1、Inrecentyears,collegestudentsfinditincreasinglydifficulttogetajob.Itsoundsstrangesinceyoungcollegestudentsareusuallyintelligent,well-educatedphenomenon,aspirantandeagertobringtheirtalentintofullplay.Thenwhatunderliesthestrangephenomenon?Thereareseveralreasonsforthis.Tobeginwith,nowadayscollegestuden
2、tsaimtoohigh.Alltheywantare“good”jobswhichcouldoffergoodsalary,comfortableworkingconditions,highsocialstatusamongothers.Consequently,mostcollegestudentsareunwillingtoacceptvacantjobstheyconsidernot“good”enough.Anotherreasonisthatthereisabiggapbetweenthemajorssomestudentsstudyinschoolandthedemandsofv
3、acantjobs.Socompaniesthinksomestudentsarenotfitforthejobs.Solutiontotheproblemrequireseffortsonboththesocietyandthestudents.Thecompaniesshouldvaluethestudents,talentandknowledgewhilethelattershouldnotmerelyaimatmaterialgains.Theyshouldbedown-to-earthinbuildinguptheircareer.Furthermore,theyshouldface
4、theirweakpointssoastoimprovethemselvesandbemorecompetent.tfindajobNowadays,theemploymentofcollegestudentsisbecomingmoreandmoreofaproblem.Aboutadecadeago,universitystudentscouldfindsatisfactoryandenviablejobsaftergraduation,whilethethingsarequitedifferentatpresent.Inaddition,accordingtostatistics,abo
5、ut30%ofgraduatestudentscanbutstayathomeaftergraduation.Employmentdifficultyofcollegestudentsisduetothefollowingreasons.Amongthese,theincreasingrecruitmentofcollegesanduniversitiesplaysavitalrole.Inaddition,manycollegesanduniversitiesfailtoadapttheircoursestothedevelopmentofeconomy.Consideringtheseri
6、ousnessofunemploymentofcollegestudents,Ithinkitishightimethatwetookeffectivemeasurestosolvetheproblem.Aboveall,collegestudentsshouldrealizetheirowndefectsandfurtherimprovethemselvestokeeptheircompetitiveedgeinsociety.Moreover,collegesoruniversitiesshouldprovidemoretrainingsandinternshipopportunities
7、beforethestudentsenterthesociety.Besides,collegestudentsshouldholdarightattitudetowardsjobsandsettheirjobexpectationsatasuitablelevel.Onlythroughthesewayscanthecollegestudentsfindasatisfactoryjobandhaveabrighterfuture.1.Todayscollegestudentsfacechoicesunheardofyearsago.Termsliketwowayselection,self-
8、employmentarenotnewtothem.Manystudentsswarm(蜂擁)intojobmarketorlookeverytalentfair(人才交流會)forpotentialemployers.Theconceptofselling(推銷)oneselfratherthanhidingoneselfiswellacceptedbystudents.Huntingajobisnosmallmatter.Instead,itisprobablyoneofthemost,ifnotthemost,importantdecisionsanyofwould-begraduate
9、scanmakeinalifetime.Therefore,theyareveryseriousandcautiouswhenthattimecomes.Itissomethingthatthesocietyhastaughtthem.Nowmoreandmorestudentslosetheirjobswhentheygraduatefromschool.Itseasyforsomestudentstofindwork.Butthefactisthatsomestudentsthinkthesalaryissolowthattheydontwanttodothejob,theyexceptt
10、ofindaeasyworkwithahighersalary.Likethereasonabove,somejobshavenobodytodoit,butsomebodyisfreewithnojob.Asthejobmarketgetsshrinking,ithasalsobecomeamustforundergraduates(在校本科生)toworkharderthanbeforetokeeptheircompetitiveedge(保持竟爭地位).Morestudentsareengagedintheirstudieswithnodistractions(分心,干擾).Theyar

12、mployment.Theyexperiencegreatdifficultiesfindingsatisfactoryjobs.WhatisthecauseofthisphenomenonInmyopinion,therearefourcauses:First,graduateslackexperience.Theyspendmostoftheirtimeatschoolstudyingacademicsubjectsandlackrelevantjobtraining.Onlyaftergraduationdotheyrealizeitshardtofindjobs.Second,comp
13、etitionamonggraduatesgrowsmorebitterandmorebitterandbitter.Thesupplyofuniversitygraduatesexceedssocialdemand.Thisresultsinadecreasedchanceforanyindividualgraduatetofindajob.toThird,somestudentsdontstudyhard.Someofthemskipclassesjustbecausetheyhavenointerestincertainsubjects.Someplaycomputergamesorpu
