ThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween:

WHEREAS,theLandlordistheowneroftheProperty(asdefinedbelow)anddesirestoleasethePropertytotheTenant,andtheTenantdesirestoleasethePropertyfromtheLandlord;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.Property

ThePropertysubjecttothisAgreement(the"Property")islocatedat:

2.Term

ThetermofthisAgreement(the"Term")shallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofMonths/Years]fromtheStartDate,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement(the"InitialTerm").UpontheexpirationoftheInitialTerm,thisAgreementshallautomaticallyrenewforsuccessivetermsof[NumberofMonths/Years]unlesseitherpartyprovideswrittennoticeofterminationatleast[NumberofDays]priortotheexpirationoftheInitialTermoranysubsequentrenewalterm.

3.Rent

ThemonthlyrentfortheProperty(the"Rent")shallbe[Amount]dollarspermonth.Rentshallbepayableinadvanceonthefirstdayofeachmonth.Rentshallbepaidby[MethodofPayment,e.g.,cash,check,electronictransfer].Anyrentpaymentreceivedafterthefirstdayofthemonthshallbeconsideredlateandmaybesubjecttoalatefeeof[Amount]dollars.

4.SecurityDeposit

TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordasecuritydeposit(the"SecurityDeposit")intheamountof[Amount]dollarsatorbeforethecommencementoftheTerm.TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordforthedurationoftheTermandshallbeusedtopayforanydamagestotheProperty,cleaningcosts,orotherexpensesincurredbytheLandlordasaresultoftheTenant'suseoftheProperty.UpontheexpirationoftheTerm,theLandlordshallreturntheSecurityDeposittotheTenant,lessanyamountsowedtotheLandlordunderthisAgreement,within[NumberofDays]aftertheTenanthasvacatedthePropertyandreturneditingoodcondition.

5.UseofProperty

TheTenantshallusethePropertyonlyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotusethePropertyforanyillegalactivityorinanymannerthatwouldviolateanyapplicablelawsorregulations.TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

TheTenantshallkeepthePropertyingoodrepairandconditionduringtheTerm,exceptfornormalwearandtear.TheTenantshallpromptlyreporttotheLandlordanynecessaryrepairsormaintenanceissues.TheLandlordshallrepairorreplaceanypartofthePropertythatisdeemednecessaryduetodefectsornormalwearandtear,providedthattheTenanthasnotifiedtheLandlordoftheneedforsuchrepairsorreplacementsinatimelymanner.

7.UtilitiesandMaintenance

TheTenantshallberesponsibleforallutilities(includingelectricity,water,gas,andgarbagecollection)andmaintenancecostsassociatedwiththePropertyduringtheTerm.TheTenantshallpayallutilitybillsandmaintenancecostsdirectlytotheappropriateserviceproviders.

8.Insurance

TheTenantshallmaintainathisorherexpenseadequateinsurancecoverageforthePropertyduringtheTerm,includingliabilityinsuranceandrenter'sinsurance.TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithproofofsuchinsuranceuponrequest.

9.EntrytotheProperty

TheLandlordshallhavetherighttoenterthePropertyatreasonabletimesforthepurposeofinspectingtheProperty,makingrepairsorimprovements,orforanyotherreasonablepurpose.TheLandlordshallprovidetheTenantwithatleast[NumberofDays]noticepriortoenteringtheProperty,unlesstheLandlordisenteringthePropertytomakeanemergencyrepair.

10.AssignmentandSubletting

TheTenantshallnotassignorsubletthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Anyassignmentorsublettingwithoutsuchconsentshallbevoidandofnoeffect.

11.Termination

ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheoccurrenceofanyofthefollowingevents:

a.ByeitherpartyupontheexpirationoftheTerm,providedthatpropernoticeisgivenasprovidedinSection2above.

b.ByeitherpartyuponthefailureoftheotherpartytocomplywithanymaterialtermorprovisionofthisAgreement,uponthebreachofwhichtheterminationofthisAgreementisanadequateremedy,providedthatthebreachingpartyisgiven[NumberofDays]writtennoticeofthebreachandfailstocurethebreachwithinsuchperiod.

c.BytheLandlordupontheTenant'sfailuretopayrentwhendue,upontheTenant'suseofthePropertyforanyillegalpurpose,orupontheTenant'sviolationofanytermorprovisionofthisAgreement.

12.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthe[State/Country].

13.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,negotiations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthisAgreement.

14.Signatures

ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.

ThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate],byandbetween[Landlord'sFullName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Landlord,"and[Tenant'sFullName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Tenant,"collectivelyreferredtoasthe"Parties."

1.PropertyDescription

1.1Thepropertylocatedat[FullAddressoftheProperty](the"Property")isherebyrentedbytheTenantfromtheLandlordforthepurposesofresidentialoccupancy.

1.2ThePropertyconsistsof[NumberofBedrooms],[NumberofBathrooms],and[SquareFootage]squarefeetoflivingspace,including[Listanyadditionalfeaturesorrooms,e.g.,kitchen,diningarea,livingroom,etc.].

2.TermofAgreement

2.1ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofMonths/Years]unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

2.2Uponexpirationoftheinitialterm,thisAgreementshallautomaticallyrenewforadditionalperiodsof[NumberofMonths/Years]unlesseitherPartyprovideswrittennoticeofterminationatleast[NumberofDays]priortotheexpirationofthecurrentterm.

3.Rent

3.1ThemonthlyrentforthePropertyshallbe[AmountinCurrency]permonth,payableinadvanceonthefirstdayofeachmonth.

