《誰(shuí)動(dòng)了我的奶酪》讀書報(bào)告《誰(shuí)動(dòng)了我的奶酪》讀書報(bào)告書4號(hào)電子09班夏去冬來(lái),日復(fù)一日,轉(zhuǎn)目大學(xué)生活已過(guò)去一年半了,大學(xué)生活自由而多彩。看著一些學(xué)長(zhǎng)拖著行禮迎風(fēng)起航告別大學(xué)生活,看著他們離去的背影,想到我們也即將離去,看著他們鼓鼓的行囊,我想那一定是滿裝學(xué)長(zhǎng)們的自信與能力吧??畤@于學(xué)長(zhǎng)們的別離,時(shí)間的飛逝,我們也開始思考,這一年,我們究竟收獲了什么?于是同學(xué)們便七嘴八舌的開始了自己的收獲:有的羅列出了大批的電影、偶像??;有的則注重于自己能力方面的提升;有的則滿意于自己的人際交往;有的則自豪于學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的名列前茅;但最能引起我反思的是一個(gè)女孩羅列出了她這一年所讀的書目,讓我不禁為之一震。震撼的是她的堅(jiān)持,更遺憾的是自己少的閱讀量。那一刻,我便也開始了記憶中的搜索,最終,我想到了這一本:《誰(shuí)動(dòng)了我的奶酪》。這本書是在我上大學(xué)前,高中一位同學(xué)介紹給我看的,看完之后,帶給我的啟發(fā)十分大,帶著那一分啟示,我開始了自己的大學(xué)生活。而如今,我又將它重溫了一遍,再加上這一年的經(jīng)歷,越發(fā)覺得這本書值得回味。這本書的作者是斯賓塞?約翰遜,他是美國(guó)的一位醫(yī)學(xué)博士,也是享譽(yù)全球的思想先鋒、演說(shuō)家和作家。他所寫的《誰(shuí)動(dòng)了我的奶酪?》約4萬(wàn)字,寫的是個(gè)可愛的寓言故事。這本書在歐美創(chuàng)造了出版業(yè)的奇跡:自19xx年9月由美國(guó)普特南出版公司出版后,兩年中銷售2000萬(wàn)冊(cè),雄踞亞馬遜網(wǎng)上書店第一名約80周,同時(shí)迅速躍居《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》、《華爾街日?qǐng)?bào)》、《商業(yè)周刊》最暢銷圖書排行榜第一名。書的開篇講述的是在多年后的同學(xué)聚會(huì)上,大家慨嘆生活的變遷,每個(gè)人的生活都發(fā)生了不同程度的變化,但不管在什么樣的環(huán)境下,大家發(fā)現(xiàn)彼此都有一個(gè)共性,那就是害怕改變,大家都承認(rèn),他們找不到一種很好的應(yīng)對(duì)方法。于是,邁克爾便開始講述一個(gè)曾改變了他的故事:在一個(gè)遙遠(yuǎn)的地方,住著四個(gè)小家伙:為了填飽肚子和享受樂(lè)趣,他們每天在不遠(yuǎn)處的一座奇妙的迷宮里跑來(lái)跑去,在哪里尋找一種叫做“奶酪”的黃橙橙、香噴噴的食物。這四個(gè)小家伙分別是:嗅嗅、匆匆、哼哼、唧唧。他們每天都在尋找那屬于自己的奶酪,終于有一天,在奶酪C站,他們找到了令他們興奮的奶酪,在那兒堆積如山、閃著誘人的光澤。不同的是嗅嗅、匆匆每天都注意著周圍的變化,而哼哼、唧唧則慢慢的適應(yīng)了那樣的生活。直到有一天,奶酪C站的奶酪沒(méi)有了,他們才意識(shí)到事情的嚴(yán)重性,同時(shí),采取了不同的應(yīng)對(duì)措施:在哼哼、唧唧不停抱怨的時(shí)候,嗅嗅、匆匆已經(jīng)開始了新的征程。在唧唧自嘲并醒悟的那一刻,才發(fā)現(xiàn)倘若能及時(shí)行動(dòng),他同樣會(huì)像嗅嗅、匆匆那樣,尋找到新的奶酪站。故事講了四個(gè)小家伙對(duì)待奶酪的不同態(tài)度,而給我印象最深的是唧唧不斷思索,不斷自我挑戰(zhàn)與勇于改變的過(guò)程。每一次反思,它都會(huì)在墻上寫下一句話,這一句句所組成的便是唧唧成長(zhǎng)的歷程:1.擁有奶酪,就擁有幸福。2.奶酪對(duì)你越重要,你就越想抓住它。3.如果你不改變,你就會(huì)被淘汰。4.朝新的方向前進(jìn)你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)新的奶酪。5.當(dāng)你超越了5.自己的恐懼時(shí),你就會(huì)感到輕松自在。6.在我發(fā)現(xiàn)奶酪之前,想像我正在享受奶酪,這會(huì)幫我找到新的奶酪。7.越早放棄舊的奶酪,你就會(huì)越早發(fā)現(xiàn)新的奶酪。8.在迷宮中搜尋,比停留在沒(méi)有奶酪的地方更安全。9.陳舊的信念,不會(huì)幫助你找到新的奶酪。10.當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn),你會(huì)找到新的奶酪,并且能夠享用它時(shí),你就會(huì)改變你的路線。11.盡早注意細(xì)小的變化,這將有助于你適應(yīng)即將來(lái)臨的更大的變化。12.變化總是在發(fā)生,他們總是不斷地拿走你的奶酪。(預(yù)見變化,隨時(shí)做好奶酪被拿走的準(zhǔn)備。追蹤變化,經(jīng)常聞一聞你的奶酪,以便知道它們什么時(shí)候開始變質(zhì)。盡快適應(yīng)變化,越早放棄舊的奶酪,你就會(huì)越早享用到新的奶酪。改變,隨著奶酪的變化而變化。享受變化!嘗試冒險(xiǎn),去享受新奶酪的美味!做好迅速變化的準(zhǔn)備不斷地去享受變化!記?。核麄?nèi)詴?huì)不斷地拿走你的奶酪。)四個(gè)小東西,思量一下自己,你更像哪一只呢?奶酪,是我們每個(gè)人所追求的東西,親情友情與愛情、工作學(xué)習(xí)與事業(yè)、地位金錢與榮耀等等我們畢生為之努力奮斗的,我們都在不懈的堅(jiān)持著。