Check the homework from the last class.Step 2 展示新課（Presentation）First step1. Show pictures and let the students tell the places which show in the pictures.2. Talk to the students: This weekend I want to go to the amusement park. Do you know the meaning of the word “amusement park”? If you know please stand up and tell us, if you dont know I will explain it to you.Amusement park is a place which you can play many excited programs, for example the roller coaster, the bumper cars, can you understand now?This is the roller coaster. I want to ride the roller coaster. (Show the phrases of the pictures)This is the bumper car. I want to ride the bumper car. Set up a question “Does Jimmy want to ride the roller coaster, why?” Learn the story and after read this story teacher will find a student to answer this question.1) Play the tape and point to each picture for students to follow.2) Play the tape again, pausing after each sentences to let students repeat.3) After enough practice, let students perform this dialogue in pairs.4) Encourage them to act out the dialogue with emotions and facial expressions.Third step1.
