言血液治療是醫(yī)療上十分重要的救治手段,血液在采集、保管、運(yùn)輸、使用這一系列過程中需要進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的管控,以確保血液安全,防止人為管理因素所帶來的狀況。一般血液管理的流程是從獻(xiàn)血登記管理、身體檢查、血樣安全檢測(cè)、血液采集制備到血液入庫管理、血液出庫登記再到血液最終使用。這一完整流程中,血液常常要經(jīng)過多種數(shù)據(jù)的記錄,包括獻(xiàn)血者的身份信息、血液本身的類型質(zhì)量、血液采集的時(shí)間地點(diǎn)、血液出庫入庫的信息記錄等。大量信息的記錄和血液轉(zhuǎn)移途中的外部環(huán)境條件都影響著血液最終的應(yīng)用,一旦有一絲偏差,將影響到病人的生命健康安全。UHFRFID技術(shù)是一種非接觸式的自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù),它通過射頻信號(hào)自動(dòng)識(shí)別目標(biāo)對(duì)象并獲取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),整個(gè)過程無需人工干預(yù)。利用UHFRFID技術(shù)對(duì)血液質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,可以保證血液使用全過程的透明性和安全性,實(shí)現(xiàn)血液管理科學(xué)化,信息化,輔助科學(xué)醫(yī)療全面發(fā)展。UHFRFID固定式讀寫器應(yīng)用在血液采集、成分制備、庫存管理、冷鏈運(yùn)輸?shù)葓?chǎng)景時(shí)和常規(guī)的工況環(huán)境不一致,相關(guān)性能會(huì)受到影響。國內(nèi)已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了UHFRFID電子標(biāo)簽應(yīng)用于血液的團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和UHFRFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用于血庫管理的地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。尚未出現(xiàn)UHFRFID固定式讀寫器應(yīng)用于血液管理的相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范,不利于UHFRFID固定式讀寫器應(yīng)用于血液管理的普及推廣應(yīng)用。為此,為促進(jìn)UHFRFID固定式讀寫器在血液管理中的應(yīng)用規(guī)范科學(xué)健康發(fā)展,特制定本規(guī)范。超高頻射頻識(shí)別固定式讀寫設(shè)備應(yīng)用于血液管理的技術(shù)規(guī)范范圍本文件規(guī)定了超高頻射頻識(shí)別固定式讀寫設(shè)備應(yīng)用于血液成品的通用技術(shù)要求及試驗(yàn)方法。本文件適用于指導(dǎo)設(shè)備廠商設(shè)計(jì)血液管理場(chǎng)景UHFRFID固定式讀寫設(shè)備。規(guī)范性引用文件下列文件對(duì)于本文件的應(yīng)用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,僅注日期的版本適用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本文件。GB/T2423.1電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)A:低溫GB/T2423.2電工電子產(chǎn)品環(huán)境試驗(yàn)第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)B:高溫GB/T2423.3-2016電工電子產(chǎn)品基本環(huán)境試驗(yàn)規(guī)程第2部分:試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)Ca:恒定濕熱試驗(yàn)方法GB4208-2017外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)(IP代碼)GB4943.1-2022信息技術(shù)設(shè)備安全第1部分:通用要求GB/T9254.1-2021信息技術(shù)設(shè)備、多媒體設(shè)備和接收機(jī)電磁兼容第1部分:發(fā)射要求GB/T9254.2-2021信息技術(shù)設(shè)備、多媒體設(shè)備和接收機(jī)電磁兼容第2部分:抗擾度要求GB/T17626.2-2018電磁兼容試驗(yàn)和測(cè)量技術(shù)靜電放電抗擾度試驗(yàn)GB/T17626.3-201617626.4-201817626.5-2019電磁兼容試驗(yàn)和測(cè)量技術(shù)浪涌(沖擊)抗擾度試驗(yàn)GB/T29768-2013800/900MHz空中接口協(xié)議GB/T34996-2017800/900MHz射頻識(shí)別讀/寫設(shè)備規(guī)范GJB7377.1-2018信息技術(shù)軍用射頻識(shí)別空中接口第1部分:800/900MHz參數(shù)ISO/IEC18000-63信息技術(shù)射頻識(shí)別第6C部分:860-960MHz通信的空中接口參數(shù)術(shù)語和定義下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。fixedreadingandwritingequipmentforbloodmanagement通過無線射頻通信方式對(duì)血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)讀、寫等操作的電子裝置,產(chǎn)品形態(tài)包括桌面式固定讀寫器、一體式固定讀寫器、分體式固定讀寫器等小類。read-writeunit用于對(duì)血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)讀取或數(shù)據(jù)寫入等操作的單元。antennaunit將讀寫單元輸出電信號(hào)以電磁波形式輻射出去或?qū)㈦姶挪ㄞD(zhuǎn)化為讀寫單元輸入電信號(hào)的單元。feederunit將讀寫單元發(fā)出的電信號(hào)傳送到天線單元輸入端,或?qū)⑻炀€單元接收到的電信號(hào)傳送到讀寫單元輸入端的導(dǎo)線線纜。reading讀寫設(shè)備從已識(shí)別的血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)中讀取信息的過程。writing讀寫設(shè)備向已識(shí)別的血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)寫入信息的過程。1readingdistance讀寫設(shè)備能有效地對(duì)血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)進(jìn)行讀操作時(shí),天線單元幾何中心與血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)幾何中心之間的最大水平距離。