而當(dāng)我們得到了自己想要的東西時(shí),你是會(huì)像哼哼那樣安于現(xiàn)狀,適應(yīng)于這不變中,還是應(yīng)該像嗅嗅、匆匆那樣,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的變化,抑或,更應(yīng)像唧唧那樣不斷的反思,學(xué)著改變自己,改變一切?很喜歡楊瀾的一句話:喜歡改變,才能夠挑戰(zhàn),創(chuàng)新的起源不就是改變么。生活并不是一成不變的,遇到新的問(wèn)題時(shí),我們要盡快解決它,預(yù)料到問(wèn)題即將出現(xiàn)時(shí),我們要做好措施。生活本來(lái)就很精彩,改變是唯一的不變,我們所要做的,就是成為自己生活的主宰,改變自己的心態(tài),就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),生活所賜予我們的遠(yuǎn)大于我們所失去的。誰(shuí)動(dòng)了我的奶酪已經(jīng)不再重要,重要的是發(fā)現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題就該及時(shí)的解決問(wèn)題,而不是自怨自艾怨天尤人。讓我們行動(dòng)起來(lái),去尋找屬于自己的奶酪?第二篇:《誰(shuí)動(dòng)了我的奶酪英文讀書報(bào)告》(AReportonWhoMovedMyCheese).doc10600字中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)外文學(xué)院2009級(jí)讀書報(bào)告姓名汪波學(xué)號(hào)12095132專業(yè)班級(jí)英語(yǔ)09-2班讀書報(bào)告題目ChangeasChanges指導(dǎo)教師楊舒職稱教授2011年05月徐州ChangeasChanges----Reporton“WhoMovedMyCheese”IntroductionWhoMovedMyCheesewaspublishedinSeptember1998.Justtwoyearslaterthebookhasthesalesoftwentymillion,rankingthefirstamongthebest-sellingbookslistedby“NewYorkTimes”“TheWallStreetJournal”“BusinessWeek”.Theauthor,Dr.SpencerJohnson,iswell-knownintheUnitedStates.Becauseofmanybooksofhisareverypopularintheworld.Inaddition,heisadoctor,apsychologicalexpertandheisgoodatgivingprofoundsimplificationsofproblemsthatwillbethetopchoicesofmanypeople.Manyofhisviewshelptensofthousandsofpeoplefindthesimpletruthsintheirlives,whichmaketheirliveshealthier,easierandmoresuccessful.Whenfacedwithcomplexissues,heisconsideredthebestexpertwhocanbringforwardsimplebuteffectivesolution.Inhisbook,healwayscreatesacommunityoftheneed---howtodealwiththecrisisandchangesintheinformationage.Acontemporarypoetsaid“Today,theworldneedscomfort.”Dr.SpencerJohnsonisaworldwideexperttosatisfytheenormouspsychologicalneeds.Livinginsuchafastchangingworld,everyoneislikelytofaceacompletelydifferentsituationandfeelhavegreatdifficultycatchingupwiththepaceofavarietyofchanges.Howeverthemostaregotdeeplydepressedbythechangeswithvariousexternalandinnerconflict.Inordertohelpmostpeoplegetoutofthebadmoodsofupsetandcomplaints,theauthormakeupalittleallegorytoopenpeople'shearts,andbringsabuilt-incouragetofacethechangingproblems.ThisiswhyDr.SpencerJohnsonwrotetheexcellentbook.SummeryTherearethreesectionsinthisbook.Inthefirstsection,itisaboutagatheringofformerclassmates,theyaretalkingataclassreunionabouttryingtodealwiththechangeshappeningintheirlives,andmostofthemareupsetaboutthechanges.ThesecondsectionisthestoryofWhoMovedMyCheese,whichisthecoreofthebook.Inthethirdsection,adiscussionthatpeoplearediscussingwhatthestorymeanttothemandhowtheyaregoingtouseitintheirworkandintheirlives,theythinktheygetridofthefearofchanges.ThestoryofWhoMovedMyCheeseisaboutfourcharacters,themiceandtwolittlepeoplearelivingina“Maze”andspenttimerunningthroughthemazelookingfortheirownspecialcheesetonourishthemandmakethemhappy.Themice,SniffandScurry,possessonlysimplerodentbrains,butgoodinstincts,searchingforthehardnibblingcheesetheylike,asmiceoftendo.Thetwolittlepeople,HemandHow,usedtheirbrains,filledwithmanybeliefs,tosearchforaverydifferentkindofcheese-withaCapitalC-whichtheybelievedwouldmakethemfeelhappyandsuccessful.OnedaythefourfoundtheCheeseStationC.Afterthat,everymorningthemiceandthelittlepeopledressedintheirrunninggearandheadedovertoCheeseStationC.Itwasn’tlongbeforetheyeachestablishedtheirownroutine.However,onemorningtheyarrivedatCheeseStationCanddiscoveredtherewerenocheeses.Tothemice,theproblemandtheanswerwerebothsimple.SniffandScurryquicklydecidedtochangeasthecheesechanged;theydidnotoveranalyzethingsandwerenotburdenedwithmanycomplexbeliefs.TheywerequicklyoffinsearchofNewCheese.WhileSniffandScurryhadquicklymovedon,HemandHawcontinuedtogotoCheeseStationC,foundnoCheese,andreturnedhome,carryingtheirworriesandfrustrationswiththem.Forseveraltimes,HawssuggestedstoppinganalyzingthesituationsomuchandfindsomeNewCheese.Hemsquicklyrejectedbecausehelovedthecomfortableandafraidofthedangerousout.Inordertogetridoftheconditionofbecomingweakerandweaker,Hawmadeuphismindtoleave.Afterovercometheupsetoflosingtheaccustomedcomfortableandtheterritoryofsettinguphisfoottorunningthroughtheunexpecteddark,hestartedfindingmoreandmorecheeseandtoHaw’ssurprise,atthesametime,hestartedtoenjoythejourneyoflookingforcheese.Whenitseemedlikehewouldbeeninthemazeforever,hisjourney-oratleastthispartofhisjourney-endedquicklyandhappily.HefoundNewCheeseatCheeseStationN!Whenhewentinside,hewasstartledbywhatsupplyofCheesehehadeverseen.Hedidn’trecognizeallthathesaw,assomekindsofCheesewerenewtohim.Thenhewonderedforamomentwhetheritwasrealorjusthisimagination,untilhesawhisoldfriendsSniffandScurry.SniffwelcomedHawwithanodofhisheadandScurrywavedhispaw.Theirfatlittlebelliesshowedthattheyhadbeenhereforsometime.HawquicklysaidhishellosandsoontookbitesofeveryoneofhisfavoriteCheeses.Whenhehadeatenhisfill,heliftedapieceoffreshCheeseandmadeatoast.