1、摘 要本論文主要包括施工組織設(shè)計和概預(yù)算設(shè)計兩個方面。本設(shè)計選擇的是一棟18層的框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。施工組織設(shè)計方面主要闡述了水木融城2#樓的工程建設(shè)概況、工程特點以及施工合同條件、現(xiàn)場條件、法規(guī)條件、施工方案、施工進度計劃表、施工準備工作、冬雨季施工要求、施工平面布置圖、施工組織管理措施等內(nèi)容，并做出了詳細的施工方案和工程量計算。概預(yù)算設(shè)計部分詳細的計算出了建筑的投標(biāo)總價，投標(biāo)報價說明等。設(shè)計計算整個過程綜合考慮了項目的經(jīng)濟性和施工的可行性，并做出了詳細的單位工程匯總表。分部分項工程匯總表、分部分項工程量清單與計價表以及分項工程清單項目費匯總表等內(nèi)容。關(guān)鍵字：施工組織設(shè)計；概預(yù)算設(shè)計ABSTR