3.2Rentshallbepaidby[MethodofPayment,e.g.,cash,check,electronictransfer,etc.]totheLandlordortheLandlord'sdesignatedagent.

3.3Anylatepaymentofrentshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[AmountinCurrency]perday,calculatedfromthedatetherentisdueuntilthedateofpayment.

4.SecurityDeposit

4.1TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof[AmountinCurrency]totheLandlorduponexecutionofthisAgreement.ThisdepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordforthedurationofthetenancyandshallberefundableuponterminationoftheAgreement,subjecttotheprovisionsofthisAgreement.

4.2ThesecuritydepositshallbeusedbytheLandlordtocoveranydamagestotheProperty,unpaidrent,orotherchargesincurredbytheTenantduringthetenancy.

4.3Uponterminationofthetenancy,theLandlordshallrefundthesecuritydeposit,lessanydeductions,within[NumberofDays]aftertheTenanthasvacatedthePropertyandreturnedallkeystotheLandlord.

5.UseofProperty

5.1TheTenantshallusethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotuseitforanyillegal,commercial,orothernon-residentialactivities.

5.2TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

5.3TheTenantshallnotsubletorassignthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs

6.1TheTenantshallkeepthePropertyingoodrepairandconditionduringthetermofthisAgreement,exceptfornormalwearandtear.

6.2TheTenantshallpromptlyreportanynecessaryrepairsormaintenanceissuestotheLandlord,whoshallmakereasonableeffortstoaddresssuchissueswithinareasonabletime.

6.3TheTenantshallnotberesponsibleforanyrepairsormaintenanceissuesarisingfromtheTenant'smisuseofthePropertyorduetonormalwearandtear.

7.UtilitiesandExpenses

7.1TheTenantshallberesponsibleforallutilitiesandexpensesassociatedwiththeProperty,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,andtrashremoval.

7.2TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithacopyoftheutilitybillsuponrequest.

8.RulesandRegulations

8.1TheTenantshallcomplywithalllocal,state,andfederallaws,regulations,andordinancesgoverningtheuseandoccupancyoftheProperty.

8.2TheTenantshallnotdisturbthepeaceorquietenjoymentofthePropertyoritsneighbors.

8.3TheTenantshallnotkeepanypetsonthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

9.TerminationofAgreement

9.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherPartyupontheoccurrenceofanyofthefollowingevents:

a.AbreachofanymaterialtermorconditionofthisAgreementbytheotherParty,afterwrittennoticeandfailuretocuresuchbreachwithin[NumberofDays]ofreceiptofsuchnotice;

b.TheTenant'sfailuretopayrentwhendue;

c.TheTenant'sviolationofanylocal,state,orfederallaw,regulation,orordinance;

d.TheTenant'suseofthePropertyforanyillegalpurpose;

e.TheTenant'sfailuretocomplywiththerulesandregulationssetforthinthisAgreement.

9.2UponterminationofthisAgreement,theTenantshallvacatethePropertyandreturnallkeystotheLandlord.

10.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[State/Country].

11.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,negotiations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthisAgreement.

12.Signatures

ThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[Landlord'sFullName],havinganaddressat[Landlord'sAddress](the"Landlord"),and[Tenant'sFullName],havinganaddressat[Tenant'sAddress](the"Tenant").

RECITALS

WHEREAS,theLandlordistheowneroftherealpropertylocatedat[PropertyAddress](the"Property"),anddesirestoleasethePropertytotheTenant;

WHEREAS,theTenantdesirestoleasethePropertyfromtheLandlord;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromiseshereincontained,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.LEASETERM

1.1ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears]years(the"LeaseTerm").TheLeaseTermmayberenewedforadditionaltermsof[NumberofYears]yearsuponmutualwrittenagreementoftheparties.

2.RENT

3.SECURITYDEPOSIT

3.2TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordforthedurationoftheLeaseTermandshallberefundedtotheTenantupontheTenant'svacatingtheProperty,providedthattheTenanthasfulfilledallobligationsunderthisAgreementandthePropertyisleftingoodrepairandcondition.

3.3TheLandlordmaydeductfromtheSecurityDepositanyamountsnecessarytorepairanydamagetothePropertycausedbytheTenantortheTenant'sguests,ortocoveranyunpaidrentorotherchargesdueunderthisAgreement.

4.USEANDOCCUPANCY

4.1TheTenantshallusethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotuseorpermitthePropertytobeusedforanyillegalpurposeorinanymannerthatviolatesanyapplicablelawsorregulations.

4.2TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

4.3TheTenantshallnotsublet,assign,orotherwisetransferthePropertyoranyinterestinthePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

5.MAINTENANCEANDREPAIR

5.1TheTenantshallkeepthePropertyingoodrepairandconditionduringtheLeaseTerm,exceptfornormalwearandtear.

5.2TheTenantshallpromptlyreporttotheLandlordanyneededrepairsormaintenancetotheProperty.

5.3TheLandlordshall,attheLandlord'sexpense,repairandmaintainthePropertyinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandregulations.

6.INSURANCE

6.1TheTenantshallmaintainadequateinsurancecoveragefortheTenant'spersonalpropertylocatedintheProperty,includingbutnotlimitedtorenter'sinsurance.

6.2TheLandlordshallmaintainadequateinsurancecoveragefortheProperty,includingbutnotlimitedtopropertyinsuranceandliabilityinsurance.

7.LIABILITY

7.1TheTenantshallbeliableforanydamagetothePropertycausedbytheTenantortheTenant'sguests.

7.2TheLandlordshallnotbeliableforanydamagetotheTenant'spersonalproperty.

8.TERMINATION

8.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon
