施工掛籃結(jié)構(gòu)形式主要采用菱形式，三角式哈大公司連續(xù)梁施工培訓教材12Thestructuralformofconstructionhangingbasketmainlyadoptsrhombicformandtriangularform菱形掛籃Diamondhangingbasket哈大公司連續(xù)梁施工培訓教材14三角掛籃Trianglehangingbasket前支點（牽索式掛籃）——用于斜拉橋Frontfulcrum(cable-stayedhangingbasket)-usedforcable-stayedbridge預壓作用：1.確保系統(tǒng)在施工過程中絕對安全和正常運行。2.通過預壓掌握掛籃的彈性變形和非彈性變形的程度和大小，更加準確地掌握掛籃的剛度等力學性能指標，借以指導掛籃的立模標高，為施工監(jiān)控提供可靠的參照數(shù)據(jù)，確保主梁施工線型、標高滿足設計和規(guī)范要求。3.同時針對掛籃施工時前端撓度主要是由于主桁件的變形引起的，試驗時要測出力與位移的關系曲線，作為施工時調(diào)整底模板的依據(jù)。

掛籃預壓：掛籃預壓形式Hangingbasketpreloading:hangingbasketpreloadingformPreloading:1.Ensuretheabsolutesafetyandnormaloperationofthesystemduringconstruction.2.Masterthedegreeandsizeofelasticdeformationandinelasticdeformationofthehangingbasketthroughpreloading,andmoreaccuratelymasterthemechanicalperformanceindexessuchasthestiffnessofthehangingbasket,soastoguidetheformworkelevationofthehangingbasket,providereliablereferencedataforconstructionmonitoring,andensurethattheconstructionlinetypeandelevationofthemainbeammeetthedesignandspecificationrequirements.3.Atthesametime,inviewofthefactthatthefront-enddeflectionduringtheconstructionofthehangingbasketismainlycausedbythedeformationofthemaintruss,therelationshipcurvebetweenoutputanddisplacementshallbemeasuredduringthetestasthebasisforadjustingthebottomformworkduringtheconstruction.預壓順序:模擬砼澆筑程序進行：底板→腹板→頂板.翼緣板。預壓荷載：選取最大梁段重量。預壓荷載分級：25%→50%→80%→120%。預壓方法：1、混凝土塊或砂袋預壓2、吊水箱預壓3、試驗臺法（千斤頂對拉）采用相同材料及工藝制作的掛籃，可僅預壓一只掛籃。Preloadingsequence:simulatetheconcretepouringprocedure:bottomplate→webplate→topplateFlangeplate.Preloadingload:selectthemaximumbeamsectionweight.Preloadingloadclassification:25%→50%→80%→120%.Preloadingmethod:1.Concreteblockorsandbagpreloading2.Preloadingofliftingwatertank3.Testbenchmethod(Jackpull)Forthehangingbasketmadeofthesamematerialandprocess,onlyonehangingbasketcanbepreloaded.混凝土塊預壓
