微波高效率寬帶J-J-1類功率放大器研究與設(shè)計(jì)摘要:
本文研究了一種基于微波高效率寬帶技術(shù)的J/J-1類功率放大器。該功率放大器具有高效率、寬帶、低失真和穩(wěn)定性的特點(diǎn),適用于無(wú)線通信、雷達(dá)和衛(wèi)星通信等領(lǐng)域的功率放大需求。

Abstract:
ThispaperstudiesaJ/J-1classpoweramplifierbasedonmicrowavehigh-efficiencybroadbandtechnology.Thepoweramplifierhasthecharacteristicsofhighefficiency,widebandwidth,lowdistortion,andstability,andissuitableforpoweramplificationneedsinwirelesscommunication,radar,andsatellitecommunicationfields.
Firstly,thebasicprinciplesandclassificationsofmicrowavepoweramplifiersareintroduced,andtheworkingprinciplesandcharacteristicsofJ/J-1classpoweramplifiersareexplainedindetail.Then,thekeytechnologiesofthepoweramplifier,suchasmatchingnetwork,powerdeviceselection,andoptimizationofworkingstate,areanalyzedanddiscussedindetail.Basedonthis,apoweramplifierbasedonGaNdevicesisdesigned.
Finally,thedesignedpoweramplifierisverifiedbysimulationandexperimentalresults,andtheresultsshowthatthepoweramplifierhashighgain,power,andefficiency,andcanmaintaingoodlinearityandstability.

Toovercometheseissues,GaNdevicesarebeingincreasinglyusedinthedesignofmicrowavepoweramplifiers.GaNdevicesoffernumerousadvantagessuchashighbreakdownvoltage,highoperatingfrequency,andlowparasiticcapacitance.Asaresult,GaNdevicesarewellsuitedforhighpowerandwidebandpoweramplifierapplications.
ThedesignofapoweramplifierbasedonGaNdevicesinvolvesseveralcriticalaspectssuchasdeviceselectionandoptimizationoftheworkingstate.Thepoweramplifierdesignshouldbeoptimizedtoachievehighefficiency,linearity,andstabilityacrossawidefrequencyrange.