“HoorayforChange!”AsHawenjoyedtheNewCheese,hereflectedwhathehadlearned.HerealizedthatwhenhehadbeenafraidtochangehehadbeenholdingontotheillusionofOldCheesethatwasnolongerthere.Perhapsmostimportantofall,herealizedthatthereisalwaysNewCheeseouttherewhetheryourecognizeitatthetimeornot.Andthatyouarerewardedwithitwhenyougopastyourfearandenjoytheadventure.Heknewsomefearshouldberespected,asitcankeepyououtofrealdanger.Butherealizedmostofhisfearswereirrationalandhadkepthimfromchangingwhenheneededtochange.Hedidn’tlikeitatthetime,butheknewthatthechangehadturnedouttobeablessingindisguiseasitledhimtofindbetterCheese.Hehadevenfoundabetterpartofhimself.CommentsThisshortbuttimelessallegoryrevealsprofoundtruthstoindividualsandorganizationsdealingwithchange.Weallliveina“Maze”,ametaphorforthecompaniesororganizationsweworkin,thecommunitieswelivein,thefamilieswelove,placeswherewelookforthethingswewantinlife,“Cheese”.Itmaybeanenjoyablecareer,lovingrelationships,wealth,orspiritualpeaceofmind.Withtimeandexperience,onecharactereventuallysucceedsandevenprospersfromthechangeinhis“Maze”.Inanefforttosharewhathehaslearnedalongtheway,herecordshispersonaldiscoveriesonthemazewalls,the“HandwritingontheWall”.Likewise,whenwebegintoseethe“writingonthewall”,wediscoverthesimplicityandnecessityofadaptingtochange.It’samazingthatwhetherindividualsororganizationswouldenjoylessstressandmoresuccessbylearningtodealwiththeinevitablechange.Whatisthecheese?Tosomeextent,thecheesecanberegardedassuccess.The“cheese“isjustametaphoroflifetogetthings,itmaybeajobormoney,love,happiness,healthandpeaceofmind,italsomaybeasortofwilloflifeforwaiting.“Maze”foryoutospendtimelookingforitwhereitisyourwork,oryourlife,oryouliveinarelationship.Likeabookin;Lifeisnotclearupacorridor,lifeisamaze,andwemustfindtheirway.Notonlyonedoorwillopentous,itmaynotbewhatwehadwantedtogoto,butfinallywewillfindthatitisthedoorthatwecangetthrough.Therefore,lifeisaprocess,wearecontinuallyseekingafter,andalsowemightbelostintheprocess,andwhatwegainandlostiswhatwecanenjoy.Inmyopinion,thetwolittlemiceandtwolittlemenarethemetaphorofthreekindsofpeopleinreality.Whenmeetwithchanging,thetwomiceimmediatelyputontheshoeshangingaroundtheirnecksandsetofftolookfornewcheese.Thetwomicearethekindofpeoplewhodoesnotcaretoomuchaboutgainandlossandisvisionary.ThepeoplehasbrokentheshacklesandtakealongtimetoputonhisrunningshoesandsetouttothemazeisafigurativeofHemwhocomplainsthelostandwanderaboutthefuturebutatlasthemakeuphismindtogetridofthecomplaint.However,Hawmaybethepeoplewhoalwayscomplainbutdonothing.Thereisnodoubtthatthelastcanonlygainthelostandthemisery.Thisbookwithlittlestoryhasrevealedagreatoflife,therearemanypeoplegettothelossoftheprocess.Afterreadingthisbook,Ihavegainedmanyphilosophic“cheese”.Ifwedon'tchange,wewillbeeliminated;weoftenhaveasmellofcheese,we'llknowwhenit'sbeguntospoil;whenwe'reabovehisfears,wewillfeelatease;Bef
