AIFromChinaBenefitsTheWorld(2025)習近平主席強調:“人工智能可以是造福人類的國際公共產品。要廣泛開展人工智能國際合作,幫助全球南方國家加強技術能力建設,為彌合全球智能鴻溝作出中國貢獻。”縱觀當下,人工智能不僅改變了人們的生活方式,也對全球經濟和科技發(fā)展格局產生了深遠影響。它正以前所未有的速度、廣度和深度變革經濟社會發(fā)展模式,成為全球科技發(fā)展的新焦點。2024年以來,中國各類“AI+”技術方案和產品頻頻“破圈”。巴西電網、南非鐵路、泰國礦區(qū)搭乘AI“翅膀”實現(xiàn)高效運轉和作業(yè);“智慧”農場借助AI“大腦”實現(xiàn)智能養(yǎng)殖;基于中國AI大模型的多語種互譯系統(tǒng),在地震災區(qū)為生命“接力”;AI腫瘤篩查算法在醫(yī)療機構延續(xù)著對生命的守護。AI一鍵生成視頻、AI定制化學習方式、AI百國語料庫、AI交互式詩卷……中國“智”正打破國界,“惠”及全球,促進發(fā)展,加速交融,集中體現(xiàn)了“以人為本、智能向善”的人工智能發(fā)展和治理理念。2025世界人工智能大會暨人工智能全球治理高級別會議即將召開之際,我們組織編寫了《中國智·惠世界(2025)》案例集,收錄了部分中國人工智能產品和技術在亞洲、非洲、南美洲、歐洲等國家和地區(qū)賦能發(fā)展的生動實踐。這些案例集納了全球人工智能國際合作中的部分寶貴成果,展現(xiàn)了中國在全球人工智能發(fā)展中對智慧共享、合作共贏的有益探索,也指出了人工智能發(fā)展的一些機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。通過分享這些案例,我們期望能夠引發(fā)國際社會更廣泛的關注和思考,促進人工智能更好地造福人類社會與文明。ChinesePresidentXiJinpingoncesaidartificialintelligence(AI)canserveasaninternationalpublicgoodthatbenefitshumanity.ItisessentialtoextensivelycarryoutinternationalcooperationonAI,helpGlobalSouthcountriesstrengthentheirtechnologicalcapacitybuilding,andcontributeChina'sparttobridgingtheglobalAIdivide.Atpresent,AIhasnotonlyreshapedpeople'slifestylesbuthasalsoprofoundlyinfluencedtheglobaleconomicandtechnologicaldevelopmentlandscape.Itistransformingsocioeconomicdevelopmentmodelswithunprecedentedspeed,breadthanddepth,becominganewepicenterforglobaltechnologicaladvancement.Since2024,variousChinese"AI+"technologicalsolutionsandproductshavefrequentlybrokennewgroundinternationally.Brazil'spowergrid,SouthAfrica'srailwaysandThailand'sminingregionshaveembracedthewingsofAItoachievehighlyefficientoperations.SmartfarmsareusingAIbrainsforintelligentlivestockfarming.Amulti-languageAItranslationsystempoweredbyChineseAIlargemodelsispassingonthetorchoflifeinearthquake-strickenareas.AItumorscreeningalgorithmsarehelpingsafeguardlivesinmedicalinstitutions.AI-poweredone-clickvideogeneration,customizedAIlearningmethods,AIcorporainhundredsoflanguages,andAIinteractivepoetryscrolls:ChineseAIproductsaretranscendingnationalborders,benefitingtheworld,promotingdevelopmentandacceleratingintegration.Allofthesevividlyembodythepeople-centeredandAI-for-goodprinciplesofAIdevelopmentandgovernance.Ontheoccasionofthe2025WorldAIConference&High-LevelMeetingonGlobalAIGovernance,wehavecompiledAIFromChinaBenefitsTheWorld(2025),acollectionofcases.ItincludesvibrantexamplesofhowChineseAIproductsandtechnologiesareempoweringdevelopmentincountriesandregionsacrossAsia,Africa,SouthAmericaandEurope.ThesecasesgathersomeofthevaluableoutcomesofinternationalcooperationonAI,demonstratingChina'sbeneficialexplorationsinsharingwisdomandpursuingwin-wincooperationinglobalAIdevelopment.TheyalsohighlightsomeoftheopportunitiesandchallengesfacingAIdevelopment.Bysharingthesecases,wehopetogeneratebroaderattentionandreflectionfromtheinternationalcommunityandpromotegreatercontributionofAItothebettermentofhumansocietyandcivilization.July2025AIFromChinaBenefitsTheWorld(2025)01目錄序言Preface大語言模型首次用于國際地震救援7hrQuickDeploymentforLife:DeepSeek-basedLanguageSystemJoinsInternationalQuakeRescueforFirstTimeAI賦能教育跨越國界的智慧之光照亮世界
