GB/T23106—2024/IEC61855:2022

前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T23106—2008《家用和類似用途毛發(fā)護理器具的性能測試方法》,與GB/T23106—

2008相比,除結構調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

——增加了風量、負離子干發(fā)器的負離子濃度、直發(fā)器的拉力、使用壽命試驗的測試方法(見5.5、

5.7、5.8和5.10);

——更改了加熱時間、溫度、干燥速率、跌落試驗等測試方法(見5.3、5.4、5.6和5.9,2008年版的

6.4、6.5、6.7和6.9)。

本文件等同采用IEC61855:2022《家用和類似用途毛發(fā)護理器具性能測試方法》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:

——納入IEC61855:2022/COR1:2024技術勘誤的干燥速率確定的有關內(nèi)容;

——調(diào)整了5.5的結構,增加了條標題及公式編號;

——為便于標準的理解與使用,刪除了不符合我國國情的注,增加或更改了部分注;

——刪除了資料性附錄B“供應商地址”。

本文件適用于家用和類似用途的毛發(fā)干燥和成型器具(包括它們的附件)。

本文件確定了用戶感興趣的主要性能特性并描述了這些特性的測試方法。

注1:適用于本文件的器具有:

——干發(fā)器;

——卷發(fā)器;

——直發(fā)器。

本文件不規(guī)定性能要求。

本文件不涉及安全要求(IEC60335?2?23)。

本文件不適用于電理發(fā)剪和修發(fā)器。

注2:關于電理發(fā)剪和修發(fā)器的性能測試方法標準,見IEC62863。
