Imax電流Imint1t2時間GSM放電電流ItemGSMImax1.34AImin164mAt14.05mSt2550μsSlewRate1.6A/28μs電流脈沖參數(shù)儀器判定標準本測試供參考。備注Imax與Imin可根據(jù)具體產(chǎn)品要求而更改。Test4:High/LowTemperaturePerformanceTestPurposeThistestevaluatesthedischargeperformanceofthecellsorbatteriesunderHighandLowtemperaturecondition.ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Standby30minutesseparatelyatdifferentTemperature,thenperform1.0Cdischargeto3.0V,Ratio(%)indifferenttemperatureisthedischargecapacityatrelativetemperatureovercapacityat25℃.Thecalculationmethodasbelow:TemperatureItem-20℃-10℃0℃25℃45℃60℃CapacityABCDEFRatio(%)A/DB/DC/DD/DE/DF/DTestorder:25℃→-20℃→-10℃→0℃→45℃→60℃.InstrumentCriteriaRatio(%)atdifferenttemperaturewasrequiredasbelow:Temperature-20℃-10℃0℃25℃45℃60℃Ratio(%)≥0%≥25%≥70%100%N.A≥90%NoteN.A測試4:高、低溫性能測試目的評估電芯或電池在高溫與低溫條件下的放電性能。步驟在常溫以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;在測試每個溫度點時,應將測試樣品在當前溫度條件下放置30分鐘,然后以1.0C電流放電至3.0V;在不同溫度條件下的放電容量比例(%)是以25℃時的放電容量為基準,其計算方法如下:溫度項目-20℃-10℃0℃25℃45℃60℃容量ABCDEF比例(%)A/DB/DC/DD/DE/DF/D測試順序:25℃→-20℃→-10℃→0℃→45℃→60℃。儀器判定標準不同溫度條件下放電容量比例(%)要求如下:溫度-20℃-10℃0℃25℃45℃60℃比例(%)≥0%≥25%≥70%100%N.A≥90%備注無。ChapterII:SafetyTestTest5:NailTestPurposeThistestsimulatesapenetrationthroughthecell.ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Standbyfor1hour,thenmeasureOCV,Anailispenetratedverticallythroughthecenterofthecellandleftforover1h,Thediameterofthenailis2.5~3.5mm.InstrumentCriteriaCellsshallbenosmoke,nofireandnoexplosionwithininitial5minutesofthenailtest.NoteAfterfullychargeandstandbyfor1h,requirecellsOCV≥4.170V.第II章:安全性能測試測試5:穿釘測試目的模擬電芯內(nèi)部短路。步驟以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;靜置1小時,然后測量OCV;將一鋼釘垂直地穿過電芯中心,并保持1h以上;鋼釘直徑:2.5~3.5mm。儀器判定標準在穿釘測試的初始5Min鐘內(nèi),電芯不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸。備注在充滿電并靜置1h以后,要求電芯的OCV≥4.170V。Test6:OverchargeTestPurposeThistestevaluatestheabilityofcellstowithstandanoverchargecondition.ProcedureDischarge:1.0Cto3.0V,Chargewith3.0Ccurrentfor8hours,theupperlimitofchargevoltageis10V.Thisdoesnotrequiretheinitial3.0Ccurrentbemanitainedfor8hours,anddoesnotindicatecellconsequentiallycanreachtotheupperlimitofchargevoltage.InstrumentCriteriaCellsshallbenosmoke,nofireandnoexplosion.NoteN.A測試6:過充測試目的評估電芯承受過充的能力。步驟以1.0C電流放電至3.0V;然后以3.0C電流充電8小時,充電上限電壓為10V。這并不要求初始的3.0C充電電流維持8h,也不意味著電芯必然地能達到充電的上限電壓。儀器判定標準電芯不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸。備注無。Test7:OverdischargeTestPurposeThistestevaluatestheabilityofcellstowithstandanoverdischargecondition.ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Dischargethecellwith1.0Ccurrentfor2.5hours.InstrumentCriteriaCellsshallbenoleakage,nosmoke,nofireandnoexplosion.NoteN.A測試7:過放測試目的評估電芯承受過放的能力。步驟以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;然后以1.0C電流放電2.5小時。儀器判定標準電芯不泄漏,不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸。備注無。Test8:ExternalShortTest(RoomTemperature)PurposeThistestevaluatestheabilityofcellstowithstandexternalshortcircuitatroomtemperature(20℃±5℃).ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Standbyfor1hour,thenmeasureOCV,Connectthepositiveandnegativeterminalsofthecellwithcopperwirehavingamaximumresistanceloadof0.1ohmatroomtemperature,Thecelldischargeuntilafireorexplosionisobtained,oruntilitiscompletelydischargedandthecasetemperaturehasreturnedtonearambienttemperature.InstrumentCriteriaCellsshallbenoleakage,nosmoke,nofire,noexplosion,andthetemperatureoftheexteriorcellcasingshallnotexceed150℃.NoteAfterfullychargeandstandbyfor1h,requirecellsOCV≥4.170V.測試8:常溫外部短路測試目的評估電芯在室溫(20℃±5℃)下承受外部短路的能力。步驟以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;靜置1小時,然后測量OCV;在室溫下將電芯正負極用電阻不超過0.1歐姆的銅導線短接起來;電芯被放電直至起火或爆炸為止,或者直到電芯完全放電,且電芯表面溫度恢復到接近環(huán)境溫度時測試即可停止。儀器判定標準電芯不泄漏,不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸,電芯表面溫度不超過150℃。備注在充滿電并靜置1h以后,要求電芯的OCV≥4.170V。Test9:ExternalShortTest(HighTemperature)PurposeThistestevaluatestheabilityofcellstowithstandexternalshortcircuitathightemperature(60℃±2℃).ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Standbyfor1hour,thenmeasureOCV,Putthecellintohightemperaturechamber(60℃±2℃),Whenthecasetemperatureofthecellreachedto60±2℃,connectthepositiveandnegativeterminalsofthecellwithcopperwirehavingamaximumresistanceloadof0.1ohm,Thecelldischargeuntilafireorexplosionisobtained,oruntilitiscompletelydischargedandthecasetemperaturehasreturnedtonearambienttemperature.InstrumentCriteriaCellsshallbenoleakage,nosmoke,nofire,noexplosion,andthetemperatureoftheexteriorcellcasingshallnotexceed150℃.NoteAfterfullychargeandstandbyfor1h,requirecellsOCV≥4.170V.測試9:高溫外部短路測試目的評估電芯在高溫(60℃±2℃)下承受外部短路的能力。步驟以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;靜置1小時,然后測量OCV;將測試電芯放入高溫箱中(60℃±2℃);當測試電芯的表面溫度達到60℃±2℃后,將電芯正負極用電阻不超過0.1歐姆的銅導線短接起來;電芯被放電直至起火或爆炸為止,或者直到電芯完全放電,且電芯表面溫度恢復到接近環(huán)境溫度時測試即可停止。儀器判定標準電芯不泄漏,不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸,電芯表面溫度不超過150℃。備注在充滿電并靜置1h以后,要求電芯的OCV≥4.170V。Test10:HeatingTestPurposeThistestevaluatesthesafetyperformanceofcellsorbatteriesunderhightemperaturecondition.ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Standbyfor1hour,thenmeasureOCV,PutthecellorbatteryintoanovenatRT,andincreasethetemperatureataratingof5℃±2℃/minto150±2℃,aftertheoventemperaturereachedto150℃±2℃,maintainfor30minutesatthattemperaturebeforethetestisdiscontinued.InstrumentCriteriaCellsorbatteriesshallbenosmoke,nofire,andnoexplosion.NoteAfterfullychargeandstandbyfor1h,requirecellsOCV≥4.170V.測試10:熱沖擊測試目的評估電芯或電池在高溫環(huán)境下的安全性能。步驟以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;靜置1小時,然后測量OCV;室溫下將電芯或電池放于高溫烘箱中,高溫烘箱以5℃±2℃/分鐘的速率升溫至150℃±2℃,當烘箱內(nèi)溫度達到150℃±2℃后,保持此溫度30分鐘后停止測試。儀器判定標準電芯或電池不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸。備注在充滿電并靜置1h以后,要求電芯的OCV≥4.170V。Test11:HeavyMatterShockTestPurposeThistestsimulatesaheavymattershocktocellsorbatteries.ProcedureCharge:1.0CCCto4.2V,andCVto0.05Ccutoff,Standbyfor1hour,thenmeasureOCV,Fixthecellorbatteryonashockplatform(thebiggestsurfaceofthecellorbatteryshouldbeverticaltothesurfaceoftheplatform),Letaheavyhammer(10kg)freefalltothecellorbatteryfromaheightof1m.InstrumentCriteriaThecellsorbatteriesmaybecomedistorted,butshallbenosmoke,nofireandnoexplosion.NoteAfterfullychargeandstandbyfor1h,requirecellsOCV≥4.170V.測試11:重物沖擊測試目的模擬電芯或電池受到重物沖擊時的情形。步驟以1.0C電流恒流充電至4.2V,然后恒壓充電至電流降至0.05C,充電停止;靜置1小時,然后測量OCV;將電芯或電池固定于沖擊臺上(電芯最大的面應與臺面垂直);將10kg重錘自1m高度自由落到電芯或電池上面。儀器判定標準電芯或電池允許發(fā)生變形,但不冒煙,不起火,不爆炸。備注在充滿電并靜置1h以后,要求電芯的OCV≥4.170V。
