T/GRM114—2025本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定起草。請(qǐng)注意本文件的某些內(nèi)容可能涉及專(zhuān)利。本文件的發(fā)布機(jī)構(gòu)不承擔(dān)識(shí)別專(zhuān)利的責(zé)任。本文件由中關(guān)村綠色礦山產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟提出并歸口。本文件起草單位:陜西省煤田地質(zhì)集團(tuán)有限公司、西安交通大學(xué)、陜西省一八五煤田地質(zhì)有限公司、西安科技大學(xué)、中煤科工西安研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司。本文件主要起草人:馬麗、段中會(huì)、楊甫、王振東、王雙明、姬永濤、師慶民、王長(zhǎng)安、吳志強(qiáng)、李明杰、段曉青、曹虎生、孫榮軍、劉美娟、陳亮、張廷會(huì)、周蕾、吳燕。本文件為首次發(fā)布。1T/GRM114—2025富油煤原位熱解術(shù)語(yǔ)本文件規(guī)定了富油煤原位熱解的術(shù)語(yǔ),包括通用基礎(chǔ)、資源評(píng)價(jià)、原位熱解、分離存儲(chǔ)和過(guò)程控制等內(nèi)容。本文件適用于富油煤原位熱解相關(guān)文件、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、文獻(xiàn)、書(shū)刊和手冊(cè)的編寫(xiě)等。2規(guī)范性引用文件本文件沒(méi)有規(guī)范性引用文件。3術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義下列術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義適用于本文件。3.1通用基礎(chǔ)3.1.1富油煤tar-richcoal廣義:焦油產(chǎn)率值大于7%的煤。3.1.2富油煤層tar-richcoalseam以富油煤為主的煤層。3.1.3富油煤熱解tar-richcoalpyrolysis(TCP)富油煤在地面隔絕空氣或惰性氣氛條件下持續(xù)加熱,在不同終溫下發(fā)生一系列物理變化和化學(xué)反應(yīng),并生成氣體、液體、固體產(chǎn)品的過(guò)程。3.1.4富油煤原位熱解tar-richcoalin-situpyrolysis(TCIP)原位熱解富油煤層直接在地下發(fā)生熱解的過(guò)程。3.1.5原位熱解油oilfromTCIP原位熱解過(guò)程中得到的餾分油。3.1.6原位熱解氣gasfromTCIP原位熱解過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的混合氣體。3.1.7原位轉(zhuǎn)化率oilandgasyieldofTCIP原位熱解油氣質(zhì)量占富油煤質(zhì)量的百分率。3.1.8改質(zhì)煤modifiedcoal原位熱解后保留在地下的高碳固態(tài)物質(zhì)。3.2資源評(píng)價(jià)3.2.1富油煤地質(zhì)學(xué)tar-richcoalgeology2T/GRM114—2025以研究富油煤形成、分布、資源、勘查與開(kāi)發(fā)等為主要內(nèi)容的地質(zhì)學(xué)科。3.2.2富油煤勘查tar-richcoalexploration尋找和查明富油煤資源的地質(zhì)工作。3.2.3富油煤特征characteristicsoftar-richcoal富油煤空間賦存狀態(tài)、主要物質(zhì)組成及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)等。3.2.4煤基油氣資源coal-basedoilandgasresources以富油煤為原料生產(chǎn)的非常規(guī)油氣資源。3.2.5富油煤資源量tar-richcoalresources查明煤炭資源量中的富油煤資源總量。3.2.6煤焦油資源量coaltarresources基于富油煤資源量和焦油產(chǎn)率等數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算獲得的焦油資源總量。3.2.7熱解煤氣資源量pyrolyticgasresources基于富油煤資源量和熱解煤氣產(chǎn)率等數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算獲得的熱解煤氣資源總量。3.2.8富氫結(jié)構(gòu)hydrogen-richstructure存在于富油煤中的富氫官能團(tuán)。3.2.9導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)thermalconductivity單位時(shí)間內(nèi),在單位溫度梯度下沿?zé)崃鞣较蛲ㄟ^(guò)巖石單位面積傳遞的熱量。3.2.10線性熱膨脹率linearthermalexpansioncoefficient室溫至試驗(yàn)溫度間,巖體在某一方向上長(zhǎng)度的相對(duì)變化率。3.2.11體積熱膨脹率volumetricthermalexpansioncoefficient室溫至試驗(yàn)溫度間,巖體總體積的相對(duì)變化率。3.2.12圍巖封閉性sealingpropertyofsurroundingrock圍巖對(duì)地下空間中流體的封閉和阻隔能力。3.2.13熱損傷thermaldamage巖石在溫度變化或熱作用影響下,內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和性能發(fā)生劣化的現(xiàn)象。3.2.14可壓裂性fracturingability巖體可被壓裂的難易程度。3.2.15可動(dòng)性mobility原位熱解油氣在煤層中流動(dòng)的難易程度及流動(dòng)能力的特性。3.2.16原位熱解有利區(qū)favourableareaofTCIP適宜進(jìn)行富油煤原位熱解的區(qū)塊。3.2.17采收率recoveryefficiency原位熱解采出的油氣占理論資源量的百分率。