writingdistance讀寫設(shè)備能有效地對(duì)血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)進(jìn)行寫操作時(shí),天線單元幾何中心與血袋射頻標(biāo)簽電子標(biāo)識(shí)幾何中心之間的最大水平距離??s略語下列縮略語適用于本文件。GPRS——通用分組無線服務(wù)技術(shù)(generalpacketradioservice);RBW——分辨率帶寬(resolutionbandwidth);VBW——視頻帶寬(videobandwidth)。UHFRFID——超高頻射頻識(shí)別(UHFRadioFrequencyIdentification)分類按結(jié)構(gòu)按結(jié)構(gòu)固定式讀寫設(shè)備可為一體式和分體式。一體式讀寫設(shè)備的讀寫單元、饋線單元和天線單元應(yīng)在同一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)件內(nèi)。分體式讀寫設(shè)備的讀寫單元、饋線單元、天線單元為相互獨(dú)立的結(jié)構(gòu)單元。按耐溫等級(jí)按耐溫等級(jí)可分為A類、B類,其中:A類①適用的環(huán)境溫度范圍為0℃~70℃,B類②適用的環(huán)境溫度范圍為-20℃~85℃?;疽笞x寫設(shè)備主要由讀寫單元、天線單元和饋線單元組成,見圖1。圖1讀寫設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)框圖外廓尺寸UHFRFID固定式讀寫單元應(yīng)滿足以下要求:長度小于等于35cm,寬度小于等于20cm,高度小于等于6cm。天線單元的尺寸試天線的形態(tài)、增益確定。外觀UHFRFID固定式讀寫設(shè)備應(yīng)符合以下要求:表面不應(yīng)有明顯的凹痕、劃傷、裂縫、變形和污染等;表面涂覆層均勻,不應(yīng)起泡、龜裂、脫落和磨損等;金屬零部件不應(yīng)有銹蝕及其他機(jī)械損傷;零部件應(yīng)緊固無松動(dòng),按鍵、開關(guān)及其它活動(dòng)部件的操作應(yīng)靈活可靠;標(biāo)志固定在醒目位置處,應(yīng)清晰可辨識(shí);產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)志、銘牌和說明功能的文字及符號(hào)應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)單、清晰、端正、牢固。注:①A類備屬商業(yè)的設(shè),主用于液常流轉(zhuǎn)景,采集制備檢驗(yàn)業(yè)務(wù)景。 2②B類設(shè)備屬于工業(yè)級(jí)的設(shè)備,主要用于血液儲(chǔ)存場(chǎng)景,如冰箱、冷庫等業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景。PAGEPAGE3銘牌標(biāo)志UHFRFID固定式讀寫設(shè)備的銘牌應(yīng)符合以下要求:GB4943.1-2022??罩薪涌趨f(xié)議讀寫設(shè)備的空中接口協(xié)議應(yīng)符合ISO/IEC18000-63或GB/T29768-2013或GJB/7377.1-2018的要求。工作頻率工作頻率范圍為840MHz~845MHz或920MHz~925MHz,范圍內(nèi)可用信道數(shù)為40,信道中心頻率由式(1)或者式(2)確定,每信道帶寬為250kHz。fc1840.1250.25n angeis840MHz~845MHzor920MHz~925MHz,thenumberofavailablechannelsintherangeis40,thechannelcenterfrequencyisdeterminedbyformula(1)orformula(2),andthebandwidthofeachchannelis250kHz.fc1840.1250.25n (2)Intheformula:fc1,fc2——channelcenterfrequency,inmegahertz(MHz);n——channelserialnumber,integer,valuerange0-19.ChannelinterfaceItshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:Theread-writeunitincludesatleastoneEIARS-232orRS-485communicationinterface,andone10/100Base-TEthernetcommunicationinterface;EIARS-232orRS-485interfaceshallsupportatleasttwocommunicationratesoutof38400bps,115200bps,256000bps,512000bps.Thedefaultcommunicationrateis115200bps,andcommunicationformatis8-bitdata,noparitybitand1-bitstopbit.FunctionalrequirementsGeneralrequirementsItshallmeetthefollowinggeneralrequirements:Havethereadingandwritingequipmentmodel,identificationcodeandsystemversionnumberstorageandreadingfunctions;Havefaultmonitoringandself-diagnosisfunction,faultwarningsignalafterfaultoccurs;Undertheconditionsof0°C~40°C,internalcalendarclockerrorofthefixedreadingandwritingequipmentisnomorethan±20s/10day.SafetyrequirementsSafetyperformancemustmeetGB4943.1-2022,andmanyproductsrequireusingenergythatcancausepainorinjury.Usingthisenergyisunavoidableinproductdesign.Therefore,fortheseproducts,itisadvisabletoadopttheplanthatcanreducethepossibilityoftransferringsuchenergytohumanbodyparts.Thisplanissafetyprotection.Thesafetyrequiredherefallsintothreeparts:Equipment-levelsafetyprotection,itrequiresoutputpowerofequipmentnogreaterthan33dBm,soastoreducetheimpactofelectromagneticwavesradiatedbyantennaonthehumanbody;Installationsafetyprotection,thisisprimarilyintendedforfixedreadingandwritingequipment,andrequiresrelevantprotectiongroundingofequipmentmustbereliableandeffective;Behavioralsafetyprotection,thisisanactiveorguidedbehaviorminimizingthepossibilityoftransferringenergytohumanbodyparts.Withregardtothefixedreadingandwritingequipment,itrequirestochooseappropriateantennagain,lobeangle,voltagestandingwaveratio,anddesignrelevantshieldingunittoensurenohead-onantennaradiationofelectromagneticsignaltooperators.BasicfunctionsReadingandwritingThereadingandwritingequipmentcanachievereadingorwritingofthedesignatedstorageareadataandidentityidentificationofelectronicidentificationofbloodbagRFtagaccordingtothesetaccesspermission.ClockcalibrationItshallhaveautomaticclockcalibrationfunctionandmanualcalibrationfunction.OfflineworkIncaseofcommunicationinterruption,thefixedreadingandwritingequipmentshallstoretheidentifiedandreadelectronicidentificationinformationofbloodbagRFtagbycycliccoverage.Aftercommunicationisrestored,itshalluploadtherecordsstoredonthereadingandwritingequipmenttothebackgroundapplicationsystempromptly.LogrecordItshouldbeabletoautomaticallyrecordequipmentstartup,failure,recovery,shutdownandotherstatusinformationandoccurrencetime,andtherecordingtimeisnolessthan6months.RemotemaintenanceThefixedreadingandwritingequipmentshallsupportrunningstatusmonitoring,parameterconfiguration,programupgradingandotherremotemaintenancefunctionsbymeansofnetwork.DatafilteringThereadingandwritingequipmentcanfilterthereadelectronicidentificationinformationofbloodbagRFtagbasedonthesetaccesspermission,andscreenoutredundantinformation.DatastatisticsThefixedreadingandwritingequipmentshallhavethefunctionofbloodbusinessdataflowstatistics,supportclassifiedstatisticsbybloodtype,variety,specificationandotherinformation,andsendstatisticsresultstothebackgroundapplicationsystem.DatauploadingThefixedreadingandwritingequipmentshallsupportthefunctionsofuploadingbloodbusinessinformation,informationstatistics,etc.Sound-lightpromptThedesktopreadingandwritingequipmentshallhavethefunctionsofsoundorlightpromptwhentheelectronicidentificationofbloodbagRFtagisidentifiedandreadsuccessfully.PerformancerequirementsTheperformancetestoffixedreadingandwritingequipmentismainlydividedintoreadingdistancetest(tagcountingtest)andwritingdistancetest.Forreadingdistancetest,thetagmustgofromneartofar,graduallyawayfromtheantennaofequipment,whilerecordingcountingefficiencyatdifferentdistances,whetherthereiscountingblindarea,lengthofcountingblindarea,countingdistancelimit,etc.Duringthetestprocess,notethetestdistancesteplength,andtherequirementsformovingsteplengthareshowninTable1:Table1RequirementsforreadingdistancemovingsteplengthoffixedreadingandwritingequipmentDistancebetweentagandreadingandwritingequipment(D)TagmovingsteplengthD≤0.5m5cmD≤1.0m10cmD≤2.5m20cmD≤5.0m30cmD≤10m50cmToperformreadingandwritingtestoffixedreadingandwritingequipment,thetagmovingspeedisequallyimportant.Consideringdatatransmissiondelay,aswellasairinterfacerateandotherfactors,thetagmovingspeedshallbenogreaterthan0.1m/s.ReadingdistanceThedistanceforreadingelectronicbloodbagRFtagbythefixedreadingandwritingequipmentshallmeettherequirementsinTable2.Table2ReadingdistanceoffixedreadingandwritingequipmentReadingdistance/mWorkingconditions≥2Outputpower26dBm,antennagain9dBi≥5Outputpower30dBm,antennagain9dBiWritingdistanceThedistanceforwritingintoelectronicbloodbagRFtagbythefixedreadingandwritingequipmentshallmeettherequirementsinTable3.Table3WritingdistanceoffixedreadingandwritingequipmentWritingdistance/mWorkingconditions≥1Outputpower26dBm,antennagain9dBi
