1、.科室介紹歡迎參觀兒童康復(fù)治療室!我是這里的康復(fù)治療師，非常榮幸能夠?yàn)槟榻B我們的科室。我們的科室主要由四部分組成。分別是感覺統(tǒng)合室，作業(yè)治療室，物理治療室和言語治療室。（言語治療室在二樓，是一個(gè)配備隔音設(shè)施的房間。）感統(tǒng)治療室：首先，您可以看下我們的感覺統(tǒng)合治療室，在這里，我們會(huì)給孩子做多感官的一些刺激，包括前庭覺、視覺、本體覺等。我們也會(huì)做游戲治療，增進(jìn)他們的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能，加強(qiáng)他們社交溝通以及解決問題的能力。我們?cè)谶@里會(huì)給有需求的患兒做全方位密集性運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練(Intensive Therapy Program，ITP)，它包括全方位動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)（Universal Exercise Unit，U

2、EU）和太空衣（TheraSuit），這能幫助孩子們?cè)鲞M(jìn)平衡功能，加強(qiáng)肌力，矯正異常姿勢(shì)。作業(yè)治療室：這是我們的作業(yè)治療室，我們給孩子們做許多精細(xì)功能訓(xùn)練增進(jìn)他們的上肢及手功能，如抓、放、捏。順便說一下，我們?cè)谧鼍?xì)訓(xùn)練的同時(shí)會(huì)利用電刺激共同作用。我們也會(huì)做很多日常生活功能訓(xùn)練，如刷牙、洗手、穿脫衣服等。等活動(dòng)訓(xùn)練。如果患兒有需求，我們也會(huì)在這做認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練。物理治療室：這是我們的物理治療室，在這里我們給孩子做一些大運(yùn)動(dòng)，例如翻身、坐位、站立和行走等，我們的病種包括腦癱、骨折和青少年特發(fā)性脊柱側(cè)彎等。青少年特發(fā)性脊柱側(cè)彎是這里的特色，我們擁有大約60個(gè)此類患兒。我們?cè)诙?，一間安靜的房間還給患兒做

3、言語治療。我們治療的對(duì)象有腦癱、自閉癥，發(fā)育遲緩和其他言語問題的孩子。我們使用口肌訓(xùn)練，AAC輔助溝通技術(shù)和傳統(tǒng)語訓(xùn)治療。在我們醫(yī)院，根據(jù)患兒的情況，我們還會(huì)為他們進(jìn)行中醫(yī)治療和水療。我們希望通過我們的整體治療，他們的功能能盡快改善。 感謝你們的參觀！The Introduction of Paediatric Rehabilitation DepartmentWelcome to visit Paediatric Rehabilitation Department, Im a therapist working here, it is my great pleasure and honor

4、to introduce the department for you.Our department consists of 4 parts，they are SI (sensory integration therapy),OT(occupational therapy),PT(physiotherapy),ST(speech therapy),ST is on the second floor which is a soundproof room .OK, firstly, you can have a look at SI room.In this room,we do multiple

5、 sensory stimulation training for children,such as vestibular, visual, proprioception and so on. We also do play therapy for children to improve their motor function,social communication and abilities to solve problems. We will give an intensive therapy program here for children who need. This progr

6、am includes Universal Exercise Unit and TheraSuit. It can help them improve their balance, strengthen their muscle power and correct their abnormal posture. This is our OT room. We do lots of fine motor therapy for children to improve their upper limbs and hands function,such as grasp,release and pi

7、nch.By the way,we will do some electric stimulation together with fine motor therapy.We also do lots of training of daily activities,such as brushing teeth,washing hands,taking on and off clothes,etc.We still do cognitive therapy here if patients need. This is our physiotherapy room. In this room, w

8、e help children to enhance their gross motor skills including turning over, sitting, standing ,walking and so on. The patients are always those who have the disease of cerebral palsy, fracture and adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis training is an unique feature here,we

9、have almost 60 patients in this disease here.Well, we do ST on the second floor in a quiet room. We treat the patients with cerebral palsy ,autism, developmental delay and some other speech problems.We use oral motor therapy,AAC training and traditional speech therapy.In our hospital,we also do traditional Chinese Medicine and hydrotherapy for chil