3T/GRM114—20253.2.18有效氣體effectivegas原位熱解氣中的甲烷、氫氣和一氧化碳。3.3原位熱解3.3.1原位熱解系統(tǒng)systemofTCIP原位熱解的注熱系統(tǒng)、采出系統(tǒng)和分離系統(tǒng)。3.3.2注熱系統(tǒng)heatinjectionsystem為原位熱解供熱的裝置及管路。3.3.3采出系統(tǒng)productionsystem將原位熱解油氣等產(chǎn)物輸送至地面的裝置及管路。3.3.4載熱介質(zhì)heatcarrier為原位熱解提供熱量的物質(zhì)。3.3.5增壓站boosterstation對(duì)載熱介質(zhì)或產(chǎn)出混合氣體進(jìn)行增壓的裝置及管路。3.3.6加熱器heater加熱載熱介質(zhì)的設(shè)備或裝置。注:可分為地面加熱器和井下加熱器。3.3.7煤層改造coalseamreconstruction提高煤層滲透性的過(guò)程。3.3.8排采drainageandproduction將原位熱解油氣等產(chǎn)物輸送至地面的過(guò)程。3.3.9原位熱解爐furnaceofTCIP發(fā)生富油煤熱解的地下空間。3.3.10穩(wěn)產(chǎn)期stableproductionperiod原位熱解油氣產(chǎn)量保持相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的時(shí)期。3.3.11地下體系封閉closureofundergroundsystem弱化或隔絕熱解爐內(nèi)外傳質(zhì)的工程。3.3.12氣驅(qū)止水gasdrivenwaterseal注入高壓氣體使原位熱解爐達(dá)到氣水平衡的方法。3.3.13鉆井式富油煤原位熱解drillingtar-richcoalin-situpyrolysis(D-TCIP)鉆井式原位熱解通過(guò)鉆井工程實(shí)現(xiàn)原位熱解及油氣收集的開(kāi)采方式。3.3.14注熱井heatinjectionwell實(shí)現(xiàn)載熱介質(zhì)注入和加熱功能的井孔及裝置。4T/GRM114—20253.3.15采出井productionwell實(shí)現(xiàn)原位熱解油氣等產(chǎn)物收集功能的井孔及裝置。3.3.16單井熱解singlewellpyrolysis通過(guò)一口井孔實(shí)現(xiàn)原位熱解和產(chǎn)物排采的工藝方式。3.3.17井組熱解wellgrouppyrolysis通過(guò)2口(含)以上井孔實(shí)現(xiàn)原位熱解和產(chǎn)物排采的工藝方式。3.3.18注采距injector-producerspacing注熱井到采出井之間的地面直線距離。3.3.19阻熱器heatshield具有阻熱功能的井內(nèi)裝置。3.3.20燜井soak停止加熱后關(guān)井,讓載熱介質(zhì)與富油煤、流體進(jìn)行充分熱交換的加熱工藝。3.3.21封井wellsealing在鉆井功能結(jié)束后對(duì)其進(jìn)行封填的工作。3.3.22礦井式富油煤原位熱解minetar-richcoalin-situpyrolysis(M-TCIP)礦井式原位熱解通過(guò)井巷工程實(shí)現(xiàn)原位熱解及油氣收集的開(kāi)采方式。3.3.23阻熱墻heatshieldwall具有阻熱功能的地下墻體。3.3.24工業(yè)場(chǎng)地mineyard為原位熱解系統(tǒng)和輔助系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的地面建筑物、構(gòu)筑物及相關(guān)設(shè)施占用的場(chǎng)地。3.4分離存儲(chǔ)3.4.1分離系統(tǒng)separationsystem將排采至地面的熱解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行分離的裝置及管路。3.4.2三相分離three-phaseseparation將熱解產(chǎn)物中的氣相、液相、固相物質(zhì)分離的過(guò)程。3.4.3兩相分離two-phaseseparation將熱解產(chǎn)物中的氣相-液相、氣相-固相、液相-固相物質(zhì)分離的過(guò)程。3.4.4油水分離oil-waterseparation將原位熱解油與水分離的過(guò)程。3.4.5儲(chǔ)油罐stocktank收集和存放原位熱解油的裝置。3.4.65T/GRM114—2025集氣站gasgatheringstation收集、調(diào)壓及計(jì)量原位熱解氣的裝置。3.4.7廢液池wasteliquidsump存儲(chǔ)熱解廢液的場(chǎng)所。3.4.8排氣筒exhaustfunnel排放分離系統(tǒng)內(nèi)廢氣的設(shè)施。3.5過(guò)程控制3.5.1動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)dynamicmonitoring對(duì)原位熱解過(guò)程和環(huán)境要素時(shí)空變化的監(jiān)視與探測(cè)。3.5.2監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)monitoringsystem實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)信息采集、傳輸、處理與決策的軟硬件設(shè)施。3.5.3監(jiān)測(cè)井monitoringwell實(shí)現(xiàn)原位熱解動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)的井孔及裝置。3.5.4余熱wasteheat原位熱解系統(tǒng)內(nèi)可被利用的熱能。3.5.5余熱利用wasteheatutilization將余熱傳輸至地面進(jìn)行利用的過(guò)程。3.5.6場(chǎng)地恢復(fù)landrestoration生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)拆除完后,清理工業(yè)場(chǎng)地及周邊環(huán)境,恢復(fù)原有土地用途的過(gu
