,而且還體現(xiàn)于鋼材的成材率與使用率不高、各環(huán)節(jié)的增值服務少等,這些均嚴重影響了我國鋼鐵物流行業(yè)的正常發(fā)展。根據(jù)相關數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計
17、,世界各發(fā)達國家的鋼材加工比達至60%,其中板材占75%,線材占65%,棒材占45%,而本國的鋼材加工比僅有15%至20%。由此可知,基于本國鋼材加工及配送中心的整體構建水平低,鋼材的生產加工份額不高,導致我國的鋼材使用率低,各環(huán)節(jié)的增值服務少,進而影響我國鋼鐵物流的高效發(fā)展。Current our country iron and steel logistics industry development also has certain problem, specific include the following aspects: first, industrial high cost,

34、先銷往中小型的分銷商,再轉銷給直接使用客戶。由此可見,這種鋼鐵交易的傳統(tǒng)模式,其中一部分的產品須經分銷商加價后,才能落到直接用戶的手中,其的貿易成本過大。而鋼鐵物流的電子商務,則是經過電腦、通訊、網絡以及軟件等當代信息技術的綜合后,將能完成信息交流的功能,從而使各鋼鐵企業(yè)的貿易活動更為透明,有效地減少了產品貿易的次數(shù)。In view of the current iron and steel logistics e-commerce development situation is concerned, should be integrated modern logistics value-a

45、經費。電子商務作為本國鋼鐵物流行業(yè)高速發(fā)展的目標,是當代物流理論與技術逐漸深入鋼鐵領域的必然產物。即便我國每年上網的人數(shù)增長比率高達100,但從整體上看,我國網絡用戶的總數(shù)仍相對較低,并且當前的網絡用戶中,學生占較大部分。根據(jù)相關資料顯示,上海所有鋼鐵企業(yè)中,能真正具備上網條件的企業(yè)較少,而能在網絡上進行營銷活動的更是屈指可數(shù),當前人們上網的目的在于查閱信息。對此,我國各鋼鐵企業(yè)要想通過電子商務的方式進行貿易銷售,必須根據(jù)我國的具體情況,因地制宜。從鋼鐵信息方面著手,首先達到電子商務雜志的效果,等時機成熟后,再逐漸在網上從事訂貨、支付以及確定配送等交易活動,最后全面開展鋼鐵物流的電子商務貿易。
