2025租房合同英文模板翻譯2025ResidentialLeaseAgreementTemplateTranslationThisResidentialLeaseAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetween,whoseprincipalplaceofbusinessislocatedat("Landlord"),and,residingat("Tenant").1.PartiesandPremises1.1Parties:ThisAgreementisbetweentheLandlordandtheTenant.TheLandlordownsorlawfullypossessesthepropertydescribedinthisAgreement,andtheTenantagreestoleasethepropertyfromtheLandlordunderthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.1.2LeasedPremises:Thepropertytobeleased(the"Premises")islocatedat.ThePremisesconsistsof.ThePremisesshallbeusedonlyfor.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanyotherpurposewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.1.3TermoftheLease:Thetermofthislease(the"Term")shallcommenceon(the"CommencementDate")andendon(the"ExpirationDate"),unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.2.Rent2.1BasicRent:TheTenantshallpayrent(the"Rent")totheLandlordintheamountofper,totalingannually.2.2PaymentTerms:TheRentshallbepaidinadvanceonorbeforethefirstdayofeachperiodcommencingontheCommencementDate.TheTenantshalldeliverpaymentintotheLandlordat.IftheLandlorddesignatesadifferentpaymentmethodoraddress,theTenantshallcomplywithsuchinstructionsinwriting.2.3LatePaymentFees:IftheTenantfailstopaytheRentbytheduedate,alatefeeofshallbeappliedtotheTenant'saccountforeachdaythepaymentisoverdue,uptoamaximumof.2.4SecurityDeposit:TheTenantshalldepositwiththeLandlordasecuritydepositintheamountofasaguaranteefortheperformanceoftheTenant'sobligationsunderthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithindaysaftertheexpirationorearlierterminationofthisAgreement,providedthatthePremisesarereturnedintheconditionrequiredbythisAgreementandallRentandotherchargeshavebeenpaidinfull.3.UseofPremises3.1PermittedUse:TheTenantshallusethePremisesonlyforthepurposeof.TheTenantshallnotconductanybusinessoractivityonthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.3.2ProhibitedUses:TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanyillegalpurpose,orforanypurposethatisnoisy,disorderly,oroffensivetotheneighboringresidents,orforanypurposethatmaycausedamagetothePremisesorsurroundingproperty.3.3NoSubletting:TheTenantshallnotsubletthePremisesoranypartthereoforassignthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.4.MaintenanceandRepairs4.1Landlord'sResponsibilities:TheLandlordshallmaintainthestructuralcomponentsofthePremises,includingwalls,floors,ceilings,roof,foundation,andotherstructuralelements,ingoodrepair.TheLandlordshallalsorepairanydefectsinthePremisescausedbynormalwearandtear.4.2Tenant'sResponsibilities:TheTenantshallmaintainthePremisesinaclean,safe,andsanitarycondition.TheTenantshallpromptlyreporttotheLandlordanydamageornecessaryrepairstothePremisesandshallcooperatewiththeLandlordinmakingsuchrepairs.4.3CostsofRepairs:Thecostofrepairstostructuralcomponentsorsystems(e.g.,plumbing,electrical,heating,andcooling)shallbebornebytheLandlord.Thecostofrepairstofixtures,appliances,orsystemscausedbythemisuseornegligenceoftheTenantshallbebornebytheTenant.5.UtilitiesandOtherCharges5.1Utilities:TheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilitycharges,includingbutnotlimitedtowater,electricity,gas,andtrashremoval,forthePremises.5.2Taxes:TheTenantshallpayanyandalltaxes,fees,orassessmentsimposedbyanygovernmentalauthorityontheTenant'suseoroccupancyofthePremises.5.3Insurance:TheTenantshallobtainandmaintainathisownexpenseappropriateinsurancecoverage,includingbutnotlimitedtoliabilityinsurance,forthePremises.6.AlterationsandImprovements6.1Tenant'sAlterations:TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationsorimprovementstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.AnyalterationsorimprovementsmadetothePremiseswithoutsuchconsentshallberemovedbytheTenantattheconclusionofthisAgreement.6.2Restoration:TheTenantshallrestorethePremisestoitsoriginalcondition,exceptfornormalwearandtear,attheconclusionofthisAgreement.7.TerminationoftheLease7.1NoticeofTermination:EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupondays'writtennoticetotheotherparty,providedthattheotherpartyhasbreachedanyofthetermsorconditionsofthisAgreementandhasnotcuredsuchbreachwithindaysafterreceivingwrittennoticeofthebreach.7.2EarlyTermination:IftheTenantdesirestoterminatethisAgreementpriortotheExpirationDateforanyreason,theTenantshallprovidewrittennoticetotheLandlordatleastdaysbeforetheproposedterminationdate.TheLandlordmay,atitssolediscretion,agreetoterminatetheAgreement,butsuchagreementshallnotbeunreasonablywithheld.7.3ReturnofPremises:UpontheexpirationorearlierterminationofthisAgreement,theTenantshallvacatethePremisesandreturnthekeystotheLandlord.TheTenantshallleavethePremisesinthesameconditionasatthebeginningoftheTerm,exceptfornormalwearandtear.8.RenewaloftheLease8.1OptiontoRenew:TheTenanthastheoptiontorenewthisAgreementforanadditionaltermofyearsunderthesametermsandconditions,providedthattheTenantgiveswrittennoticeofsuchintentatleastdayspriortotheExpirationDate.8.2NewTerms:TheLandlordandTenantagreethattherenewaltermmaybesubjecttonewterms,includingbutnotlimitedtorentadjustments,ifagreeduponbybothpartiesinwriting.9.AssignmentandSubletting9.1Assignment:TheTenantshallnotassignortransferthisAgreementortherighttooccupythePremisestoanyotherpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.9.2Subletting:TheTenantshallnotsubletthePremisesoranypartthereofwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.10.DefaultandRemedies10.1Default:TheTenantshallbeindefaultofthisAgreementiftheTenantfailstopaytheRentoranyotherchargeswhendue,oriftheTenantbreachesanyothertermorconditionofthisAgreement.10.2Remedies:IntheeventofadefaultbytheTenant,theLandlordshallhavetherighttopursueanyandallremediesavailableatlaworinequity,includingbutnotlimitedtorecoveryoftheunpaidRent,terminationofthisAgreement,andre-possessionofthePremises.11.EntireAgreement11.1EntireAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheLandlordandtheTenantwithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.Anypriororcontemporaneousagreements,understandings,orrepresentations,whetheroralorwritten,aresupersededbythisAgreement.11.2Amendments:AnyamendmentstothisAgreementmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.12.GoverningLaw12.1GoverningLaw:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthestateof.13.Severability13.1Severability:IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.14.BindingEffect14.1BindingEffect:ThisAgreementshallbindandinuretothebenefitofthepartiesheretoandtheirrespectiveheirs,assigns,andsuccessors.15.Notices15.1Notices:Allnotices,demands,orothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedtobegivenunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritinganddeliveredpersonally,byregisteredorcertifiedmail,returnreceiptrequested,orbyovernightcourier,withpostageorfeesprepaid,totherespectivepartyattheaddresssetforthabove.16.Counterparts16.1Counterparts:ThisAgreementmaybe
