前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T25763—2010《滾動(dòng)軸承汽車變速箱用滾針軸承》,與GB/T25763—2010相
比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了適用范圍(見第1章,2010年版的第1章);
b)增加了推力滾針軸承組件等部分滾針軸承分類(見第5章);
c)增加了推力滾針軸承組件等部分軸承的代號(hào)方法和代號(hào)示例(見6.2.3、6.4);
d)增加了推力滾針軸承組件等部分軸承的結(jié)構(gòu)型式(見7.6);
e)增加了“外形尺寸”一章(見第8章);
f)更改了沖壓外圈滾針軸承外徑公差的尺寸范圍(見表8,2010年版的表7);
g)增加了推力滾針軸承組件的公差(見表9、表10);
h)更改了清潔度控制指標(biāo)及測試濾膜孔徑尺寸(見9.7、10.6,2010年版的8.7、9.6)。
